Do not go to studio Nails!!!! They broke my nails purposely because they applied a gel that peeled 2 days after it was applied, and I came in after calling and receiving no response and they were furious that I wanted my gel reapplied. 1st they spoke loudly in their language. After a couple of minutes they said they would reapply the gel. The tech started to remove my nails and said they would get a fungus. I asked her to stop but she broke two nails 1st. The male threatened me and called the cops after he told me to screw myself. I'm furious. The owner through 10$ on the counter and said get out! read more

the worst set of nails I've ever had. I hardly leave reviews but I was highly disappointed. It's been a few months since Ive gone to the nail salon . I was so excited and ready to have a fresh set! I asked for french tips with an almond shape medium length. My nail tech was rough and almost felt like he was rushing. He ran over my fingers several times with the drill. By the time it was over my nails were short and basically claws. they look so bad I will most likely go elsewhere and have these removed and redone. I do not recommend this place!!! read more

I found this nail salon on yelp because it was closest to where I work. This place is nothing fancy. Not too many polish color choices. I don't even know if they offer gel or any other long lasting polish but they are nice and they have wine if you ask. Two guys were busy the entire time I was here. Then a girl came in around 8pm and did a girl's pedicure who was waiting. Very affordable $25 pedicure. I called and showed up 25 mins early and got to sit in the pedicure chair and soak/drink wine until they were ready for me so it was nice to sit and relax. This was the best massage chair I've ever sat in at a nail salon. I don't even know how to explain it other than it massaged my head and neck like a human would have. Other than the wait and dry time, this was one of the quickest and worst actual pedicures I've ever had. My toe nails are uneven, he didn't use a top or base coat?!, the sides of my nails don't have any polish on them, I have polish on my skin, and the massage didn't last remotely long enough. Sitting in this massage chair and not having to talk to anyone for over an hour was worth the $25 + tip. I just noticed he didn't use a base coat on the lady beside me either... I'll come back because it is so cheap and hopefully they will be busy again so I can sit in this chair and at least have a long massage on my upper body. But next time I will bring my own base, color, and top coat and make sure they use all three! **After my guy started someone's manicure, I asked the girl who was working beside me if she could use a top coat and she finished my pedicure and also cleaned the polish off my skin. I got gel nails on Friday and today is Tuesday and they're already peeling, cracking and coming off which tells me that they don't get new polish often. I guess the lack of selection should've given me a clue. I've been to other places and got in jail nails and Dave literally lasted almost 4 entire weeks. I recently moved to Nashville and have been searching for just this kind of place for a great pedicure. They not only have a good selection of colors, but Kim did an amazing job getting rid of my very painful in-grown toenails. She spent extra time doing this when most people won't even attempt. What a wonderful difference this makes. If you have the same problem, make the trip over here. You will be glad you did. Kim remembered things from my first appointment and asked about them. She talked without being intrusive while she was massaging my feet and legs. Very good attention to details! The salon is clean and bright. There are 6 pedicure chairs and 5 manicure tables but it is not cramped at all. They do eyebrows too so you can get it all done here. On my first visit on a Saturday afternoon, I stopped in without an appointment and only had to wait a few minutes. On this trip on a Tuesday afternoon, there were several ladies already here but I didn't have to wait at all for Kim (and she is worth the wait). My only wish is that they were open on Sunday's but such good talent deserves a day off! read more

I've been coming to this location since the new owners bought it in 2014. I have been coming to sandy every single time ! She is literally the best nail tech I have EVER had. I am a perfectionist when it comes to getting my nails done and she ALWAYS does a great job. She listens to what style you want and is very detail oriented . She won't leave some nails with missing paint in the edges or leave them uneven. Side note: the pedicure chairs are huge and the best massage chairs I've ever been in. Lily is great! She did an overlay on me today. I was 20 mins late to my appointment and she worked me into her busy schedule. Didn't have to wait more than 30 mins before she could fit me in. Offered me a coke or water while I waited. She knows her stuff, most nail techs nip you or claim that your nail bed is crooked on your finger, but she was very gentle and no nips on my cuticles! She didn't have to spend too much time drilling because she applied the acrylic with expertise. So glad I stopped by today. read more

I decided to try Studio for a full set of acrylics. When I entered, Kim looked at my nails and said she wouldn't do acrylics, but she would do another service that cost about 25 dollars more. I have a medical condition which causes my hair and nails to be very weak. For that reason, I have very small nails - but I have never has a problem before. I told Kim that I would pass on the more expensive option, but she continued to attempt to up sell them on me by pointing out how small and weak my nails were. I explained that I have never had a problem, as I'm a regular acrylic user. I ended up being charged 5 dollars more than the price they advertise for acrylics, and two of the nails have already come off - less than two days later. read more

Great experience! Kim did my pedicure and manicure. I was seated immediately. I had a foot injury several weeks ago and have been nervous about a pedicure. Kim was very attentive to my injury and have me an amazing foot massage. I can not even tell my foot was injured! Amazing! My nails look great! This will definitely be a repeat for me. Service A+. Hello, I came here because I needed somewhere reasonable and quick. I needed and pedicure,BAD! They sat me immediately. The pedicure was only $25 and the massage chairs are a gift! A man, I don't know his name, actually did my pedicure and was very gentle with me. For the most part he did a good job. Assuming Sandy is his wife and she comes to paint my nails and go over spots he missed. No biggie to me. She did a fantastic job painting and finishing. They were really pushy about trying to get me to get other services that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. But overall, good place. I'll be back. :) read more
