They responded within half an hour and was able to confirm the flavours I wanted should be well stocked there. But truthfully, it was a "go there and find out" type situation. Luckily they had all the flavours we wanted to try. The original is fantastic!! Tiramisu with the right textures, rich but light cream, and not too sweet (the ultimate asian praise). We also tried pistachio which was not my favourite personally. I think it could have been more nutty but I know it's one of the more popular ones. I had a bite of earl grey and WOW I want to get that one again so I can really taste it thoroughly. I love the idea of earl grey flavoured anything. I'm so biased but there you have it. Really great cakes in decent portions. It's a bit pricy so definitely more of a rare treat I think. I wouldn't be just buying one for snacking regularly. I understand though that the owner behind the cakes took a lot of time to source authentic ingredients, so the price could be well justified. They also make everything fresh in small batches.

It was a small and cozy cafe- there were various plants and funky decorations throughout. Also, there was a table, but the area was marked off, so one could not sit. A friendly gentleman came out from the back and warmly greeted me. He asked how he could help, and I asked for his recommendation of the various creme brulee flavours. Based on what I was looking for, he recommended Original Vanilla and Pistachio and those were what I purchased. The cool part was watching how he was freshly making the burnt sugar on the top, so that was a lovely surprise! While doing so, he and I talked about our favourite desserts and dessert cafes. As he recommended, my partner and I had the creme brulees that night for dessert. The layer of burnt sugar was a bit thicker than we expected, so it took a few tries to break the top layer. Each flavour was very true to its name- the top layer was sweet and crispy and the bottom was smooth, creating a lovely experience for our tastebuds! If you are in the neighborhood, highly recommended!

I'd heard Craque de Creme had a good one on offer, so it was no surprise that we found ourselves walking into the tiny joint on a recent Saturday. The place is seriously tiny, too. But it didn't matter because we just wanted the Canele. We bought a couple and stepped outside to dig in. It's really good. It's got that deep, caramelized flavor you associate with the treat, and the interior was as soft and delicious as you'd hope. It really exceeded my expectations. It looked like Craque de Creme also had some interesting coffee, too, so I'm sure I'll be returning soon.

It had good earl grey flavor in the cake itself. The chestnuts on top and pureed chestnut were pretty good though could have been a bit sweeter. The cream in the cake was light and not too sweet. Overall, a good cake if you enjoy earl grey and chestnut. Price is pretty good for what you get and the fact that you can get it same day is great!

Order more than $10 can also get a stamp and you get macaron once u get to 10 stamps. I think both the black sesame and milk tea had intense flavor but they aren't creamy enough and too sweet to my liking. And perhaps too many people order the milk tea so there wasn't too much left by night time and so it also accumulated some icy pieces. Mine got some icy bits. I still may go back to try other flavors. They have few seats both inside and outside and there's a little train table for kids to play too. Nice little spot to hang out during the summer time.

You can Google this to find out the differences between North American and European wheat and dairy products. People who cannot tolerate North American wheat and dairy can often tolerate European wheat and dairy, which says a lot.
