I would give zero stars if possible. This is the same business/owners as the south nail bar that I had the worst experience, I with one of their employees yelling and screaming at me after the owner quoted me for a side of Nails, and the employee was overcharging after he could not do the nails I was asking for. Do not go here The nail quality is also crap as I got them three days ago and Nails started popping off yesterday. These should be lasting three weeks. As I don't feel comfortable going back to this business to get my nails fixed, considering they allow their employees to scream at clients, I asked for a refund and the owner is now ignoring me. read more

I did not have a good experience at this place and I really don't ever leave a review but this was bad. My tech was incredibly rude when we kept pushing my hand away then said it was my fault for getting the fuzz of my sweater in my nails after she had pushed my hand that way. Did not listen to my shape request, she was on the phone texting during my appointment, and running around. Genuinely the worst set of nails I have gotten in Nashville. I tried to talk to the staff and showed them my nails and they still charged me $85. Going to another salon to get it fixed later this week. Will NEVER go back here. read more

I think I finally found my nail salon of preference. They're a little out of the way for me but I'll do the drive for the excellent service and quality work. They're tucked in the very corner of a corner shopping plaza. Parking is limited as all the business share the parking lot. The salon is small in size and it can get crowed very easily, specially during the afternoon hours when everyone is getting out of work. If you want to make an appointment you're better off just calling their number. I wish they kept up with their socials or if there was an online way to make appointments. I suppose they focus more on their actual work. Prices are very decent compared to other places. Method of payment is also very flexible, I truly appreciate that. As I said, service is great! I've come with the designs I want and listen closely and deliver quality work. read more

I absolutely love Green Hills Nail Spa. The space is lovely + the pedicure chairs are the most comfortable I have ever been in. When I moved to Nashville in 2019 I tried several nail salon's but Green Hills was the best of the best! All the nail techs here are wonderful (Tweety, Jadon, Steven, and Tee just to name a few!) but my personal favorite artist is Tee. Tee is so kind and generous of spirit and does meticulous work! I can be a bit picky about my nails but Tee does a wonderful job, every single time. Tee also does nail art and has given me beautiful sets for vacations and special events. Everyone who works here is so friendly- they always remember my name and ask about friends who I've brought there before. It's clear that Steven (the owner and a talented nail artist himself), treats his employees with great respect as the team seems happy and communicates with each other openly and warmly. The lady was pleasant, but they failed to deliver the desired nail result. I provided a picture, and if they were unable to replicate it, they should have informed me. Furthermore, it was apparent that the lady lacked experience in nail services. I only chose this establishment because my regular nail shop was closed; however, I will not be returning. read more

Came in for the first time asking for an acrylic fullset with 3d art, gems, ombré, all the things me (and my man) are so happy with how they turned out! Felt so bad it was late in the day but was pleasantly surprised by my stylist (I believe her name was T) she was super attentive and detailed in her work. Absolutely a 10/10 experience--best nail place I've been to in Nashville. I arrived to my appointment ~ an hour early after getting off work early, and they were able to start working on my nails immediately. They had so many beautiful polishes (regular, gel, dip) to choose from. I was getting my nails done to match a wedding guest dress, and they helped me choose the right color by taking each one out one by one and matching. I showed them my inspiration pic, and they were able to match it so perfectly. They modified the base color to go better with my skin, which came out so beautiful. The shape and length were perfect, and none of that bubble nail where it's too thick. They even touched up my cuticles (which I haven't had done at any other place so far and I really like to have done). I got so many compliments on my nails and love them more than any set I've had done!! Everyone was also very kind, and I felt so comfortable there. By the end, I was expecting my nails to be a lot more expensive than they were (with a full set, gel/dip, French tip, almond shape). I think they have very fair pricing, so this will 100% be my go-to nail salon. (Bonus picture with my sweet kitty at the end) read more

I live in Atlanta but needed a mani/pedi while in Nashville. I really had high hopes for this place based on the other reviews but sadly it just hasn't held up for me. I got a fill in and pedicure. First off, the guy doing my fill in, bad mouthed my existing acrylics. Stating that he could tell that the products used were not as high quality as the ones they use. Then boasted about how this fill in will be soooo extraordinary. He did inform me of the pricing, any add insult, etc. Which I told him that I did appreciate. However - a week later my finger nails are coming loose (I'm glueing them back daily to make the fill in last) and the polish on my toes is chipping off. With my normal salon in ATL - my acrylics last 4 weeks and regular polish on my toes will last 3-6 weeks. I paid $117 for a fill in & pedi that costs me $85 at home and lasts 3Xs longer. read more

Ok, I really wanted to like this place, it was cute and quaint the people were nice! It is always scary trying out a new place but I was hosting a friend that flew in from Seattle and we decided to stop in here for nails/toes. I have been getting dip powder on my natural nails now for months and very proud of how long they have grown out. I asked a lot of questions about their dip procedures everything sounded good so I proceeded. The owner was doing my nails and I noticed how much he was drilling down my natural nail after my old dip was removed, I asked him to calm down with the drill that he was making my natural nail super weak. He told me to trust him and he would make it look good I don't care so much about that as I do quality and them lasting.... And what do you know 2 days later my dip is cracking... I have never had dip crack did not even know it was possible... I googled the brand of dip they use SNS after they told me it was the best! I could tell immediately that the powder was extremely transparent and light, and of course it's an Amazon brand with terrible ratings. I would STAY CLEAR of this place! $100 for cracked dip and a basic pedicure read more

However, I needed my nails done last minute on a Sunday and figured I would give them a try again. I got a dip manicure with one tip added to my pinky due to a broken nail. I requested a light pink color and went with OPI bubble bath, knowing it was a rather sheer color. When leaving, I noticed there was a colored thread and bubbled polish on my ring finger. Additionally, my nail artist only did two coats of color, making the color incredibly sheer. When cashing out, the cashier told me my total and I was rather surprised. I then asked for an itemized receipt to confirm what I was charged for and he ended up charging me for the wrong service. I went back in and he was able to refund me and charge me the appropriate amount ($30 less than the first time he told me). Now questioning if I've ever been charged the right amount when I was going here and if I needed an itemized receipt every time.

I easily made an appointment through Instagram DMs and spoke in advance about their fruit nail art. The guy doing my nails was definitely not as comfortable (described himself as unconfident) in nail art, so I was surprised he was assigned to my appointment. Don't get me wrong, they turned out super cute, but I feel like there was a disconnect between the employee making my appointment and the technician which could've made the process more smooth (for him and me) and more similar to the online photos. All of the employees were kind and made sure I was comfortable in my chair, dialed in my shade of red, and provided complementary water. The other customers in the salon were clearly repeat customers who love their nail technicians and sing DIP's praises. Jayden is possibly the owner or at least a top dog at the salon who was busy as a nail tech and helped when the cashier had issues. I got gel removal and gel color change with 4 nail art designs for $55, before tax and tip. I'll definitely be back! (They don't do henna, I just already had it from a Yelp Nashville event.)

After trying several nail salons in the area, I will never go anywhere else for my nails. One caveat - definitely call ahead and make an appointment, because there are few staff members and walk-ins cannot always be accommodated. The staff here is extremely friendly and takes great care with my nails. I've never had a better, more meticulous manicure. The owner generally checks your nails if they were done by another technician and makes sure they are up to his standards before you leave. Another plus is that if your polish chips within one week (gel) or two weeks (fill), they will fix it for you for free. All this for competitive prices, and 15% off if you pay in cash, plus a free drink with your visit. Absolutely no complaints! read more

I LOVED our experience at Green Hills Nail Spa. I made a reservation for 3, all 3 chairs were waiting on us when we arrived. My friend got a chrome gel manicure and it looked amazing. I got almond nails with a gel polish and the artist took her time, was so kind, and gave me the best set I've ever had!! I also had my step daughter with us and she was well taken care of too :) FYI I'm a nail biter and have endured a lot of annoying manicures where I'm basically ridiculed the whole time.
