If there was ever any advice I can give to anyone, is to floss after every meal and brush twice a day, especially at night.

Dr. Ortiz saw me on the same day the incident happened and less than a week later I had a new tooth that looked remarkable. In addition to my crown, I also did a full whitening treatment that restored my teeth's natural whiteness. I looked great for the wedding and I couldn't ask for more efficient service. I returned to Dr. Ortiz for both a normal cleaning and then a full deep cleaning and scaling. I called and Priscilla put me on hold for about 11 minutes without saying anything or giving me an update. I eventually hung up because that's way too long to leave someone waiting. If she was busy or the only person working, all she had to do was communicate that or offer to call me back from the start. After that, I called back twice from my phone and no one answered. Then I called from a different phone, and suddenly my call was picked up right away. At that point, I was frustrated that I told her to just cancel my appointment. I understand people get busy, but from my perspective, my calls from my number were being ignored. That's not how potential patients should be treated. The owner should be aware of how the front desk is handling patients because experiences like this can drive people away before they ever step into the office. I was genuinely interested in becoming a patient, but after this, I decided to go somewhere else.
