Vibe wise, they kept glancing at me and didn't say a word until I was visibly antsy about nobody coming over to get started with me. Once they got started, the pedicure was rushed, they did not do the callus remover like I had asked for (they claimed to have "forgotten" after the water was drained and I was already paying), and my technician dropped an entire bottle of product on my shoes midway through my appointment. You're better off ordering a pumice stone on Amazon and doing it at home. Ridiculous how awful this place was for me and I've been to quite a few nail salons prior to this experience. Extremely disappointed and upset about this.

Pedicures also come with a short leg massage, and they do an excellent job scraping your feet so they feel smooth. The massage chairs are comfortable, and the whole space is spotless since it's fairly new. The nail techs really put in hard work and do an amazing job, so I always make sure to tip them in cash. I was sat down with a tech and I asked them to use an efile to remove the gel overlay because I have leafgel premium on which is premium polish w a hard gel overlay. They didn't quite understand me so I said it's fine just a regular file works. Unfortunately she didn't file all the top layer off so when we removed the acetone soak, it clearly wasn't ready. I asked her to please not peel off the polish from my nails with her hand lol. I was then moved to another tech and she used a metro card to remove the polish which is fine I guess but if they had just used an e filer the base layer is easy to remove. Anyways, she cuts my nails for my but they're so uneven I didn't even bother because I'd already been in there AN HOUR. 1 whole hour. I washed my hands paid and left. I'll just cut my nails down myself since it's just removal but don't think I'll come back here.
