We stopped in on a whim and I was worried bc we were so close to closing and sometimes service and food at some places can be iffy when it's close to closing time. That was not the case here at all. The person who took our order was super nice and friendly and patient while we took forever to look at the menu (we've never been to a Noodles & Company before). He explained the menu to us and when he heard we were from out of town gave us a place to look to better explore the area. The food came out fast and it was delicious. We got a Wisconsin Mac n Cheese, the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles and Chicken Noodle Soup. We got regular size which was plenty. The Mac n cheese was good and cheesy and exactly what you would want in a good Mac n cheese. The Spicy Korean Beef Noodles was delicious. The right amount of savory and spice, the noodles perfectly cooked. The soup was so good my husband wouldn't stop eating it long enough for me to take a picture. It has the right amount of noodles, chicken and broth. It was such an interesting place with great choices and I would definitely come here again to satisfy a noodle craving.

    Noodles Leetsdale & Cherry

I stopped by Noodles Leetsdale & Cherry for dinner on February 14, 2023 around 7:30-8:00 pm. I ordered the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with grilled chicken in it. The chicken was cold and brought it back to the counter to get fixed, which I typically don't complain on things like this but I've food poisoning in the past with chicken. The gentleman said he'd fix it. Well he used the same bowl of Mac & cheese that still had the cold chicken in it and then put a newly grilled piece of chicken on top saying he fixed it. I took that back and said the cold chicken was still in it. Offered to fix it again but I said no bother and left. I even left a generous tip on this order too. I've at at this location before and never had any issues before.

    Potstickers...or pancakes?

I ordered lunch for our office online and pre-paid. The food was ready quickly, as promised, and the gal at the front was super friendly - wish I had her name to shout her out! When we ate lunch everyone was disappointed in their meals. The Veracruz Salad had only a few pieces of lettuce and came with way too much dressing. The avocados were not fresh and were more like guacamole than fresh slices. The Potstickers were more like pancakes - totally flat, burnt, overcooked, chewy....all and all just really bad. The Thai Chicken Soup is creamy - not at all like a normal Thai dish. I'm not sure if things would have been better dining in, but I doubt it. I've had better food at the location on 6th and S. Broadway before so not sure why this time around was not good...at all.

Noodles is one of those chains where I'm convinced you can aim at anything on the menu and be happy with what you get. It's nothing glamorous or spectacular, nothing that'll blow the top of your head off; but it's pretty soul satisfying food and body satisfying too. I got a sneak preview invite to the grand opening of this location off Noodles' wall on Facebook, and easily convinced a friend who believes pasta is the debbil - but like me, doesn't resist 100% of the calls to the Dark Side (of Carbs) - to go with me. This location is accessible via either Leetsdale or Cherry St; although getting there from Leetsdale you have to drive an extended amount through a RiteAid parking lot, looked like. Upon entering, the menu is clearly mounted on a stand and right up in your face; you would have to be blind or not looking forward to miss it. All the entree options are clearly visible. Noodles has a standard dozen-ish noodle dishes, 4 each from Asian, European and American backgrounds; they also have the newer sandwiches as mentioned, and dabble in new signature dishes as well, like the Thai Hot Pot. I *almost* tried this because it was new -- but got swayed into something more carby. [I did take 1/3 of it home, so I wasn't entirely corrupt...] For those who are concerned about such things, they have selections that focus on: *) gluten-free, *) meatless, *) 500 calories or less, *) watching sugar, *) sodium conscious and other options -- you can even order some bowls as salads: their "BUFF" bowls. This sneak preview, and the one on Th 1/14/16, are "training runs" for the staff to get up to speed on what it's like during standard business hours. We were invited to have an entree of our choosing, a side dish of our choosing -- and *bafflingly*, NO DESSERTS -- even though the stands were up and fully displaying the wares. For a chain, I love Noodles' "snickerdoodle" cookies (soft, big, cinnamon sugar temptations) more than any other cookie I can think of -- again, from a chain. The cashiers were not allowed to make sales/take money for any items; which is fine, but if you're going to put the wares out -- either set out a donation jar or give them away for free, 1 cookie per customer. Slightly frustrating. I settled on the Steak Stroganoff bowl and my companion had the Alfredo Montamore bowls. Hers had creamy alfredo sauce as the thing that brought the dish together, and mine definitely had a strong but not overpowering sour cream component in the mushroom sherry cream sauce. The bowls arrive looking about half-full (we both had regulars); but there is PLENTY of food in those containers. Maybe the smaller bowls look more filled if you order those? We also received free drinks -- this location has one of those "1 machine fits many drinks" multi-drink dispensers, which saves on space. The booths were comfy and my companion remarked on how comfortable and cushiony the seats were. For an "ironing out the kinks" day and considering the lunch rush they were experiencing, our food was served relatively quickly -- our server, Justin, was definitely bustling with serving folks as well as bussing tables of empty dishes -- but was as engaging and polite as could be. Server attitude and treating your customer well is a full star for me on my ratings; and for me, that was the only variable in going to a Noodles -- as I'm already biased favorably towards their dishes. The 1 minor thing I would have changed about our experience is that both of our bowls, the food seemed to cool off fairly quickly. I'm not sure what they can do to change that -- our server told me they didn't have microwaves in back so they couldn't reheat things up for a quick 30 seconds or so. I'm puzzled why -- perhaps they're arriving later. The decor is corporate but arranged fairly attractively, and there is a nice patio area (on the south side of the building, so yay sun exposure) for when the weather gets warmer. I was going to give 4 stars here...but the attitude and efforts of our server swayed me over to 5 stars. Another server helped me bag my take-home food and smiled warmly at me -- I notice little things like that...so...*for MY experience here*, it was 5 stars. I hope they're successful at this location -- I imagine they will be for a "quick" lunch location, and it's a much more pleasant thing to look at than the wreck of a decaying bar the previous business owners had located here.

Sad tiny Caesar salad. Came out to about 3 bites worth

I have been here now 5 times to this location. 4 of those 5 I have ordered online. 3 of the 4 times they either didn't get my order or didn't have the food ready. What is the point of ordering online of you are going to have to reorder your food and wait at the restaurant? Today was the first time that this location actually got my order right even though I had to reorder it at the counter. 1 out of 5 times isn't bad right? Poor customer service. They don't even apologize for their online ordering not working. I am considering driving past this location to go to another Noodles just to get my lunch from now on.

Slow service. 4 people have received their orders before me. I ordered a regular pasta dish without any meat. Should be an easy request. I've waiting over 20 minutes. They aren't even busy.

    Noodles and tomatoes.
    Nicole S.

Ordered 5 meals online, 3 of which were for my 3 young kids. Our order was wrong they forgot to give me a penne rosa. Then 30 mins later I got the missing dish, and it was basically noodles, RAW chicken and tomatoes. 2 out of 3 kids got chicken. Hopefully non of us get sick, called the manager and he said he was sorry but didn't offer up anything. So frustrating after a very long day.

If you come here, just know you'll be waiting at least 15 mins for food. Avoid if you're ACTUALLY hungry, and grab Chipotle instead.

I feel fortunate because read other reviews here that said it took 2 months to secure a Monday reservation. I recently decided that I am not going to live a gluten free lifestyle even if my 4th cousin from 23andme suggested that everyone on earth is gluten intolerant and there is a global conspiracy to poison us all with gluten ataxia. Starting with the bread, we were already impressed. The texture was perfect, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. There was another review that said it's not that great. Not sure what that persons problem is. I didn't know what to order so got the pasta rustica, a little marinara some ricotta. I understand from the other reviews that this is American Italian food but worked for me. My partner enjoyed the steak/Gorgonzola pasta. That was tasty too, I had the leftovers the next day! I learned the 2nd floor is for larger groups accessible only by stairs. I sat in the upstairs area which was not ideal being situated between the kitchen and he dishwashing room. My server, Janee introduced herself. She was formely with Ollie & Parks, their sister restaurant that closed in Match when an U-Haul truck hit the building. I started with an Aperol Spritz for $14. Then the Caprese Insalata. Plenty of tomatoes with thick slices of burrata all drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. Janee said Monday's are Pasta night where all pasta dishes normally $22 are $11.99; So I got the Fettuccine Carbonara with shrimp. Every table gets Foccacia with an olive oil & herb dip. But it was not Foccacia. On Pasta night you also get a Caesar salad. I added a glass of Agricola Punica "Samas" from the Italian island of Sardinia. A great smooth white Chardonnay & Vermentino blend for pasta. The fettuccine was correctly made with a cream sauce, prosciutto and peas. I got 5 large tail-on shrimps. They bring out a large bowl of grated parmesan cheese to add to your pasta. A nice touch. For dessert, I got the Limoncello cake with a 2nd glass of wine. But a weird issue popped up with the bill. Every food item was higher than the menu price. I asked Janee. She said their new POS software added in the card interchange fee which is 3%. But then I noticed the 9.15% sales tax was on the gross amount, not the actual food & drink amount. So they are overpaying sales tax which is lost revenue. I mentioned that to Janee. A different person said he would adjust the bill for the 3% fee. A glitch that needs to be remedied. Overall, the food & service were good. They offer a cash amount due for less $$ but still incorrect.

We had an event at the Denver Zoo starting at 6:30, so we made a 5:15 reservation. We arrived early, were seated quickly and ordered the our kid's food as we were physically sitting down. We then ordered our food 5-10 minutes later. My wife and I joked that we may have to stop at a playground before the zoo to kill some time. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. Server was very polite and apologetic. We have two, 2-year olds and they got pretty fussy around 5:45, but then their food arrived. Around 6:10 we felt like canceling our food order out of spite, but elected not to. Our food was brought to our table shortly after 6:15 and we had to just tell them to box it up. We tipped normally, it's not the server's fault... BUT, two things. 1. When it's that slow, I would feel it customary and appropriate to comp something... the drinks, one of the entrees.. something. They did not. 2. As we were rushing out of there we noticed a half dozen to-go order bags on the bar near the entry. If you can't serve the people that are sitting in your restaurant at a decent pace, you shouldn't be taking take-out orders.
