I didn't even take a picture of my food but everything was perfect. From the bag being sealed to the food still being hot upon arrival. The pasta was perfectly al dente & they included everything I asked for on the side. Many businesses fail delivery orders but I'm extremely pleased with the customer service and care put into my order, I just wanted to leave a positive review to highlight my experience. My granddaughter loves the dumplings and will literally eat them multiple times a week. They are always well prepared and the dipping sauce is delicious. I used Uber eats and ordered macaroni and cheese with meatballs and a side Caesar salad. The main dish was OK but the side Caesar salad was missing two ingredients, the shaved Parmesan cheese, and the all Caesar salad dressing. I called the restaurant to advise and to ask for a refund I was told I had to go through Uber eats then ask is this not a quality issue with your restaurant and the total response from the gentleman who answered the phone was "it happens". Whoever puts salads together, there needs retraining and whoever talk to me on the phone could use a lesson in etiquette with customers because you know what else happens. I decided to give this location a second try but I'm really angry that I did. I'm out $20 and still hungry. I am a loyal Noodles customer and frequent several of their locations due to being on the road for work. I went to this one a couple of months ago and the food was really bad but I was in the area again and went back because I figured it was just bad day. Definitely not the case. I order the same thing every time, a small penne Rosa with Parmesan crusted chicken, not too tough of an order for a place with no customers in it. My receipt even says Parmesan chicken but I got some weird bland grilled chicken that has no breading or flavor. The pasta was absolutely horrible and disintegrated in my mouth. You can clearly tell it was premade and reboiled at least once, if not microwaved. I go to a Noodles location at LEAST once a week, and I have never, ever thrown away a full meal like I did today. It was disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go to a location that actually cares about what they're serving people. They had no one else in that place and still didn't care enough to make sure I got edible food. read more

The manager / DM / should visit the other restaurants/ fast food places around here and be thankful for the awesome staff here . I Doordashed some stroganoff from them. It was ice cold when it arrived. The noodles were all stuck together. No sauce in the stroganoff. It was like beef and cheese on dry egg noodles. I came here last minute due to my stomach angrily yelling at me last evening. There were not many people in the place, so I was not too sure how good the service, food, etc. was. As I waited very briefly (about 5 minutes) in line, I tried to figure out what I wanted to order. Finally, I made up my mind and ordered the macaroni and cheese with the meatballs. I figured that nobody can mess up macaroni and cheese, so it may a safe bet. If I ordered something a little spicy and it was too much for me to handle then I would've been mad because I would still be hungry. The man at the register was very polite and set me up very fast. While the staff is young (upper high school, early college), they exude a joy of working there that is a refreshing departure from other venues with similar employees. Ordering is done at the counter but you are given a number to place on the table. For dishes, they do have themes each having four to five noodle dishes, a noodle soup, and a salad. The themes are Asian, Mediterranean and American. The Bowie Town Center location is new (less than a month as of this review) and has few customers at most times, but once word of the location gets around I can see this situation changing rapidly. read more

This is the first time I've gotten a dish that I REALLY liked. Other dishes seem too salty to me. The Thai Chicken soup was perfect and my son dusted off the Japanese Pan Noodles in no time flat. I come here pretty regularly when I am in town visiting my sister. I absolutely love Noodles & company. The food is amazing and the customer service is always great. I haven't been to this location in a while since COVID but their quality has gone all the way down. I ordered a Pesto Cavatappi. The noodles were dry and all of the sauce and pesto were swimming at the bottom of the bowl. You typically have two strips of chicken. They chopped up one strip and had it thrown in the bowl to hide the fact that they had given me a smaller portion. The mushrooms (that I ordered extra of) was uncut in a separate bowl. If anything, I feel they should've left the chicken alone and chopped up the mushrooms as they usually do. I finished the meal so quickly bc there was noticeably less pasta than I usually get but the price had increased to over $11. I seriously doubt I'll return to this location after this. read more

Door Dash just began delivering out where I live, and I was hungry and lazy. I didn't want fast food, and I did want pasta. I'm definitely not a fast food fan, and this menu had the most appealing-sounding dishes, so I went big. I got the spaghetti and meatballs (extra meatballs), pad thai (extra marinated steak), macaroni and cheese, and pot stickers. Figuring I'd have enough for a couple meals. I was really pleased, having never had Noodles & Company, let alone Door Dash. Hot, delicious, fresh, and noodle-y. Poor customer service. They got my order WRONG. When I asked for them to take the tomatoes out which my sister is allergic to the cook refused and LIED and said tomatoes automatically come in the sauce. Not a fan! I went for the first time last week because I received a postcard offering me a free meal. I figured after I left my favorite grocery store, Wegmans, I'd try it out. There were 3 people sitting down and 2 people ahead of me who had already ordered. I ended up ordering the Japanese Pan Noodles with shrimp w/o Mushrooms. After waiting nearly 10 minutes, the "chef" tells the cashier he put mushrooms on my order and he'd have to make another one. It was fine, I wasn't in a huge rush so I waited....and waited. I ended up being there for about 25 minutes. While I was waiting another customer came back into the restaurant after she'd left because she'd discovered sesame seeds on her meal, after she'd told them she was allergic. I was there the whole time so I heard when she told the cashier this. Instead of just making the woman another order, the girl who prepared the food told the customer the sauce they used had sesame seeds in it. Umm what, if someone tells you they're allergic, just don't use the sauce don't try to explain why it's not your fault. All I could do was shake my head. Another downside, the place was entirely staffed by teenagers. During their down time they kept having inappropriate convos and pulling out their phones to text. I took my food home to eat. It was only okay. Absolutely no raving reviews here. I doubt I'll be going back and if I do, it definitely won't be to that location. read more

Came in here with my mom a few weeks ago while doing some Christmas shopping and we got the munchies. I used to LOVE Noodles but then moved to a place in Florida where evidently the franchise isn't very popular. So no Noodles by me. Sad face. So whenever I'm home in MD I eat them. Came in here and I am one of those people that always orders the same thing. Evidently the menu got changed since I was last here because had I just ordered what I thought I wanted I would have been sorely disappointed. It is pricey once you begin to add extras which is a down side because adding the extras is a necessity. I heart Noodles! This is a great alternative to the mediocre food at the rest stops on I95. Noodles is about 10 minutes North of Baltimore near the Whitemarsh Town Center. There is everything there: Changs, Panera, Friday's, etc. but if you just want something quick and get back on the road, this is a great place. My favs are the Mac & Cheese with parmesean crusted chicken and the pad thai, also with the parm chicken. They also have the BEST iced tea. Portions are big and you get a lot of food for your dollar. I tried a small serving of both the Pad Thai and the Japanese Pan Noodles. Pad Thai...not really. It wasn't bad but the noodles were so sticky with sauce and gloppy that I just couldn't taste my way past it to the other ingredients. Sprouts were crunchy, veggies fresh, but I couldn't taste anything beyond the sauce. Same deal with the Japanese Pan noodles. And I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE udon noodles beyond all others. These were cooked just a little too al dente for me and, again, brought down by so much sauce that it was hard to taste anything else. I ordered steak on top and while it was good and tender, again, it was hard to taste. And I like sauce. I pour buckets on salad and french fries. But this was just a bit overboard for me. Three stars for service and fresh ingredients, but please lay off on the super-sticky, gloppy sauce that masks them. read more

Pesto cavatappi, no mushrooms, no tomatos, add chicken and Siracha....sooo good! I always have a rice krispy treat with my meal as well; they are so tasty, and chewy! The staff is relatively friendly - not over the top, but not mean or rude. Food is served quickly and I like that they provide utensils to go.
