I walked around the corner and said, 'you've got to be kidding me, there's no other way I can provide this information to you? What if someone has a disability, how would they do this?' The response was 'Their aid would fill it out.' I just took my insurance card and id and left while saying, 'or perhaps you could have provided the paperwork in advance, provide it electronically, or let me answer the questions verbally like every other office has been able to do.'
