When I spoke to Ron, he was polite, professional, and thorough. When he arrived for the consult, he walked through the house and then gave me my options. He could have up sold me on the T.V. On the day of the installation, Ron showed up with his assistant. With a ton of gear in tow, he looked like he was equipped with anything he might need.
