Service was little slow on a weekday. Food was great overall! I can't say much about the flavor bc I don't eat New Orleans food a lot. I remember the meat sauce pasta ish dish tasted great and it had little kick to it too.

Holy Moly! Do not sleep on this place! So tasty! Can't wait to come back. Nancy my server was wonderful. All the food looks incredible. It tastes amazing! I got the Cajun Eggroles - unbelievable! I also got the Kickin Chicken.....absolutely amazing! Awesome little spot with big flavors! So happy I gave it a try! Large portions!

Ordered from Nono's togo thought it was OK. I was kind of bummed the jambalaya was a seasonal dish especially it being a Creole restaurant. I ended up getting the Beef Stroganoff since it seemed like another popular dish on the menu. I'm not sure if the togo box made the portion look smaller or if ordering togo means getting a smaller portion, but for the cost of the dish I wasn't sure the portion size was worth it. The dish itself was not bad, not overly salty (which is important to me). It was worth a try and I may be down to come back to try the jambalaya whenever that is back in season, but not sure Nono's would be my top choice.

WOW! From the warm personal greeting from the owners the second we walked in- the adorable New Orleans decor- and the FABULOUS food- I wish I didn't live so far away! The blackened mango chicken with coconut rice was to DIE for! Will be back next time I'm in town visiting.

Cute place that immediately felt homey. Very attentive staff. I came in expecting breakfast given the cafe in the name, so creole was a surprise. Picky eaters need to be mindful, it seemed like substitutions weren't really possible. But 5 stars just because I had the best pork chop there I've ever had. It was so good I shamelessly ordered another one to go.

We came in 45 minutes before closing and were met with such kindness. We planned to be in a rush as we hate being the people who are in close to closing but they kept reassuring us to take our time and they didn't mind! The food was delicious, the stroganoff sauce reminded me of my mom's which was so nostalgic and wonderful. The fish was delicious! Cute environment. I left something at the table and they put it aside and were gracious when I called to retrieve it the next morning. We would be regulars if we were local!

NoNo's Knows how much I Adore their Famous Spaghetti and Meatballs I Rave about it constantly. They haven't had it for 9 Months, until tonight. The Flavor of the Tender Meatballs and the Sauce is the Best Spaghetti and Meatballs I have Ever Had. I also ordered their Key Lime Pie, which was their Special Dessert tonight. Again, OMG It was the Best Key Lime Pie I have Ever Had. Extremely Unique in Flavor, not too Sweet or too Tart. I have Leftovers. You must go and try their Famous Spaghetti and Meatballs, which will only be available through tomorrow 4/4/25.

Shepherd's pie was pretty good, but I would've liked more peas instead of corn. They really loaded the corn. Side of mac was weird. It had good flavor, but the pasta was in the shape of long tubes. I've had mac with elbow pasta and penne, but never this one. I don't think I liked it. Beignets and strawberry margarita were outstanding. This is probably more of a seafood place, since it's New Orleans type food. Waitress was very nice and attentive.

Hi Marina! Unfortunately, we don't have a buffet style restaurant, but we do have a delicious menu! Hope you'll come join us!

Am i able to order an entire strawberry cake or does it just come by the slice?

    Is there a Kid's menu?

Yes! Come in and see is!

Does the bread pudding have nuts?

Hi! Yes, there are pecans. Thank you!

    Are the Crawfish Boils outdoors?

No, they are in the dining room.

Is this a dog friendly restaurant or are no dogs allowed?

The waitress mentioned that dogs are allowed on the outdoor patio, but she added that liquor is not served out there. I would assume that service dogs are allowed throughout the restaurant.

They are light, fluffy, delicious, sugary with just the right amount of dough. They are best eaten fresh right there, and don't make that rookie mistake by inhaling and coughing into that mound of powdered sugar! We also always get one of their Benedict's. My daughter ordered the Eggs Jennifer with crispy potatoes which goes well with their homemade ketchup. You gotta try it. My dad and I shared the bowl of gumbo. Gotta have some with their homemade hot sauce. Yummy roux. And my husband's fave is the sausage gravy. My fork tends to wander around the table so I feel like it was a very fulfilling meal! Service is always friendly and I love all of the Mardi Gras and N'Orleans decorations. I even recognized the picture of Lafitte's bar, the oldest bar in New Orleans on their wall that's a local legend that used to serve pirates. I would LOVE if Lucile's would take over the open spot on Simms, north of 6th, that used to be Campfire Lakewood. It's the perfect building for Lucile's and their wraparound porch and I could visit all the time! I also love going to their Logan St and Evans and Boulder locations. Can you tell I'm a fan?!

Honestly, it was harder to find parking than it was to grab a spot at the bar. Service was quick once we sat down, and our waitress was great at pointing out favorites and recommendations. We followed her lead, and she did not steer us wrong. They start you off with a "biscuit," though it's really more like a slice of fluffy, cloud‑like deliciousness. Add a little butter and their homemade jam-- I tried the strawberry and the orange marmalade, both wonderfully flavorful without being overly sweet. The potatoes were good, but I had originally asked for plain grits, which they brought out right away. I'm glad I got to try both. The salmon was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. And the grits--my first time having them--were surprisingly delicious. I'm happy to report I'll be coming back for more. All in all, it's a cozy, homey spot that leaves you satisfied and maybe even encourages you to try something new from time to time.

All the staff members I encountered were very friendly, nice and attentive which was a huge plus, especially considering how busy it was that day. We ordered our food and noticed they had very good prices and cheaper than our go-to seafood boil place so that's a win! The food came out hot, our server emptied out the bags for us which was very nice. I ordered the shrimp with head on xxtra hot and It was the perfect spice level for my latina taste buds, absolutely loved it even with just the garlic butter sauce. Overall, I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. It was delicious and cooked perfectly! I am excited to try out their other sauces and look forward to it!

It came with a large waffle, two pieces of fried chicken, honey butter, and maple syrup. The honey butter was really good, but I was expecting the chicken to have more seasoning and heat based on our server's description. Overall, it was solid and definitely scratches the chicken-and-waffles itch, but I don't think I'd order it again. I've had some outstanding versions elsewhere, so this one didn't quite stand out.
