Noodle St. has delicious food, quick service and a beautiful interior. I've tried both the Pasadena and Eastvale locations, and the quality is consistent across both. My favorites are the signature beef noodle soup, spicy beef noodle soup, and lamb skewers. The signature beef noodle soup and spicy beef noodle soup might sound similar but have very different flavor profiles. The signature beef noodle soup obtains it's spice from an oil/ paste mixture that you can mix in yourself. The spicy beef noodle soup comes with the broth fully spicy with chili oil. I recommend trying both! In my opinion, Noodle St.'s strengths lie in their flavorful broths and knife cut noodles. The portion sizes are big enough to share or be full on your own. The food came out very quickly and the bill has an option to pay through a QR code which made the whole experience pretty seamless. read more

Pros- Bone/in noodle soup was pretty good and my friend enjoyed her stir fry. Cons- Bad service. We weren't checked in on and I had to wave someone down to ask about our pork buns (I didn't care for them), which finally arrived 30 mins after we got our noodle bowls. The menu itself is pretty small but there are no bao buns for vegetarians, only 1 appetizers and two options for noodles. There's no ramen for vegetarians. So, I went for the first time the other day. Ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup as you can see in the picture. Was delicious, enjoyed it. Scallion Pancake, skip it. Hardly any Scallion. Their food is delicious! Noodles made fresh. My favorites are the cucumbers and the bone in broth. Anything you order will be delicious.

I would stick to the soups versus the rice dishes. Not a big fan of the Korean bbq. The portions of the soups are large and the noodles are fresh. The beef roll is good and the cucumber salad is delicious when you put the chili oil on it. I would come back again. I am so glad a new location opened in Eastvale! This location is very spacious with modern touches and upbeat pop music. Upon entering, I was promptly welcomed and seated. I was immediately drawn into the chefs openly making noodles in front of the seating area which was quite fascinating! We ordered the spring cold noodle, bone in rib soup, as well as the chicken knife cut noodles. The spring cold noodle was simple but packed with well balanced flavors and freshness. However, one draw back is that the noodle itself was lukewarm which didn't live up to the standard of cold noodles. The rib soup was beyond amazing and the soup base was definitely the best part! The chicken knife cut noodles are one of my go to dishes from this spot because it is so consistently good! There's a good variety of vegetables in there and they are quite generous with portion sizes. Additionally, the knife cut noodles are very good quality and I wish they are able to sell raw knife cut noodles so I can make my own dishes with them haha. Overall, the service was great and the employees were patient and kind. One complaint would be the amount of flies that surrounded us while we were eating which was very disturbing but besides that, the place is worth checking out and coming back for! read more

We ordered two signature beef soups, the Korean bbq beef, and lamb skewers. Not a big fan of the skewers and the rest of the food didn't disappoint. The service was great but my only concern was that gloves aren't be changed out consistently. It's probably better to do no gloves and just wash hands often. I saw a waiter grab dishes from a dirty table, wiped gloves on a cloth towel, and went to grab food that was ready for a table. Gloves should've been changed after picking up dirty dishes. Prices have significantly gone up, we always get the spicy beef noodle soup, but stopped ordering it due to the fact that they literately give you 4 pieces of beef. Noodle portion shrunk too. Love the beef roll pancakes, their braised chicken stew was horrible never getting that again'! I swear by the Lamb Skewers, Korean BBQ with Rice and a Watermelon drink. I was not a fan of the Chicken Wings but that's OK. The service is always quick, prompt and everyone is so courteous. this spot has stayed consistently good and service is always super helpful and attentive! the eastvale location is very open, inviting, and has tons of natural lighting. my favorite dishes are their spicy beef noodle soup and their egg with tomato. i was a huge fan of their cold qinghai clear noodles but they have recently removed it from their appetizer menu. which is a shame since it's the perfect summer dish! although some dishes may lean towards the sweeter side, i find that noodle st still retains their traditional taste and style. love it! read more

I only got 4 pieces of beef, and one of them was literally only a piece of fat! Look at how big this is?! I put my fork next to it for comparison. How could you serve this HUGE piece of fat instead of actual meat?! I don't have this complaint at other locations, only here. If you dine in, I suggest you'd bring this up to the server if you get a piece of fat like this. I've done it before and they happily gave me actual meat for my soup. I'm happy to see Noodle ST open in Eastvale as there is probably no other Asian eatery with fresh hand pulled noodles in the IE. I've been to their original Fullerton location many times and this one is as great. You know it's a legit noodle shop when you see a whole lot of Asians of all ages there. The kitchen is open and you can see the chefs making fresh noodles. I had their spicy beef soup with knife cut noodles. Each locations may have some variation but for the most part the popular items are always on their menu. Location parking is ample. In modern plaza. Interior ambience is modern and contemporary and constantly busy flowing customer which is good thing. They keep the place clean and comfortable. Staff are super friendly and bilingual. My wife and I got the beef roll pancakes and savory chicken knife cut noodle and egg and tomato knife cut noodle are Taiwanese favorites. These two are also our favorites. You can add more chili oils spice if not enough for your flavoring. I would recommend this place for anyone and groups and they are tentative to you to refill your water as well. read more
