I got the cat eye gel manicure and my sister got the cat eye gel manicure with design. In total, it was about $65 for mine and my sisters was about $75. In total we paid about $140 before tip, which I think is a great deal. They did such an amazing job on our nails!! At other nail salons, they are really rough when they prep the nail for the manicure. I usually bleed when nail techs clear my cuticles. But not at Lumi!! They expertly prepped my nail and made them look so nice with no blood or pain involved. I selected Han Han for my manicure and Maple did my sisters design manicure. Both nail techs were so kind, patient, and caring when doing our nails. Han Han helped me pick out my color too!! 10/10 great service and I am making this my new nail salon! Oh and be careful, they have 2 locations!! Don't be a dummy like me and show up to the Lake location when your appointment is at the Colorado location!

The reference picture has a diff design on every nail, I got the same 5 designs on both hands. She charged me 137 for the design. That is the most ridiculous price I've paid. She never mentioned it would be that expensive and I never imagined it would be anywhere close to that. It was partly my fault for not asking the price before we began but this quality of work is not worth over 200. A price like that is something you discuss with the client. I never would have agreed to get them done if I knew. I questioned her when she gave me the price and she mentioned it was 137 for the design because it was difficult and took 2 and a half hours. I appreciate that she did her best but to look at that work and think to charge someone 137 is insane, without even letting me know beforehand. I paid and even tipped 15 because I just try to avoid conflict but I am so upset and feel stupid for spending that much on a mediocre nail design. I would avoid this place for any kind of design. In response to the owner: No I'm not happy with the work. It looks nothing like the picture I showed. And it's worrisome that you as an owner think it's acceptable to charge 137 for a design (210 total) with work that looks like that.

From the start, she was sweet, welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable and happy with her work. She gave me plenty of options while also offering her expertise on which tones and colors she thought would complement me best--and I really appreciated that. The shop got a little busy while I was there, but I was impressed by how all of the technicians handled the crowd with style and grace. Most importantly, Hannah never made me feel rushed. She continued to give my pedicure the same level of attentiveness, accuracy, and care from beginning to end. She treated me like a paying client who deserved her time, and that stood out to me.
