Update to my review last year: The service here has totally gone downhill. I arrived on time for my 6pm appointment. I asked for my usual - a gel mani and regular pedi. TT upsold me to a gel pedi instead - fine. There was one other customer in the salon, and at first I didn't think I was keeping the 3 other employees from staying late. But my pedi was obviously rushed. Check out the lovely right toe callus! My left toe and heels look just as bad. Now it's time for the mani. I'd already asked for my usual color, but now she was trying to upsell me to something sparkly and more expensive. No, but thank you. The most unsettling thing was checking out. The other customer had just left, and the crew (family?) was ready to go. As I was presented my tab, there was a single, blatantly obvious receipt on the table, with a massive tip on it (well over 50%). I looked up and realized that 2 other people were leaning towards me and watching me figure out my bill. I tipped $20 - about 20%, then they all started chattering about it, but I heard them say "twenty" more than once. I definitely felt pressured and practically hoodwinked. Very uncomfortable situation. They even asked me to trace over the "2" in 20 to make it darker. Got home and took a closer look at my feet. Ended up using a pumice stone on them myself. Total (with tip) = $135. Not worth it. Go elsewhere. read more

The atmosphere is upbeat friendly, everyone smiles, laughs and they like to chat with the customers too, very warm place. 100% outstanding customer experience. Salon Technician (Que) pedicures and massages are fabulous! I felt like I left with a reflexology massage. The salon is very clean. The music is upbeat and trending. The color selection is massive, if you don't find a color, I would be surprised. This girl asked for the old-school, OPI Coke red. ATM is in house Pedicure chairs are comfortable and the remote was easy to use. They use safety protocols like plastic liners for pedi bowls. The parking is in the front of the store, on the street, in the back, I am told it's limited and may be paid on the side. I had no problem parking, no payment needed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. Not only did the manager overcharge me for my nails, he flat out lied and tried to get even MORE money out of me. I went to this nail salon a couple of weeks ago to get a full set of Gel X. A male tech began on my nails and the male owner kept hovering over him looking at my nails and adding charges. "It'll be $20 extra for this, it'll be $5 extra for that". I needed them done so I agreed. The tech did my Gel X, took pictures of my nails, and then I paid my bill of $120 including tip. Already ridiculous I know. A little over a week later my nails start POPPING OFF one by one!! I live quite a distance from this place and only stopped in because my orthodontics office is nearby. I couldn't get down there after work due to the traffic so I waited until I had a day off to come back. This was still within a two week timeframe of getting my nails done. The manager immediately tells me that the male tech who did my nails has quit and doesn't work there anymore (which I don't believe). I told him that's irrelevant to me and my nails should NOT be popping off after I paid over $100 and it hasn't even been two full weeks. He said he would do my nails himself. Ok. I sit down. He tried to make small talk and then tells me he won't charge me full price. He'll do the removal of the remaining nails for free and I'll only have to pay for the new ones...I'm like HUH??! You need to be correcting the nails that I already OVERpaid for. Like why in the world would I pay you again??!! He goes into how nail salons only insure nails for two weeks, then later he says usually nails are only insured for one week. He says lifestyle could be the reasons a person's nails come off and his examples were someone working in construction.....I said sir, I sit at a desk and type all day. I mean do I look like a construction worker??? Just foolishness. I told him to just take them off, then he says it'll be $20 to remove them if I don't stay and get them done there. Now, why in the world would I give you another chance and you pay you even MORE money??! The whole ordeal was ridiculous. The manager has snake oil salesman energy. Do not go here if you want your nails to actually lastly over 10 days. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and on Mother's Day at that! SMH first off we both come to get pedicures. We sit down, my mom's massager on her chair is broken! Try and tell the lady doing her toes and she completely ignores so now no massage for my ma. No glass of wine is offered, the package we got gave a foot massage and foot scrub, but unfortunately was rushed through and rinsed off as soon as it was rubbed on our legs and feet! The vibe is giving that we can just do regular paint so my ma and I decide on that for our toes. The man doing my toes paints them in this pretty blue color I picked. After her is done painting, goes away for a while, he comes back and without saying anything, begins to wipe all the finished paint off of my toe nails. I found out after that it was because my ma and I had decided or regular polish and he did mine with blue gel polish. It's ok to make mistakes but, the smart thing would've been to just state what happened, dry my toes, and send me on my way with the agreed price! Good business would know better. He then slaps on regular blue polish quick in a hurry. I had to beckon h back over to fill in the missed spots on my right big toe! I also had to ask him to wipe off the gel polish that got on my toe skin from when he suddenly came to wipe off all the finished paint the first time smh sadly my mom was even pressured to tip after our horrible experience. The nerve of them! Keep driving past this small parking lot if you're looking to get your nails done. It's not worth it read more

this place is absolutely unsanitary. the filter used in the foot baths have mold and hair on them, the sugar scrub used is from a multi use jar and the water smells... weird. the serviced have been impeccable each time I've been here which brought me back but today I noticed the grime and will not be returning. i hope this place changes their ways because the artists do a great job :( read more
