I tried again, asking about their fruit drinks, but the same thing happened--head down, very quiet voice, and I still couldn't understand her. Eventually, I just picked something, and suddenly she spoke clearly again. What made the interaction even stranger was that before we paid, her coworker came in and she immediately became animated--squealing and talking in a completely normal, energetic voice. It was honestly one of the most unusual customer service experiences I've had. We got our drinks a few minutes later, but mine had so much ice that the lid wouldn't even snap on properly, which was frustrating. Overall, while the place itself seems nice and my family enjoys it, the service and drink quality didn't leave a great impression.
