Stumbled upon this noodle street location conveniently located in Eastvale. A much closer drive for us. We were warmly welcomed and seated right away. Immaculately clean. Servers were very friendly and attentive. Love the efficient team work here. Our entrees were delicious! We opted for the hand cut noodles. The noodles were satisfying as ever. I wish they had more variations for noodle options. Egg & tomato was good prefer a little more Al dente omelette just personal preference. The kung pao had the traditional chicken, bell peppers, onions, peanuts and chilis. Loved the sliced roasted garlic! I added some chili oil and it was spiced just right. Eastvale is making their mark in the restaurant world! Can't wait to see what else they have in store. read more

I'd suggest trying the - Signature Beef Noodle Soup - Tasty broth with a lot of toppings that will make you walk out with a full stomach. Beef Roll Pancake - Crispy and perfectly sweet. This is one of the best beef roll pancakes I've had. Potato String Shrimp - Unique take on fried shrimp. Very delicious and worth trying. The noodle portions are big and shareable. Went in about 7pm (on Chinese New year)....busy but it was all worth it. Food was amazing! Chicken wings were crispy and still hot when I opened the box. We met up half way between Chino and Riverside with a couple. The place is very clean and OMG no TV on anywhere! Finally we are here to enjoy company and a meal without sports bombing the time. We ordered the lamb skewers the spice rub enhanced the meat and left us all guessing was it paprika and cumin mmmmm. The beef roll was cut into 4 and the pancake was crispy but not oily perfect amount of hoisin sauce this was truly a great dish. The scallion pancakes alone were light and lovely though I did ask for a small dish of hoisin for dipping. The sliced beef soup was so good. I went w medium heat and could have gone up a couple notches but it wasn't necessary. I was feeling a bit down yet this restaurant was genuinely a boost. My Girlfriend has had Noodle St in the past and wanted it for lunch, so we decided to get Noodle St. This was my first time trying Noodle St and it was Amazing. Noodle St is located on Archibald and Limonite Ave in Eastvale. In terms of parking, if you are looking for spots close to the restaurant, it could be a challenge in my opinion, but there is parking, so you might have to walk. We decided to order for pick up and ordered: Korean BBQ w/Rice, Beef Roll Pancake, Chicken Stir Fry, Kinchee Fried Rice and side of Extra Noodles. I arrived to pick up the order and headed home. When I came home and we started taking out the items, we smell that our order was freshly prepared. The Chicken Stir Fry came with: Onions, Kale, Bell Peppers and Carrots. This was one of my favorite from our order and the portion given was generous in my personal opinion. The chicken that came with it was white meat, moist and the cut size was generous. The veggies on the dish were fresh and had crunch on them and the noodles were fresh, not packaged and just tied everything together so well. I have had Chinese pancakes in the past from other locations, but the Beef Roll Pancake was absolutely one of if not, my all time favorite at Noodle St. the Beef Roll Pancake comes with: Beef, Green Onions, Cilantro and Hoisin Sauce. The 4 pieces were generous in my personal opinion and they looked like burritos. When I took a bite of the Beef Roll Pancake, I could immediately taste the Green Onions, Cilantro and the marinated Beef just was enjoyable and had wonderful flavors that I enjoyed a lot. The Korean BBQ was another favorite. The marinade was flavorful and with the rice, just made it enjoyable. The only disappointment was the portion of the Korean BBQ that was given. There is only one size that is available. For the price, it should be a bit more given in portion in my personal opinion. But overall, really enjoyed the dish, especially the marinade. The Kinchee Rice was my first and it was good. Had a lot of flavor and was spicy (heat) at all. Our overall experience and the quality was great and we definitely enjoyed our meal and we had leftovers for dinner. In my personal opinion, I would recommend Noodle St if you are looking for a good noodle house that has great flavors and their dishes are prepared fresh. We will definitely order again from them and want to try their other items on the menu. read more

We've been visiting this location since it opened, and it has always been phenomenal. The staff (Sky in particular is great, he takes care of us each time we go and overall is service oriented) will check in with you frequently to ensure everything is going well, which I appreciate coming from the hospitality industry. The food itself is delicious! It's so good that frankly I only order the Kungpao Chicken, which total side note, no other location has shockingly enough (I found out the hard way when visiting another site, then checking the online menus for every other location...). My wife usually gets this with noodles or the Korean BBQ Beef plate which is also delicious. The restaurant is kept so clean, it's nicely decorated, and the chairs are comfy enough.
