I remember it used to be a single unit until the neighbors on their right moved out and they took over the space. There is a few outdoor seats but im going to preface and highlight the word "few". Otherwise you can eat in your car or take it to a nearby park. Armen is running the show and is a stand up human being. Always tried his best to remember every customer, gets to know them and greets everyone with a happy smile despite how slammed they can get.
