I was feeling a need for some comfort food but being a celiac, this isn't always easy. I decided on Noodles & Company for some gluten free Mac and Cheese. Granted this isn't a five star dining experience but as far as fast food goes this fits the ticket. Staff was super friendly, helpful and pleasant. Tables were clean. The Mac and cheese is cheesy. The noodles were maybe a bit too al dente but if you have cooked GF noodles you know it is better this way than the other. Flavor maybe was a little bland but it IS fast food and the Boulder spice in the condiment station gave it a good kick. My only bad thought was that for a bowl of Mac and Cheese and a soft drink. $11.29 is a little high for fast food. It shows $12.29 on the ticket because I gave the person who waited on me $1 tip because he was so nice. read more

Usually I am pleased with noodles but today my bf picked up a to go order and they at first forgot half our order and they then food didn't taste normal. I always get the Wisconsin Mac when I'm in a rush cause it never lets you down but today I was a pretty sad to receive a bowl that was pretty much plain macaroni noodles. There was a little bit of cheese on top but that's it. I stirred it hoping there was like cheese sauce in the bowl but nope plain noodles. Still a fantastic place for a meal! Noodles and Co, really know how to make you happy. I must say the staff at this location is always spot on! Super nice, and always very attentive with special dietary needs or wants! Store is always clean and has a big parking lot in the back! I dig that they have indoor and outdoor seating and hey.. I have even seen people bring their dogs and have them on the patio with them outside! Pretty cool! I really dig the Pad Thai and other noodle dishes with TOFU added as a non meat protein option, the Curry dishes are good as well! I dig that they have kids meals with two sides and if you want to get two sides of apple sauce it's totally cool! They also got chocolate Milk for the boy and that makes the boy happy.. He also digs playing drums with the chopsticks! They used to have local beers and wines here, but don't anymore! A fabulous smell tintilated my nose toward a small place on a popular street called Noodle & Company. Once in, I surveyed the wall menu for something I have never tried. The service was quick and the food that followed was warm. Parking was plentiful. My dish was seasoned well and very saucy. The soup which was Chicken Tortilla was spicy and good. All vegetables were fresh. The price of a lunch meal was reasonable $$ for fresh food. The waitress met some guests at the entry point and asked how she could serve them-- very nice jester. There was a fluid crowd throughout the afternoon for a place that had less than fifteen tables. This is a great spot if you want a quick and healthy lunch. I was surprised the food rolled out as fast as it did. The place is fairly clean for the brisk in and out patrons. Ingersoll is a very busy street, but if you try this place you will be thoroughly impressed. read more

Maybe I hyped this place up in my head too much but I found it kind of disappointing when for a fast-food type of noodles. The staff weren't welcoming but weren't dismissive either.. just.. there. The tables could have been more clean... but maybe we came in just after a rush? I thought the setting was pretty limited and likely would not accommodate a party. The cheeseballs were okay and I ordered the spicy korean noodles which was also okay. Lacking in the spicy department for sure but I did like the cucumber bits on top. Husband ordered udon something and it wasn't very good. The portions are large especially for the price.. but size doesn't matter if the flavor isn't enjoyable. You know what I mean. This place is packed during lunch time. Seating indoor and outdoor (weather permitting). You order at the counter and they bring it out to you. I always order a small Japanese pan noodles with chicken with a caesar side salad. A decent size meal for under 10 bucks. This is my favorite dish here. I have tried the pesto pasta - wasn't too impressed. They didnt give much pesto sauce so it was dry. Another person sitting next to me also had the same problem. We tend to gravitate towards Noodles & Company when we are unsure what we want to eat. Why? Really, it's for their variety. You can get American, Asian, salads, soups, sandwiches, etc. a huge bonus is they finally have kid's meals and they're only $5!!! We've been to this location a few times and have had good experiences. This last dining experience was a bit off. We didn't receive any cups or drinks (kid's milk) when we ordered. Of course, juggling a kid, we didn't realize that until we sat down. Then, they forgot the meat in my husband's dish. He went back up and it wasn't a big deal, they fixed it quickly. The waiting line for the food was short, however the cashier definitely slowed things down. A LOT. After ordering and grabbing my water cup, I filled it up with some of the most disgusting and grimy water that I have ever tasted. This wasn't even the worst of it. Definitely do not recommend coming here anytime soon. When ordering in DoorDash to my location the food is always good. But went ahead and tried a walk in order and the service was absolutely terrible. I spent over thirty minutes in the building. When I walked in I had to wait about 10 plus minutes for my order to be taken. Once I was able to get my order taken and I was at the front area I overheard the workers talking down upon the customers who had DoorDash Food. One worker specifically stated she was tired of making my order because someone had walked out with it due to them having the same name as me. She then said she quits and preceded to have a negative attitude. The manager was nice and gave us extra food and the cashier at the front desk was also very nice and tried to calm the situation as a lot was going on. I do have a lot of sympathy for the workers and they are extremely understaffed but there was no need for attitude and a needy environment. They also were breaking many objects while we were there for our long period of time. I suggest going to another location or maybe trying another restaurant. They seemed to not have enough ingredients to make a lot of the pastas so one of the workers stated that this is all the pasta we have until tomorrow use it very very lightly as she handed the young worker a bag. On top the that the soda machine was not working so you would have been forced to buy a bottled drink if wanted . This may have just been a bad day for them all so yes I still have sympathy yet this was a terrible experience. read more

I still like Noodles and Co. as a franchise, but this particular location is one to avoid. It's pretty new and the vast majority of the staff is very young - that combination is probably why they have problems. I've been here several times (the locations is super convenient for me) and the service has never been anything to speak of. My last time there was a bit of a mess, hence my review score for this place tanking. The girl at the register thought that I was there with a small group of others even though I told her that I wasn't. I asked for a glass for water and should put it on the counter. Once I explained (for the second time) that I was there solo, she took the glass away (only to give it back later). She still put my order on that group's ticket and that had to fix things and make mine separate. Eventually things got sorted out (or so I thought) and my food arrived. I had placed one order for Pad Thai without meat or anything. However, two orders of Pad That were brought out to me. Once was sent back but the order left with me was loaded with shrimp. I admit that if that's what I wanted, I would have been happy with the amount of shrimp there because it was definitely more than usual. But it wasn't what I ordered and I don't eat meat (including seafood). Things could have been worse but the entire situation was still frustrating. read more

I've never liked noodles and company, and I warned my friend against ordering from them. This is why. It's just bad. It's the McDonalds of noodles, except that McDonalds really gives you the feeling (illusion) that you're eating something "fresh". I have only eaten at this location once, it was with a coworker and the store was about 30 minutes from closing. The staff was busy cleaning, but obviously stopped to take our order. I have eaten at multiple Noodles and Company in Minnesota and know what to expect. This location was no different than others I've been to. The food was good and so was the service. I always enjoyed the atmosphere at Noodles and Company, it has a modern design. I usually get the Mac and Cheese with added meatballs. One thing I may not agree with is the price, it is not bad, but could be better. We've enjoyed Noodles for years and appreciated the curbside service in the depths of the pandemic. Last night we decided to venture inside. Never again. We couldn't find a bench or table clean enough to sit down at while we waited for our take-out order--and it was a long wait. We watched as staff put on and took off their hats, swept their hair back and leaned on the counters. This has been my favorite Noodles and Company experience. We went to the Valley West location and it was pretty meh. This Noodles and Co is fast, fresh, and tasty. Another huge plus is the what-portion-of-our-menu-is-vegan on their website. I've had the Japanese pan noodles a few times with tofu and the Tuscan whole wheat with no cheese add tofu. The tofu is baked which is pretty different for pasta but I like it. If you're in the mood for a quick bite and you want consistent service, don't hesitate to stop here. read more

If you've ever worked in the restaurant business, you despise those patrons who come in 15 minutes before closing. Last night, I was one of those patrons. I wasn't aware of the closing time until I got there and I needed dinner for my family. I went in and let them know that we would be quick as I see that they are trying to close. Picked up lunch here and ordered the Pesto cavatappi with shrimp. Any meat or tofu is an additional add on which can get pricey if you add a lot of things. They also have side salads and soups for you to order. The pasta portions are pretty generous, but the price isn't worth it- we paid around $9 for a pesto cavatappi with shrimp. While it's cheaper than ordering pasta at any other restaurant, it is pasta after all, which doesn't cost much.
