The store owner is very friendly and she has a super cute gentle dog. I got seated right away when I went without a reservation. But there are a bunch of nail salons in this plaza. I don't think you should have to wait ever! ‍‍ I'm a regular of the salon around the corner BUT this is my first time here. I show a photo of the color and design that I like to the nail technician. She did an excellent job. (Except the fact that she poked one of my toe and it was bleeding so much!) However, with the price of $100 + tip for this basic madi/pedi with a design on two big toes... I think it's a little too much. Comparing to other salons in this plaza, this is by far the most expensive. The stores around there charge $60 - $70 for regular gel madi/pedi. I've been here a few times and they always do a good job. It is pricier than the other nail salons in the plaza. I stopped by on a saturday afternoon and they attended me right away. It was really fast! I had a gel acrylic manicure and gel pedicure in 1 hour! What I liked the most was that I wanted short nails and most techs will try to persuade you into getting longer nails. But the tech that helped me gave me exactly what I wanted. They didn't try to add on anything, which I appreciated because I'm one of those people that hates saying no. This place is relatively new so they have a special going on right now. There are several nail salons in this shopping center so the competition is real. That being said, the prices at this place are a bit higher than the other salons. It wasn't noticeable with the special (20% off) they're running but once that's over, you will see it. It's clear they are trying to differentiate themselves as the classier/nicer nail salon in the area. The staff was friendly and attentive. New equipment and comfy chairs. I only ever get a pedicure and gel mani, which was done well. I cannot comment on any additional or more intricate nail services. read more

Gosh it was a totally bummer. Many wrong things with this place. (LONG REVIEW) written on 3/8 My friend and I wanted to get our nails done since we had an interview for a job. It was empty when we walked in and a friendly cute dog greeted us so 1 star for that. They were quick to treat us and I wanted to ask about price but they didn't hear me I guess. Although I didn't tell them what I even wanted, they were already prepping my nails and got the glue out & nails out. My friend and I asked how much our nails were gonna be (we wanted just a simple color) she said $72 for basic nails. Man lemme tell you I was in shocked in tears almost haha. I usually pay 45-50 for nails. I didn't say anything at first but while they were continuing to do my nails, I saw the original prices somewhat hidden in his little nail Cart and natural full set acrylic is $35 and French tip is $40 and pink powder is $60 and so on and so forth. Me being me i spoke up and questioned why was I being charged $72 for natural acrylic nails. She tried making excuses and reasons why it was 72 saying that I need gel and kept on piling stuff up. I told her I want the natural set then and forget what I wanted but she still wanted to charge me $72 but then she brought it down to $50 not including tip. I mean at least I was able to convince her to bring it down but man never again. The tools seemed soo unsanitary and dirty. and when they applied the nail glue my nails started burning. I found it very odd though because I've never felt that EVER so I was a little worried. Before they started painting my nails, they made me pay beforehand but only me. My friend didn't Need to pay up because I'm assuming that she didn't speak up and they really didn't think much about her. I didn't really know how to feel about it because i don't know if they thought I was gonna dip or didn't have the money since I didn't wanna pay the original price. But anyways yeah they did it and they did not a do a food enough job. My nails ended up looking like they were done weeks ago and the they painted it so bad so many layers and the nail polish is already falling. My cuticle were also done poorly. My friends were just as bad as mines :( it felt very rushed. Update on 3/10 : my friends nail didn't even last a week. The quality is so bad and mines is also falling apart. Relaxing and friendly nail spa! Pricing is reasonable, the staff is a small family, very friendly and polite. I love that they let you relax and enjoy your mani pedi as opposed to other larger places that are very rowdy and loud. They are the best with in-grown nails! Definitely recommend this place. Cash is preferred. There's an ATM just down the center a few businesses down but they also accept Zelle and Venmo. The center is very busy with four other mail shops that are not as relaxing so Olán to park in the parking structure they offer if you don't want to waste time driving around for a spot. read more

TL;DR: shoddy workmanship for the price (85 for dip mani and gel pedi; 70 for gel mani/pedi), would not recommend. My sister and I decided to walk into this nail salon on a Sunday afternoon. Not busy - and there seems to be a reason why for that. We got mani pedis (me - all gel, my sister dip mani, gel pedi). Regarding the pedicures - the water was cool to lukewarm at best. The foot massage was nice, the scrub was very pleasant too. Regarding the manicures - my fingers were briefly dipped into a very cold water bath before the lady got started on my cuticles, but my sister got no water bath or cuticle oil before her cuticle cleaning, which led to a lot of rough edges on her cuticles. The owner/lady who did both of our manicures kept trying to convince us to upgrade our manicures ( to gel, to acrylics etc etc) which made it somewhat uncomfortable to keep saying "no I just want gel". She also kept telling me that my nails were too short (even after I told her 2x that my nails were short for work purposes). Lastly, regarding the finished product - my sister's dip polish was pretty bad - transparent in some parts, uneven nail shape, and the color did not match it the book (the shop owner agreed with us that the colors were different, but offered no compensation, discount, or remediation). My gel polish was also poorly done with bubbles in the polish (see pictures) as well as inconsistent edges in the gel polish. At the end of the day, the experience was not as relaxing as we had hoped and we decided to go and get massages to decompress from this experience. +1 star for the cute and friendly dog read more

I Live 5 minutes from this plaza this nail shop is in. This was the last nail salon I had yet to try out from this plaza. I went on a Thursday afternoon and I didn't have to wait. There was only one other customer in there. Here are the things bugged me: 1. It didn't seem like they sanitize their equipment (cuticle pusher, nail cutter, cuticle cutter). The tech took the tools out from a metal container that looked like that's where he stored all his tools! Afterwards he put it right back in his tin box. 2. All the equipment from the spa chairs to the UV lights, looked very old and dingy and just didn't look clean and well kept. After trying it out I realized that I didn't have to wait because it's probably not a busy place in general. I was on a time constraint and needed a gel mani and pedi done last minute so I opted to try this place since my normal nail shop was packed. Also by the way, their prices are Ridiculously pricey! Maybe they are trying to make up for the slow business?? I never have seen this shop at full capacity any time I walk by. Had a very positive experience this morning. Walked in and asked for a manicure and pedicure. I went with regular nail paint. I was assisted by 'May' who was the sweetest person to me. It was calm in the morning so we had a great conversation and she really took her time with me. Overall, I truly had a great experience. First time here yesterday and was the only one so it was nice because both technicians worked on my mani and pedi. I got the H&A Signature and was done 1.5 hours later, was really nice! Had a sea salt scrub on my arms up to my shoulders and my legs. They also rubbed my arms and legs down with tons of orange peels and cleaned my fingers after a manicure with lime/cucumber water scrubbing each finger (I did sns) and oiled it after. Not exactly 10/10 Work or perfect but I don't get crazy artwork so it works for me. Just tell them to fix small stuff before leaving. It's smaller than it looks, but almost never need appointment. Friendly and non-talkative. Don't need to hear them gossiping or anything like that. ****UPDATE 9/10/18********* It's only been 4 or so days since I've had my manicure SNS here, Lol. My nails already crack and I don't even wash dishes. Each nail you can see like a thousand crack into it and some chipped off. Truly disappointed! At first I enjoyed my sea salt scrubs and lotion massages but it's not comparable to like an American salon where products aren't necessarily as cheap for treatments and hot towel wraps. My friend and I only came here because it was legit the only place that was open on New Years Day. We only wanted pedicures and were lucky enough to be seated at a chair right away. I was being worked on first but my friend had to wait until I finished to get her pedicure. Since this was the only nail salon open in the entire plaza, there were many people coming in while there were only three workers. Because of this, my friend and I felt very rushed. While I was waiting for my friend, I noticed the salon could have been a lot cleaner. It felt pretty cramped in there because all the chairs and tables were packed pretty closely together with tools and equipment laying out. I recently went after this quarantine, they said $35 full set $15 gel I agreed. When finished she says $65 I asked "why" (stuttering) she said for "two different colors, for design, for length, for holding my seat ..." Literally trying to find reasons Also explaining to me how the products she has to buy now are expensive I said "I understand but you should of told me before." I have always gotten them the same length, same design (glitter polish on two different fingers). I didnt ask them to hold me a seat. This was my spot but I see she trys over charging everyone. When I gave her my card she didn't tell me the total cost, she just swiped my card because I normally pay the same amount each time why would I think anything of it. When I was signing I realize she charged me $71 today, she was explaining the math to me and she was stuttering not making sense. I'll start off by saying the owner seems nice and was very soft in her approach when I first arrived. I asked how long the wait would be because I was on a tight timeframe. She claimed 10 minutes but it ended up being 25 minutes. I would have liked more transparency because I would have just returned the following day. Once I was seen she was hurrying because I'm assuming it close to closing and they had another two customers that needed services. She wasn't thorough with my clean up portion of my manicure, lack there of. I have shorter nails with a long nail bed. When she started applying nail polish she did not apply it to the full nails missing the sides or to the bottom of the nail. When I pointed it out she said "don't worry" belittling my mark. That phrase would then become a theme for the rest of my visit "don't worry. The job was sloppy with uneven edges throughout all nails and the tips were not painted fully. Once again I made a remark and she said don't worry. Instead of painting the tips properly she proceeded to file down the very little nails I had on my right hand to the point they look raw. I don't know if it's because she was distracted or upset because I was pointing out the lack of follow through on her end. At this point my right hand is throbbing and I let her know it's not okay, but obviously she can't bring my nails back. I said this so she could refrain from being aggressive on the left hand. She then proceeds to make excuses and shames me for having shorter nails. As I mentioned above, my nails were shorter but not bleeding short the way she left it. Long story long, I remember I stopped coming here when they first opened a couple years back. I forgot why, this is just a reminder why I won't be returning. My right hand is throbbing and now I have to wait. Thanks. Look maybe you'll have a different experience and I hope you do. I have gone to this place a couple times because I really wanted to like it since it's down the street from me. I went on Saturday and got a manicure and pedicure. I asked for the color the girl next to me had and was told she had the dip powder. The lady who did my nails ended up using the wrong color. She filed it off and then put gel on top of it. I was there FOREVER! And it ended up not being even close to the color I wanted. She also cut me twice and said I had a hang nail, which it why it hurt. To make matters worse, it began lifting by Monday morning! I paid $65 for a manicure and pedicure and already need to get my nails done again. Multiple nails are chipped and it looks like I got my nails done weeks ago! The water for the pedicure was okay but the water was not hot. I will not be going back to this place. read more
