I ordered the wonton noodle soup, and the wontons were delicious with a flavorful broth. The noodles had a great texture and paired perfectly with the soup. We also ordered a couple of side dishes. The fried tofu was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the sliced beef with mala sauce (I believe it was #43) had a nice kick. It was a little spicy, but the numbing mala flavor made it really enjoyable. I also tried the duck noodle soup. The duck was incredibly tender, flavorful, and served in a generous portion. It was another excellent dish. The restaurant was clean, and I noticed they seem to have updated the furniture since my last visit, giving the place a fresher look. There is also plenty of parking, so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue. Overall, this was a satisfying meal with delicious noodles, flavorful soups, and tasty side dishes. Honestly I highly doubt those who wrote about how great it is ever had true Taiwanese beef noodle soups. Noodles first of all isn't correctly done, too soft and "0" tender bite to it, 2ndly there is no true soul of the beefy noodle flavor. Tried both #01 and $02, both failed. Menu simple both with Chinese and English descriptions. Had the salted duck noodle soup and a side of pig's feet, yes, pig's feet... The soup was delicious, broth was very flavorful, duck breast was also delicious. The pig's feet were so tender, fall off the bone, and very flavorful. Prices very reasonable. Warm, comforting, tender. Their spicy beef noodle soup hit the spot on this cold night. I flew into Vegas from the Bay Area and was craving some really solid noodles. Noodle Pot was perfect! They have great Taiwanese flavors here. In terms of overall flavor, I would give it 4.5 stars. However, they have good service with friendly staff, and I personally think they deserve higher than their 4 star rating. The seaweed and the wontons were the stars for me. The noodle was also solid, but the sauce flavor could be a bit stronger to bring out the flavors of the noodle more. The one miss for me was the beef roll; the flavor was fine, but it was pretty average overall. I do realize I'm spoiled with living in the San Gabriel Valley, so I have access to tastier beef rolls there. I also found the addition of egg a bit strange. After walking around Chinatown Plaza, I found this spot after noticing locals sitting inside having their meals while Taiwanese news plays on the screen. I had Vietnamese Pho, Thai Boat Noodles and Khmer Phom Penh Noodles so I have my history of soup dishes.
