Service is fantastic here !! I came as a walk in, and luckily i was able to be called in right away. I wanted to get acrylics originally. I saw some posts from instagram and wanted to get something similar. I showed Mimi a post with the rainbow hieroglyphic nails, and she said she was capable of doing it for me. For the rest of my nails, i chose dip powder ombré. The final product was better than what i expected. I may have stayed a little longer, knowing they also had other customers Mimi had to go back and forth between doing designs for a pedicure and coming back to workin on my nails. I didn't mind to wait, because she was doing an amazing job in the first place. I would say she was a perfectionist, and that's a good thing. The staff is so friendly and generous. Having conversations with each of them made me feel welcome. I am new to the area, so the feeling of the generous act was way beyond appreciated. I would say "make an appointment," but even with an appointment you might not be seen. Furthermore, my lady managed to make each finger on my right hand bleed. Her excuse? I came in for a gel pedicure. It's the worst gel pedicure I've ever gotten. The lady who was working on me was being very rough and she kept cutting me as she was pulling out my cuticles. I even bleed blood. It was painful that even days after my toes were in pain as I wore shoes. The color I chose looked nothing like the one I wanted. Pedicure looked like it was not done well as other places the gel lasts me about 1 month this one looked really bad a few days after. Never coming in here again. The other lady in there made it sound like I came in at a bad time and said to call next time I come in. My schedule is crazy I do not always have time for appointments. Went in for a full set and asked for squared french colored tip, was told I should have round nails because of the shape of my hands, instead left with semi stiletto fully colored nails. I showed a picture of what I wanted but what can I do I when the technician was on her phone for over half the service. Got cut at least three times and paid about $35 dollars when a regular full set is $25. I guess the extra charge was for how complicated it is to do a bad job. read more

Didn't know what to expect when I made the reservation, since all the pictures were of nails and not the inside of the salon. The price for a spa pedicure was only $17 so I didn't expect much, just hoping for a good shape and polish at the least. Linda was my tech and she was great! She took care of my ingrown toe nail without being asked and made my nails super short like I had asked. I was pleasantly surprised that not only did she use a scrub but also gave me a nice leg massage. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because when I arrived I found out it was a full service salon. I thought because of the name they were solely a nail salon which I prefer. The thought of walking through hair after a fresh pedicure never sat well with me. My fellow yelpers. PLEASE save yourself and never step a foot in here EVEN IF you're desperate for a quick manicure/pedicure/fill. ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS WERE FROM PREVIOUS OWNER/NAIL TECHS. CURRENT NAIL TECH RUINED ME. DONT BE FOOLED. The tech that helped me today was an older lady. I should've known from the minute I called, but I was really desperate for something quick. I came here for gel manicure. I gave a phone call just to make sure their available. There was zero customer service. However I looked passed that because, I've been to A LOT of Vietnamese nail salons and I understand that there usually is a language barrier as well as culture differences. As I proceeded to look through the color options, she asked me if I wanted gel or dip powder. I said gel but she pressured and forced me into getting dip powder. I never got dip powder before so I didn't know what to expect. I was browsing through the polish samples. Granted, I'm very indecisive and I take some time to really pick out what I want. As she was half-assing the grooming, I was browsing. I noticed she did not try to cut my cuticles OR file my nails at all. She went straight for the machine-shaver thing. She used THAT to trim my cuticles and filed my nails down. I absolutely HATE that machine. It damages my nails a lot. Once she was done, I asked her if that one shade was more of a sheer color. She said yes. So I picked a different color. I was still deciding on a color but she rushed me and took the palette away. In a way where she was annoyed that I was still deciding. After that, she spent 30 mins pulling things out from her drawers and walking back and forth. She kept buffing my nails. The edge of the buffer kept cutting me. It left me with 3 deep cuts. She was extremely rough. Did the first layer, looked fine. Second layer, started looking weird. It was drying matte. I asked her if it was normal. She said yes after another layer or two it'll be shiny. I was already frustrated. She processed and it just got thicker and thicker. After being there for almost 2 hours, I told her I had to go. It didn't look like it was going well. I knew i was screwed at that point, so I offered to pay and just leave. She asked me to stay 10 mins for her to shave off the top layer and reapply. I gave her another chance because I really didn't want to go to another nail salon today. My fingers were burning like crazy and my nails were goopy and thick. She refused to take my money, but I know everyone in my position would've left angry and refused to pay. I guess I was trying to be nice. She offered me to come back after my errands, but honestly... I think I would be insane if I came back. How many more cuts will I get from letting her remove it? I ended up going somewhere else later in the afternoon to get them removed. Please everyone, look at the photos I've attached. I was in so much pain because I had to soak my cut fingers into acetone over and over again. It was so thick and hard. It took another lady 1.5 hours to completely remove it. God bless the other place for saving me and dealing with me squirming from the cuts. read more

Absolute worst nail salon I've ever been to. She cut so deep into my skin that it was bleeding. My nail/skin is killing me. I asked for square nails and she was too focused on how much I was bleeding and how I was about to leave, that she was doing a half ass job. I was so close to fainting . I've had bad manicures before but this is a whole new level. I would have done a better job at home. She also sprayed so much peroxide and alcohol and other types of antiseptic spray I've never seen. Came in here spur of the moment on a Tuesday afternoon. It was pretty empty. Not sure the nail techs name but I got the signature pedicure. The language barrier was hard but she was pleasant and no nonsense which was fine with me. I appreciate the base coat she put on without having to be asked. They were late to arrive they open at 10:00 and the first women arrived at around 10:24 then want to rush and be pushy with their work because they want to get to the next customer. Usually nail techs will do what shapes and colors work best to compliment your nails however this woman left me with misshapen nails and painted unevenly and out of the lines. If you have an appointment, you will probably need to wait 30 minutes to an hour. Unfortunately they're busy even during week nights. My sister and I had appointments for 7 pm, but my sister didn't get serviced until 7:30 pm. Halfway through getting her nails filed, the nail tech went to service another lady with a pedicure, so my sister had to wait until 8 pm, when the tech came back to finish her nails. Then it was my turn, but my sister had to wait another 20 minutes to get her pedicure. It was a hot mess with timing. On top of that, there were other folks with appointments at 7:30 pm! One person did manicures and the other tech did pedicures. I can't understand why they say yes to everyone who walks in when there are people who are waiting to be serviced past their appointment times. I feel like they shouldn't take more appointments and walk ins if they don't have the capacity to do so. On top of that, my gel mani had bubbles. They had the audacity to tell us, "see you next time." We both left so disappointed. read more
