    Intestine noodles with classic noodles
    Tung Y.

We have been here twice and both of the experience were pretty good. First time was lunch time and it was busier but still have seats for us. We ordered a braised beef noodle with triangle noodles and a pork belly noodle with round noodles. Yes you can choose the type of noodles. Apparently their noodles are hand made and actually upon entering the restaurant I heard these loud banging noise and it's because they're making the noodles and hitting the dough on the work station surface. My braised beef noodles was not bad, flavorful soup, tender beef, though I didn't quite like the triangle noodles matching a soup based noodle. The noodle is good, chewy and Al dente, but when the soup is not very strong, you can taste too much of the dough of the thicker noodle. I think a thick noodle would be better for a fried noodle, not with soup. And soup match better with thinner noodles. The pork belly noodle soup with round noodles was also not bad but it can make you feel full easily. The portion of the noodles is very generous and quite a lot of the fat from the pork belly so can easily get full. The second time we ordered an intestine noodle soup with classic noodles and an oil spill noodle (non soup based). And oh man we enjoyed it even more! I didn't try the intestine noodles but my partner did enjoy it. And for my oil spilled noodles, it was sooo good! So much garlic and a bit spicy with chili sauce. Enough sauce to cover all the thick noodles. The noodle texture was just right amount of chewiness. Comes with some veggies, a fried egg and a few pieces of thinly sliced beef all beautifully presented. And to my surprise although the beef was so thinly sliced, it tastes so strong in beef flavor lol. This oil spill noodle is definitely a dish I'll crave again. But next I'll want to try the fried noodles!! Overall good noodles with generous portion, price varies from $11-$15 which is reasonably good, service was attentive and friendly, environment is comfortable and clean, accept credit card (no cash discount), has its own online platform that you can easily order take out. And it's relatively convenient in the aurora sobeys plaza. Really nothing much to not like it!

Noodle max makes their own noodles and it's fresh. You can hear banging sounds of the chef making noodles live. There are up to 10 noodle options from thickness to type of noodle. The portion of each bowl of needle is quite big and can fill up to 2 person per bowl if you order a snack on the side.

Serving fresh hand pulled noodles, Noodle Max is a brand new spot that recently opened in Aurora! It's pretty spacious inside with ample seating, and the servers were very friendly. They greeted and were very courteous overall which definitely enhanced our visit. They have a variety of soup noodles, fried noodles, dry noodles, Chinese buns, snacks and much more! When you pick your noodle, remmeber to tell them the type of noodle you want - there's a lot of choices. We opted for the classic noodle for our Beef Flank bowl and it definitely did not disappoint! The noodle itself was bouncy, tasted fresh, cooked just right, and the Noodle Max bowl was fantastic. There were ample of braised beef chunks inside, and the soup was very tasty Be sure to give them a visit if you're in the area! They accept cash and card. IG: Ayenomz

Excellent noodle dishes! Wonton noodle soup is fantastic! Flat noodles was my choice! My daughter had chicken max soup with triangle noodles and that was excellent as well. Both soups were really hot!

Finally a great hand pulled noodle place in Aurora! If we call Markham the "gold standard", we are there! Great service and comfortable seating. The food is well made and the banging of the chef making the hand pulled noodles shows how authentic everything is. Tastes great and not oily. Many choices so it will take me a while to try everything. I would suggest the Noodle Max hand pulled noodles which will give you and assortment of meats plus an egg. Highly recommended!

A hand-pulled noodle house! You can choose from a variety of different noodle shapes since they are pulled by the chef on site. You can even hear him banging away while you enjoy your meal the kids are entertained! The "curtain" noodle is definitely flat and wide... The triangle and round noodle has no distinguishable difference other than appearance but is definitely my go to in terms of texture. Service was excellent, quick and friendly. Highly recommend the spicy pig intestine noodle, they were soo tender and flavorful. We also tried the noodle max which was good for a first visit since you get to try a bit of every topping, but the broth was not as good. The spicy braised beef noodle was also good! Will definitely be coming back, and no need to drive to Markham!

Glad I found this place! Although it was a bit hard to find, the word "noodle" in the sign stuck out and I was immediately attracted. It was also not what I was expecting. I would have been happy with a regular bowl of wonton noodle soup using the standard thin noodles found at so many other noodle restaurants. But these are hand pulled noodles, cooked perfectly al dente, and about as thick as spaghetti. I watch the chef hand pull a batch of noodles. I could tell they were both authentic and fresh. Add in a half dozen plump wontons with pork and shrimp, and a rich flavourful broth and you have a great lunch. Or dinner--it's big enough. They also have more than just noodle soups. Various other fried noodle dishes, appetizers, and cold dishes are on the menu, and they sound delicious! I will come back to try more--no question about it!

Looking for some authentic Chinese hand pulled noodles? This is the place to go in Aurora. We had Braised Beef Classic Noodle Soup, Spicy Chicken Dry Noodles, BBQ Tofu snack. They sold out on the lamb skewers but will try to get them next time we're here. Updated: We finally got some of the lamb skewers and they were a hit. We got 2 non-spicy for kiddo and 2 spicy for the adults. I get why these sell out often esp. at $3 a stick. Also tried the red bean paste hot pockets. Crispy flaky pastry and filling isn't too sweet. Good dessert options. This restaurant just opened and will be having Happy Hour combos M-F 2-5PM. Still worth the visit back for the friendly service and fresh food.

Review is based on the two dishes for takeout- forgot to order the flat wider noodles and they didn't ask so it comes with the classic round noodles. Was impressed with the two dishes so far will definitely come back. Noodle texture is the most important and they were just right. Not overcooked or undercooked- al dente style which is how this type of noodle is supposed to be, chewy. Broth and stir fried noodles were both tasty. And 10% off cash not sure for how long.

The protein and noodles were all fresh. It is a bit on the pricy side ($22 and $24) but at least they delivered with a quality product and good service!

Tips: - The yuzu oat miso ramen is divine and oh-so special…read more Get it! It comes with both pork belly and chicken. Last Saturday, after a trying week and a not-so-pleasant experience at a ramen joint in Vaughan, I craved ramen with better customer service. I decided to carve some time out to drive north to Aurora to find a ramen place that offered comforting food. I did a search. I found Ramen Yutaka. I had bookmarked it. I needed to go. This eatery is located between Plates and Bowls, and Lee Chen in a plaza that I am familiar with. I've been to the former, along with Best Buy and Swiss Chalet in the vicinity. I had no problem finding a parking spot. I backed into an available one and walked into the restaurant. I was immediately greeted by a friendly woman. She said that I could sit anywhere, so I sat at a two-seater table. Another male staffer came over with tapas, sushi, and ramen menus. I wanted ramen, so I focused on that menu. Service is stellar at this place. The female staffer came over to ask if I had any questions. I didn't. She did say that on the ramen menu, the first few items were clear broths. The ones that were further down were creamy ones. I liked that the creamy broths were dairy-free, thanks to oat beverage being used. Nice! This place doesn't distinguish ramen with pork belly versus ramen with chicken. You get both! You get sous-vide chicken and roasted pork belly with the ramen broth of your choice. The ramen varieties are creative and unique. Seeing coffee and yuzu as ramen options piqued my interest. I ordered the following items: - Coke zero - Gyoza - Yuzu oat miso For the yuzu oat miso, I asked that the bamboo shoots be held. The woman asked if I wanted an egg. Without hesitation, I said yes. Both staffers were exceptionally detailed and attentive. She asked whether I wanted ice in my Coke zero. I said yes. I got water to start. It was much needed after spending my day running errands. I also ended my meal with it. My Coke zero had arrived. It was in a glass with ice. So refreshing! My gyoza were ready. They all looked yummy and the plating was pretty. The filling was pork and was delicious. The dumplings were pan-fried and had the perfect crispiness on the bottom. The house-made vinaigrette was so good. If it were ever sold in bottles, I'd get some. My ramen came out next. It looked good. I liked that only a bit of the roasted seaweed was in the broth. It was a nice touch as opposed to getting completely soggy roasted seaweed right off the bat. The yuzu provided a nice, subtle citrusy flair with the miso broth. I liked the oat beverage for a creamy, luxurious broth that was so good. I nearly finished it, but I was so full that I left maybe five spoonfuls of it. It was such an elegant bowl of happiness. It came with a sweet tofu rectangle that was heaven. I also liked the spinach that seemed to be wrapped in a rectangle. Unravelling it was fun! The roasted pork belly was a thick cut. It was flavourful. I throughly enjoyed it. This place specializes in chicken. I got three sous-vide slices that were so tender. If I didn't have any teeth, it wouldn't have been a problem eating them. They were so tender. I want more just thinking about it. The jammy egg was perfect. You get an entire egg. It was so perfect with this entire bowl of ramen. The ramen was on the slightly thick side, which made this bowl exceptionally comforting. They were chewy and so good. I slurped them down and was so happy. The yuzu oat miso is so special. I let the male server know that everything was superb. This ramen was $24. Yes, it's on the higher side of the scale. However, you get a lot of protein and everything is of good quality. I'd happily go back and get it again. I used the washroom before I left. There are two individual stalls. The one that I used was clean and spacious. Both staffers thanked me for coming. I wished them a great day and happily walked out with a belly full of goodness. Stellar customer service. That ramen joint in Vaughan can take notes from this eatery on how to improve in this area. I needed this meal. My week ended on a high note. Yay! If you're in Aurora, you are lucky to have this eatery. It's worth the drive for delicious, high-quality, tasty ramen. (448)

On top of the base charge, you must pay for at least 2 soup bases & this charge is pretty steep too; most other hotpot places either include the soups or charge only for premium soups. Even places that charge for soups don't charge up to $12 as this place does. At least the soups are very good - both tomato & pork bone were tasty. You get to mix your own sauces. Most are good, but sesame is super dilute. There's quite a variety of ingredients you can put in your hotpot. One category is skewers, which you can get yourself from the fridge. They are small & cook fast. The shrimp is quite fresh. The fishballs come with meat inside. Neither fish nor lobster balls are bouncy, though beef balls are pretty bouncy. There is one included cooked dish: crispy pork. It's sliced into finger shapes & is moist, crispy, flavourful & slightly spicy. A pity that they don't offer more cooked dishes! They have frog legs - so far I haven't found another place with that. They also have shrimp paste (other places give fish paste), which is good. For dessert there's fried buns which are neither hot nor crispy, served with watery condensed milk. There's also canned fruit bowls & 6 flavours of ice cream - the usual cheap ice cream with some ice crystals.

SO flavorful and so darn goood. No pesky Szechuan peppers in the broth to bother you while you fish out your cooked food. The service was super on point. We had a great experience but for the two of us - the bill still came over 130 with tip which is still more expensive than most hotpot places.
