    I normally love noodles and company a lot! But today has been a big disappointment. I have been sick with one of the worst sore throats I have had in a long time. I finally get up to get some good chicken noodle soup from Noodles. Two bites in I found a nasty really long black hair in my soup. Consider me not hungry anymore.

    Very good experience here. Had some great spaghetti and the zoodles were pretty good (not as filling as the spaghetti but still tasty) then hit up GameStop to shop! Perfect afternoon.

    If you are the owner/manager of this Noodles and Company, I would highly advise you take a trip to your store when your employees least expect it, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I have never been more displeased with a Noodles before this. The employees all looked like depressed teenagers that did not want to be there. The floors were absolutely disgusting (Please see pictures). I was stepping on straws, napkins, and people's food. After standing at the cash register for about 2 minutes, I was finally acknowledged (I guess since I already ordered my food, there was no need to help me any further) and I asked if someone could please go clean the tables because there was no where to sit (Please see pictures). Before I could even finish my sentence the employee cut me off and said "yeah, we're sending him out in a minute." Mind you, he said this without making any eye contact with me and just kept doing whatever he was doing. Extremely rude. How about an apology? Not a "yeah, I get it, go away". He might as well have told me to eff off. After about 5 minutes an employee came out and cleaned off maybe two of the six tables that were dirty, so the next family that came in had no where to sit and also had to ask them to clean the tables AGAIN. The food was also sub par. Many of the sodas in the soda machine were empty (see pictures). I ordered the Alfredo MontAmore which was supposed to have mushrooms, tomatoes, chicken, and spinach. I had one mushroom, two pieces of spinach, and two diced tomatoes. The rest was noodles and chicken. My husband's order was fine. Therefore, you get two stars rather than one, Noodles and Company. This place needs some serious work.

    Sigh. I'm pretty disappointed in how this location has gone downhill. I used to love coming to this Noodles and Company all of the time. Now I actually kind of dread it. First of all, the prices no longer match the quality of food coming out. I believe I paid 16 dollars for one small noodle dish with meat and 1 large macaroni and cheese with no meat, along with 1 milk. The service is pretty abysmal. You are no longer greeted when placing an order, and most of the cashiers act as if it's an inconvenience for them to take your order. I shouldn't have to feel bad for you doing your job. The food still tastes okay, but for what you are paying you can go somewhere else and get so much more. The only reason I still spend money here is because my young children still enjoy the macaroni.

    The employees and management are great dealing with problems when they pop up. My husband and I came in to pick up am order. I always get the mushroom stroganoff. Half the mushrooms were uncooked. My husband's Japan noodles didn't come with the extra sauce he ordered. I called and the manager sent me two free bowls for my next visit. Today we came in, I ordered the same thing, this time the all the mushrooms were uncooked. The cashier (lila) fixed it right away for me and that came us another two free bowls. Amazing service and stellar cheesy garlic bread!

    Come on down... This is the Alfredo MontAmore. Love it.

    I thought I wrote a review but.. Here it goes! Great staff, food is great. Nice touch on the Coke Machine. Gotta have my lime ginger ale! But the one thing I notice about this location is I walk in to eat. See these dirty tables. Sucks because I really wanted to eat at the one only big table with my family. And I'll be there for an hour and it's still the same. Sorry, lost that one star. :(

    I thought I was ordering a great tasting pizza, but I received so much more…read more Last weekend, my family and I ordered an Ultra Thin Crust Pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and a garlic butter crust. It was fantastic! The ingredients and taste were great. I especially appreciated the ultra thin crust. Fast forward, today, my husband and I were looking for something quick for lunch, and I suggested ordering the same pizza we had just ordered. We live approximately 6-7 minutes from the Bolingbrook location, and our previous delivery experience was excellent. So, we were more than eager to do this again. The estimated delivery time given is spot on. Here's where this all begins to go to the left. There was an issue with my delivery address. The address was one number off. The delivery driver contacts me to say he cannot find my address. My husband and I are looking out the window at the driver, trying to tell him he's right at our home. My husband goes out to meet the driver; he pulls into the driveway but says he can't deliver it because the address is incorrect. I attempt to show the driver my State ID and credit card to verify that I am the official purchaser of the PAID order (which included a tip for the driver). This was not sufficient for the driver under the company's policy. The address was not correct, so he had to contact his company. I, in turn, contacted HRI (Bolingbrook). I spoke with the store manager, Mr. Nelson. He explained the delivery company's policy to me and immediately stated he would refund my payment. I wanted my order. I couldn't believe that my order was in front of me, but I can't have it. I have sufficient evidence that I placed the order and paid for it. Yet, approval was needed for me to receive my order. I felt that my character and integrity was being called into question for fraudulent activity. I know that fraudulent behavior occurs in our society, but I AM NOT A PARTICIPANT! The driver did not give us the order (so we thought). This didn't sit well with me at all. I again contacted Mr. Nelson at HRI (Bolingbrook). He took the time, and we had a productive conversation. He listened to me as a consumer, and I listened to him as a business manager. I greatly appreciated his willingness to listen and provide the insight I needed. I didn't understand why my State ID and credit card with my government name on it weren't sufficient to receive my order, even with an error of one number off my address. It is at this moment that Mr. Nelson turned this unfortunate experience for me into something so much more. Mr. Nelson said, "It sounds as though you and your husband haven't eaten today. Let me make your order over for you and deliver it myself." I was completely shocked! I was so shocked that tears began to flow because I couldn't believe this store manager was willing to do this. Mr. Nelson did exactly what he said. He promptly remade our order and delivered it himself. Upon his arrival, my husband and I learned at the same time that the previous delivery driver had left the first pizza on the front steps of our home and never notified us. My husband and I invited Mr. Nelson into our home for the delivery, and we expressed our sincere gratitude to him. Yes, our society and culture are shifting, in some good and not so good ways. However, I was raised to demonstrate positive morals, values, integrity, and character. Mr. Nelson demonstrated the same. He DID NOT have to do what he did, but he demonstrated godly character for himself and well as for HRI (Bolingbrook). The pizza was piping hot and absolutely delicious! I will continue to support this location. Thank you, Mr. Nelson, for caring! You made me feel, as a consumer, that I am valued and appreciated. May God continue to bless him, the establishment, and his family greatly!

Service was quick and the waitress was friendly. Has some video games for kids and plenty of booths and tables and a small bar area. We got their family bundle that included a salad pizza and homemade cheese sticks. The appetizer was very fresh and a good sauce to dip them in. They had a few unique pizza choices so we tried the tavern style Going Green: twice fried garlic with roasted artichokes, mushrooms, and spinach. Super yummy. Would go pack and try some of their other specialty pizzas.

    This is my third year being a CSA member. Not only is the taste of the vegetables amazing, but…read morerecently it's been significantly cheaper than shopping organic at the big box stores. I go to the farm for pickup every week, and I love the variety, that I can pick and choose between over a dozen different herbs and veggies, the extras they often have, the UPick tomatoes and beans and etc. It's also such a relief to know where my food is coming from, that there are no chemical fertilizers or pesticides in it, that it's not downwind a feedlot so no chances of salmonella outbreaks in their leafy greens, that it hasn't been sprayed to ripen -- the peace of mind itself is invaluable. They have three seasons (spring, summer, and fall) that you can sign up for (that often sell out early, especially the summer season), as well as Thursday farmstands in the afternoon. Also, at the beginning of May they sell seedlings, with prices cheaper than The Growing Place, and most of the plants I buy from there thrive in my garden with no additions required (I put compost in the hole and around the base when I first plant them, mulch around the seedlings, and that's pretty much it, by mid-July I'm getting more tomatoes and basil and etc than I know what to do with).
