    My fav, cheese curds
    Jason L.

Man, we finally tried the new Nomad in Daybreak at the bees field. Great location and the spot is super cool and very clean. Service could be better. I'm sure they are still getting a handle on things. But, drinks are the driving factor in restaurants, keep them flowing. Food is great, lots of favs from the old location. I asked to split the homemade chips and they said no and the old spot always did that for me. I'd say flexibly is not happening with the menus. No tap beer, yet. Haven't tried the pizza yet but I'm sure we will. Hit this new spot up food is great...

This place was great, I can't wait to come back and enjoy the patio in the summertime! It's located right inside Uinta Brewery. We tried the mango lime pilsner, very good, I'd never tried the mango version and liked it! We started with the garlic Parmesan cheese curds and they were SO good! They came with a red pepper jelly that was so yummy. I got the black bean burger with fries and my friends got the salt and vinegar chips. All the food hit the spot, loved it all and no notes! Great vibes, the staff was nice and very helpful, can't wait to be back!!

The food was great we started with the cheese curds which were delicious though I would have preferred the sauce on the side as I think it made the crispy cheese curds less crispy. Next we had the white bbq wings. They were served with a creamy almost Caesar salad dressing sauce. They were good. We had the salmon salad. It was also good. We got a toffee sticky pudding to go and it was to die for. I was a bit confused by the graham crackers in top. They seemed like a a second thought and unnecessary as they were presented. But the pudding itself was 10 out if 10 Service was friendly but a bit chaotic. There were lots of wait staff and it wasn't crazy crowded but they seemed slow.

Love the cards, great idea to give details about the beers being served

Good food, good beer what more can you ask for? I saw the pic of the fish & chips and just had to see if it taste as good as it looked, it did not disappoint. $17 for two decent sized pieces of fish and large heap of French fries good deal. $6.95 for a flight, taste of for beers that's the best deal yet. All beers I tasted were def above average in taste and quality. I will def return next time travels bring me to SLC

This place has a nice vibe and some tasty food. I tried the smoked salmon salad, it was a decent size portion. The server took my order quickly and my order was prepared fast. They have a bar and its located next to a brewery.

Nomad Eatery is inside Uintah Brewery, which is a bar, and is their food arm of the establishment. This review is just for the food not the bar. We met some friends here for dinner prior to going out for some entertainment. You order at the bar and they give you a number so that they can bring your food to you. Then they suggest a 20% tip. Not sure why I paid 20% with no server. However the cashier was very friendly and they did check up on us to insure the food was good. The menu is a little limited, but everything we had was good. I ordered the wedge salad which was excellent with lots of toppings including onion straws. Very good. 5/5 Wings with Korean bbq sauce. The wings were cooked to perfection, well done, a little crispy, but still delicious and full of flavor. The Korean sauce was good but no kick at all. 5/5 My wife ordered the Turkey, Bacon sandwich that was highly recommended by the cashier. It was good but not as good as they raved about. 4/5. Fries are thin fries and done well. Friends ordered the falafel salad and the Nimad Burger and said they were good.

Newest Nomad fan. I visited Nomad Eatery with my mom earlier this week. We both have been wanting to try it and we finally found time when we could go. The ambience reminds me of what you would expect at a ski lodge. Super friendly people and a casual environment. The music was also what you would expect at a ski lodge, which is something I really like. I ordered the Smoked Turkey Sandwich with BBQ chips. The chips are made in-house and they are crazy good. My meal was a beyond delicious. I will definitely be returning! If I could give Nomad Eatery more than 5 stars, I would!

food was alright and everyone was super nice. we had the nomad burger and the falafel salad. The burger was solid, and I liked the falafels. Salad was a bit overdressed

Horrible person was rude and they have deceptive advertising. States on website under 21 can't enter but we welcome families. That translates to parents can come with their kids. For goodness sakes 8 adults and a 1 year old. Horrible wouldn't recommend wasting your time.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. It is a busy place but the menu is simple, and food came out quite fast. All dishes with fresh ingredients and taste great.

This place is really good. Didn't have any beer but did have a burger and their spicy chicken sandwich. Both were awesome! Highly recommend. Their cherry limeade seltzer was also very good. You order right at the bar and they bring it. There's both indoor and cute outdoor seating. Definitely come here for a chill vibe and good eats.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich...get plenty of ranch and cold beer because it always lives up to its name!

I ordered the Halibut fish n chips & vanilla Diet Coke . My husband got the chili burger & onion rings . It took forever for our food to arrive . We started to notice that people that had came in after us were getting their food before us . We asked our waiter & he said he would find out where our food was at. Finally after waiting 45 minutes they brought out our food but forgot the onion rings . They brought those out after a few minutes. The food was hot & fresh . The fish was crisp & flakey it was delicious. The fries were good & the fry sauce is amazing. The chili burger was good it came with 2 patties . The chili is spicy & flavorful with lots of cheese . The onion rings were good the onions are thick & the breading is crunchy. This order of onion rings is on the smaller side. They did offer a 15% off discount since our food took so long . The prices are kinda high but the food is good .

It makes sense that a place like this would be brought into Downtown Daybreak. It's brand new, and they are still working on some finishing touches. Like, signage, for example. Everything looks pretty temporary and still being finished. I also noticed that there was no music, which, paired with the lack of decor, made things feel a little sterile. The food was good-just what you'd expect from Hires. I ordered the chicken fingers and fries and ended up with so much food leftover that I had a whole separate meal later. Portion sizes are generous! I look forward to seeing how they settle in and get comfortable.

It was good. And there was a ton of it. $19. I then had just the "plain" cheeseburger, the "Chop Shop." They have some very interesting burger flavors, but seeing how big these nachos were, I just wanted something simple and not as large. The burger was OK. But it had this smokey flavor to it that tasted more like something slightly burnt on a grill. The Brioche bun was good, nice and fresh and fluffy. Aside from that smokey flavor, the meat was OK, nothing special, but OK. The fries were good. Fun place. Bar food that I would give a 3+. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. The staff was incredible, thoughtful, and really brought the whole experience together for me. The Hostess, Olivia, was super kind ( even after I accidentally spilt water everywhere ) and the waitresses, Elyzabeth and Kylee, were both a joy to meet. He floated in and out like a service ninja -- drinks magically refilled, plates cleared, zero awkward "So how's everything tasting?" interruptions mid-story. Someone give this man a raise. Or a crown. Or both. We started with the Avocado Egg Rolls with the honey-cilantro dipping sauce, and honestly? A moment. They were warm, crispy, flavorful, and -- bless -- not greasy. Nothing worse than an appetizer that ruins your appetite. These just whet it perfectly. I went big with the Thanksgiving Special, expecting a cute seasonal plate. What I got was a full-on Food Network close-up. The macadamia nut-crusted turkey, shoyu cream, and sweet chili green beans came out looking like the chef whispered affirmations to the plate before sending it out. Portions were massive -- like "congratulations, you also get lunch tomorrow" massive. My partner ordered the Wagyu Steak Fried Rice, and while the flavors were on point, he did quietly say, "I wish there was more steak." Honestly relatable, but still tasty. Dessert was the Chocolate Cake with ganache and crumble. Normally chocolate desserts knock me out after two bites, but this one was genuinely balanced. Sweet without being aggressive -- a little chocolate hug, not a punch in the face. Now let's discuss my true passion: the Espresso Martini. I'm picky. I judge. I rank. And this one? Top 5 status immediately. Smooth, not too sweet, made with nitro espresso... this is how espresso martinis should be done. I also sipped on the Decoy by Duckhorn Merlot, which was giving all the right cozy, velvety vibes. And as if the night wasn't good enough, Joshua casually mentioned the rooftop lounge is reopening in spring. So yes, I'll be back. Probably before they even unlock the door. If you need a sign to go -- this is it. And if you're searching for a reason not to? Sorry, I simply cannot help you. Go get you an Expresso Martini .
