My husband ordered the chirashi lunch and I ordered the Bento C but substituted shumai for the spicy tuna gyoza, we also split a 3 roll combo, and added a piece of ikura for my husband and shitake mushroom roll. The bento c is my absolute favorite. I always order it especially because the kani salad is the best. The thing about Ginza is that it is truly amazing quality and you really get what you pay for, especially at lunch. The atmosphere is still unfriendly but they are trying. The service has gotten better but don't expect a smile when they deliver your food. As for me, I was just happy to have solid food that came out hot and was tasty. I will definitely give Sakura another shot and hopefully they get better and better.
