I think I finally found my nail salon of preference. They're a little out of the way for me but I'll do the drive for the excellent service and quality work. They're tucked in the very corner of a corner shopping plaza. Parking is limited as all the business share the parking lot. The salon is small in size and it can get crowed very easily, specially during the afternoon hours when everyone is getting out of work. If you want to make an appointment you're better off just calling their number. I wish they kept up with their socials or if there was an online way to make appointments. I suppose they focus more on their actual work. Prices are very decent compared to other places. Method of payment is also very flexible, I truly appreciate that. As I said, service is great! I've come with the designs I want and listen closely and deliver quality work. read more

I feel like $73 for a basic pedicure is very overpriced. They didn't do anything fancy and the only thing that could've added to the price was that I got gel polish. The service was nice but it wasn't memorable. read more

The lady was pleasant, but they failed to deliver the desired nail result. I provided a picture, and if they were unable to replicate it, they should have informed me. Furthermore, it was apparent that the lady lacked experience in nail services. I only chose this establishment because my regular nail shop was closed; however, I will not be returning. read more

I absolutely love Green Hills Nail Spa. The space is lovely + the pedicure chairs are the most comfortable I have ever been in. When I moved to Nashville in 2019 I tried several nail salon's but Green Hills was the best of the best! All the nail techs here are wonderful (Tweety, Jadon, Steven, and Tee just to name a few!) but my personal favorite artist is Tee. Tee is so kind and generous of spirit and does meticulous work! I can be a bit picky about my nails but Tee does a wonderful job, every single time. Tee also does nail art and has given me beautiful sets for vacations and special events. Everyone who works here is so friendly- they always remember my name and ask about friends who I've brought there before. It's clear that Steven (the owner and a talented nail artist himself), treats his employees with great respect as the team seems happy and communicates with each other openly and warmly. It's a wonderful place to be and I can't speak more highly of it! read more

Came in for the first time asking for an acrylic fullset with 3d art, gems, ombré, all the things me (and my man) are so happy with how they turned out! Felt so bad it was late in the day but was pleasantly surprised by my stylist (I believe her name was T) she was super attentive and detailed in her work. It was so hard to find a salon that would allow for a walk-in! They were all booked up I finally found Green Hills Nail Spa! I called and they said they could take me right away. April and Martha are so sweet and kind. Green Hills is the absolute best and they have great prices. If you are looking for an affordable and relaxing mani pedi I would definitely recommend Green Hills. For a basic mani I got the hot towel relaxing vibes and so much more, FOR ONLY $27!!! Absolutely a 10/10 experience--best nail place I've been to in Nashville. I arrived to my appointment ~ an hour early after getting off work early, and they were able to start working on my nails immediately. They had so many beautiful polishes (regular, gel, dip) to choose from. I was getting my nails done to match a wedding guest dress, and they helped me choose the right color by taking each one out one by one and matching. I showed them my inspiration pic, and they were able to match it so perfectly. They modified the base color to go better with my skin, which came out so beautiful. The shape and length were perfect, and none of that bubble nail where it's too thick. They even touched up my cuticles (which I haven't had done at any other place so far and I really like to have done). I got so many compliments on my nails and love them more than any set I've had done!! Everyone was also very kind, and I felt so comfortable there. By the end, I was expecting my nails to be a lot more expensive than they were (with a full set, gel/dip, French tip, almond shape). I think they have very fair pricing, so this will 100% be my go-to nail salon. (Bonus picture with my sweet kitty at the end) read more

I live in Atlanta but needed a mani/pedi while in Nashville. I really had high hopes for this place based on the other reviews but sadly it just hasn't held up for me. I got a fill in and pedicure. First off, the guy doing my fill in, bad mouthed my existing acrylics. Stating that he could tell that the products used were not as high quality as the ones they use. Then boasted about how this fill in will be soooo extraordinary. He did inform me of the pricing, any add insult, etc. Which I told him that I did appreciate. However - a week later my finger nails are coming loose (I'm glueing them back daily to make the fill in last) and the polish on my toes is chipping off. With my normal salon in ATL - my acrylics last 4 weeks and regular polish on my toes will last 3-6 weeks. I paid $117 for a fill in & pedi that costs me $85 at home and lasts 3Xs longer. read more

Ok, I really wanted to like this place, it was cute and quaint the people were nice! It is always scary trying out a new place but I was hosting a friend that flew in from Seattle and we decided to stop in here for nails/toes. I have been getting dip powder on my natural nails now for months and very proud of how long they have grown out. I asked a lot of questions about their dip procedures everything sounded good so I proceeded. The owner was doing my nails and I noticed how much he was drilling down my natural nail after my old dip was removed, I asked him to calm down with the drill that he was making my natural nail super weak. He told me to trust him and he would make it look good I don't care so much about that as I do quality and them lasting.... And what do you know 2 days later my dip is cracking... I have never had dip crack did not even know it was possible... I googled the brand of dip they use SNS after they told me it was the best! I could tell immediately that the powder was extremely transparent and light, and of course it's an Amazon brand with terrible ratings. I would STAY CLEAR of this place! $100 for cracked dip and a basic pedicure read more

I had a regular pedicure-nothing added on-with Martha (I believe that was her name!) later in the evening on a Friday, maybe 6:45ish, so it was closer to closing time. She never rushed! It was WONDERFUL! I had not visited Green Hills Nail Spa before, but it was right next door to where I go to the Sauna, so I decided to give them a try right after my sauna appt! Martha was excellent! I kept apologizing about my "runner's feet" (iykyk haha) which were awful even though I try to take care of them. She was so sweet and said that they were good, and then went on to give me the BEST pedicure I've had in a long time. Even with the basic pedicure I got hot towels, and she massaged my sore feet and calves so well, and for longer than I expected! It was heavenly! She was so careful with everything I asked-my hurt/bruised toe nail hanging on for dear life, chronic blisters-closed, tough skin, no open wounds or anything (Gross! I would never!), and she painted them perfectly. She was even waiting sweetly while my toes dried even though I knew I was her last client! I told her to go home! I was good to dry my toes alone. It was an overall excellent experience, and I highly recommend their nail salon! Parking there can be a pain unfortunately, with several businesses sharing a small parking lot, so I'd definitely leave a few minutes earlier than it takes to get there if you have an appointment. That way you have a little extra time if you can't find a parking spot right away! I'll be going back, and probably even doing an upgraded pedicure for even more pampering! read more

I was in the market for fancy lotion. I knew I was in the right place because the 'lotion' was called 'moisturizer.' I really got the hint when I saw the price point. This isn't Jergens, folks. When I went to pay, the total was $143. Mind you this was BEFORE a tip. I'm usually not a stickler for this kind of stuff but that is literally insane to pay for two extremely basic services. My friend got a pedicure with me and just did basic polish nothing else and it was $77 which is crazy for an experience that was not "luxury", just average at best. I should have asked for a receipt but I was so shocked that I just paid and left. Here we are one week later and my nails are already chippingwill not be returning here and will not be recommending to others.
