He finally had to ask her for the drink, when she replied, "Oh I guess I forgot". No apology....nothing. As we were at table having our drinks, the same bartender came around to all the other tables to clean the tables and ask the customers if they needed another drink. All the tables except ours. We were looking to order another round however we were never given the chance.This was the worst example of customer service, we ever experienced in a restaurant business.
