I ordered the oxtail kare-kare for $31 and was disappointed that it was 85% bone, with very little meat. For the price, I expected a much better meat-to-bone ratio. The restaurant also had a noticeable sewage-like odor. I hope the plumbing issue is addressed and that the quality of the food improves. read more

Stopped by again because I try to support not only filipino restaurants (being a filipino myself) but on my last visit before this, the food didn't taste as good so I wanted to give them another try to see how consistent they are. I was so excited to try the Lechon Kare Kare. The lumpia was a hit but not the Kare Kare. It was too much peanut butter and not a well balanced dish. Also, the vegetables lacked. Omg this place is the bomb dot com. Recommended to me by all my Hawaiian-Filipino friends, the family handling this joint is making things consistent and with high quality. I have to go back and remember the camera eats first but so far not disappointed with lumpia, their classic is fire flame and I fell in love with the shrimp lumpia. I am yet to try the vegan but sig sig was on point. Can't wait to go back and actually sit down to eat. I have gotten take out thus far so not much to say about service. To start the server or whoever it was working the counter on 05/02/2026 was rude and unhelpful, this individual was unable to answer any questions I had about the menu clearly and the prices are outrageous for the portion size. Pork Sisig was very good. In fact, it was better than we recently had in the Philippines, but beware, if you order the spicy option, as it has very hot chili pieces in it. I got the shrimp lumpia and the pork adobo and they were both fantastic. The pork was the most tender melt in your mouth pork belly I had ever had in my life. The flavor was incredible and the tenderness was next level. The shrimp lumpia was so crispy, well seasoned and mouth watering. The shrimp were juicy and super tender. The whole place feels really relaxed and overall a cool place to chill out for a while, and the person taking my order was so sweet.
