He listened, was completely willing to do it my way, and then expertly walked me through why a different approach would work better. He wasn't pushy about it; he just knew his stuff, explained it clearly, and let me make the call. I'm glad I went with his recommendation. A few things that stood out (again): - He installed the entire Frame while I was on a work call. When my call ended, he was already finished, the TV was up, and everything was clean. Zero damage, zero mess, zero disruption. - The same patience and lack of ego from the doorbell project carried over. He could have just done it his way from the start, but he respected that I had a plan and earned his way into changing it. - The result looks exactly like the Frame is supposed to look: flush, clean, like art on the wall. He's earned two installs of loyalty from me, and there will be a third, fourth, and fifth.

Aaron even provided a spare HDMI cord to hook up some tech to the TV when the one we originally had was too short for a mounted setup. He also struck a very nice balance between providing expertise while also inviting our own opinions when deciding where to place the TVs on the wall. This is another follow-up review on both the Legacy Focus SE speakers that I have had for about a…read morehear now, but also how outstanding James has been on being helpful on a few technical questions that have come along since my purchase in Oct, 2019. First, the speakers. They are awesome; like no other, with an amazing soundstage. I just marvel at the stage where the music I enjoy is coming from the center filling the "stage" on each side (Yello anyone?). I have had new listeners compliment me on how great my center channel is (Legacy Marquis XD), and after they have listened for awhile and complimented me again on the great center side, I love telling them that it is not playing- that is the amazing sound stage of the Focus SEs. You have to listen to the Focus towers (mine are the SEs) to get it. If you decide you love them, then make sure James sets them up for the maximum sound stage benefit. And also be sure and get the optional additional feet as they made a big difference- and the cost was so small I forgot how much. Plus, I almost forgot the CODA electronics which are amazing and well worth it- and substantially less than many "names" you see in the high end stereo mags. Then I want to say just how helpful James is with follow-up questions after the initial installation, which he did. I have reached out to him three times, twice due to Cox Cable gear that was performing poorly and he gave me an approach to improve it. Then when I had to move my gear for repositioning, I forgot to measure the locations, separation, and angle. He knew immediately and guided me through it as I wanted to restore what he did. Want to dazzle your friends? After you get a pair of Legacy tower speakers, model will not matter and only get better up the price curve, don't tell them that your center is off. He charges way less than what others were offering me. He even gives you a price breakdown of how much the parts ordered will cost and how much for labor. Whenever we had questions he would answer our calls or get back to us as soon as possible. I saw a review complaining about how they should install a new system and George could have been right. Sometimes the cost of repairing is close to getting a new system, but for our TV and home theater receiver he recommended just repairing, so he doesn't try to make you spend more. Overall was greatly satisfied with his service and will get a new car radio installed there. Will update once it's done.

The bulb went out in my 2009'ish model Sony flat screen HD TV. Amazon has the bulb but I would've paid hugely for shipping and still need someone to install it. Best Buy's parts store wanted an OBSCENE $300 just for the bulb and shipping! Several local shops also quoted a one-week wait plus $200 for the bulb AND an extra $75 for the installation. I have no tools or screwdrivers because my ex's always steal them :/ so I needed home service. NH Electronics gave me a VERY reasonable price for the services rendered, $179 compared to the nearly $300 and up I would've spent elsewhere. Crime Warner may have stolen my right to watch Dexter's last season but at least with this new bulb I can watch the other programs I love. Support local businesses and forego the big name retailers. You won't regret giving NH Electronics your business. I have never experienced such friendly service!
