It is so dark in here. You'd think with this many windows you'd have sunlight, but nope, it's like Batman's favorite noodle joint. But outside that, the service was cold and unwelcoming as if hire by Bruce Wayne himself. The speed which was served was quick though, so the food was warm and delicious. Food quality has gone downhill. There is little to no sauce on the Mac n cheese and buttery noodles. Basically you get dried noodles in a bowl with minimal flavor. Not worth the price any longer. read more

This place isn't as bad as some reviewers say. I have been here a half dozen times and thought it was pretty darn good. They have a few off the wall things on the menu like potstickers. I ordered them and they were weren't exactly cooked all the way. I returned the next day and asked for replacements No problem! The next batch was darn good! Also ordered some other items that were very tasty. Noodles in general are hard to re heat. I managed though. All in, very clean, friendly staff, quick and easy service. read more

One of the worst noodles I've ever been to. Ordered here today and a few things happened. 1.they got my order completely wrong. 2. I got a water cup and started to fill with soda then realized after the smallest amount of soda went in and filled it up with water the rest of the way. It looked a little orange. When my food was brought to me the lady asked if it was soda I explained and she said I would have to pay for it. I told I would just go dump out my cup she could watch me do it. She said no and wouldn't even let me get up to go dump it out. I had taken one sip of it. She wouldn't leave me alone or let me get out of the booth. Embarrassing me and making me feel like shit. She harassed me made me pay her $3 for my water "soda". I am never coming here again. Terrible service. While I normally enjoy Noodles, tonight confirmed I will be avoiding their grilled steak from now on. I'd never tried it before and decided on something new. Once was good enough for me though. See below for details. I ordered the buttered noodles and added grilled steak on top. Got home, everything was correct minus no extra side of Italian seasonings- no big deal. Eating dinner and everything tastes great, when all of a sudden I bite down on something hard. Really hard it was hard enough to make me stop chewing, this wasn't just a grisly cut of steak or some cartilage. I reach into my mouth and pull out the culprit: a piece of bone. Luckily no chipped teeth only a bit of a sore tooth but that'll subside. Future orderers beware of the steak. I know it isn't this location's FAULT, but they should probably check into their supplier. Hopefully this isn't a regular occurrence for people. read more

The location is new so I am giving it 4 stars since a few kinks still need to be worked out. However, for a Noodles and Company this is the first location where the ambiance is a bit more intimate. They have a mini bar with wine and expresso/specialty coffee drinks to order. The food is your typical Noodles food. Good location and in the spring/summer the outside patio seems really nice. read more

WORST Noodles location ever. We will never come back. Waited 20 minutes for a small butter noodles. Only to have them give us the wrong order and they started over. They saw me waiting with my young child, were giving others there orders who came in 10-15 minutes after us. Manager/expediter standing there. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!! Plenty of other Stores close by. Zero Star Option needed. Same experience now 5+ times in a row - we kept hoping for better. We are patient, loyal people - and yet things have some how gotten progressively worse. This location has major problems - ongoing. Horrible all the alway around - food, atmosphere, service. Dirty restaurant. No management present. 4 kids "working" or more accurately messing around. One called for help of another and a third yelled "he's out smoking" - while there was a line of people and before we even received our food. Took really long for food. All protein was burnt. Pot stickers burnt and yet still cold. No dishes for our eat in food - as the "dishwasher did not come in" we were told. Proportions were not and have never been what they are at other locations. One of my son's favorite places to eat is Noodles. And this one is closest to our home. We will never come back here again. I hope I don't get sick from the small bit of food I did choke down even though most of it I threw away. This was probably one of the worst Noodles I have been to. We went last Thursday for Kid's Night and the lady ringing us up charged us full price for the kids meal. I noticed it after I sat down and instead of waiting in the long line to have her correct her mistake, I went to the pickup order line, which was empty and told the gentleman standing there the situation. He grabs an "Austin" who tells me they will fix it when my name is called. I explained again that I am not actually picking up food so my name was not going to be called. Austin then comes over, doesn't apologize for the situation, takes about 10 minutes to issue the $5.40 back to my card, also slams his hands in frustration on the counter because it was busy and his phone was ringing...made me feel very uncomfortable. Another time we went here was for BOGO and I asked the young lady if she needed to see the coupon on my phone, she said no, and still rung me up at full price. My advice would be to not go here but if you do, double check that they applied any coupons before paying. If this Austin ever reads the reviews of his restaurant. I suggest you take a course on increasing your emotional intelligence, learn empathy, and don't make your customers feel like shit for a mistake your shitty staff made. read more

This place seriously lacks management. The restaurant is very dirty,from the moment you walk in, there is trash on the floor, dirty tables, smudged food and who knows what else, on the doors, windows, soda machine and condiment area. Saw employee smoking outside and she went right back into the kitchen area without washing hands. After using the restroom, I had to write a review. The toilet was covered in dried projectile diarrhea. No toilet paper, trash on the floor, trash can overflowing, sink was filthy, even the door was dirty... This place is disgusting. I can't imagine how dirty the kitchen is if the public area of the restaurant is this gross. They need a visit from the health department. Yuck. read more

My husband and I have been to Noodles and Company dozens of times over the years. This was our second time at this specific location. Being a creature of habit, I typically get the same thing but tonight I tried their new Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. It was excellent and actually a lot more spice than I would have expected, which I really enjoyed. Overall, the food was very good. The service was a little slower than normal tonight but the place was packed, so that may be why. read more

Terrible experience. The cashier took my order wrong so they remade my correct dish. They brought out the right dish, without the meat (which I paid an extra $3.50 for). I told them I ordered steak and so they quickly (under)cooked it and brought it out on the side. It looked and tasted terrible. We told them about it and asked them to remake the food, so they said they would check to see if that's okay. They agreed to do it, but both cooks gave us nasty looks. It's pretty standard, for a Noodles. Very clean inside, with prompt service. We always like our food. The rice Krispy treats are delicious, of course. It's just nothing that exciting or unique. I went in a couple weeks ago and ordered a penne rosa with extra sauce. When I got home I realized I had paid about a dollar for a lil over a tablespoon of sauce. In fact, I was able to weigh it out to 2.1 oz.. seriously? So when I had gone in yesterday I brought it up and was told that was how much the company requires of them to give for "extra sauce". None of them employees at this location ever seem happy to be there. The managers always seem to be overwhelmed. The store is always a mess and understaffed for how busy it is. This store used to be great until just a few months ago. Almost all of their best workers have have left. Now it's a bunch of miserable kids. I believe corporate has failed this location.
