Whenever I'm craving a quick noodle dish I always make a stop at noodles and company they have a huge variety of types of noodles ranging from traditional types to new concept of a recipe. My favorite is the cauliflower rigatoni with roasted garlic sauce and I add chicken. Two pasta entrees land you around $22 dollars (no drinks). This location is in a little strip so parking gets little tricky. You might not find parking right upfront so any parents with kiddos and parking is little congested! If you are looking to spend 10 dollars on a quarter sized portion of pasta with a drink then this is your stop. The staff admits the small size is the same as the kids size. I recently went and the pasta was also cold. My complaint was handled without any managerial skill whatsoever and the staff decided it was best to nuke the next order for me to the point it was scalding hot and unedible. In short, avoid Noodles and Company as it is clear they have compromised their product and are also creating a toxic workplace environment for their staff. Total for our order was $35.xx with some drinks added in the end. The portions were a good size for one serving. Most would say they are small and not shareable. Quick, fast, noodles!!! Swung by on a busy Saturday lunch. I was craving their Pad Thai. I ordered mine..small..with shrimp, then looked at my husband and said..wanna just share? I've tried a few of their menu items before and they were good- I got the Japanese pan noodles with tofu, my girlfriend liked her Shrimp Scampi, and our friend got the Penne Rosa with chicken and said it was good but didn't have enough sauce so it was pretty dry overall. Later, all three of us felt sick and had mild food poisoning symptoms until the next day. We all got 3 different dishes so I'm not sure what was in all of them to make us have the same symptoms, especially since mine didn't have dairy or meat like theirs. The pop machine and utensil area is covered in red cherry syrup. All of the forks were soiled and the service wasn't that great either. Messed up a takeout order twice in a few months from this establishment! Forgot meat, added unwanted mushrooms, broccoli was undercooked. When I contacted the management, the response was very unsatisfactory, I actually had to argue that I, not only wanted a refund for what I didn't get, but should be compensated for the entire single bowl that was unsatisfactory. But, that didn't happen! I was told that if this had happened to an order that was placed in the restaurant, I would have been given a, have a bowl on us, card for a future visit. We ordered on line to pick up at a certain time. We got there and we had to wait since it was not ready when we got there. We had to wait almost ten minutes for them to complete the order. Since we were in a hurry to get where we were going we did not double check the order. While the food was good they did not give us any sauce for the pot stickers. While we have gotten good service there before I just feel that they could have done better and make sure the order was correct. I got to admit, I love Noodles and Co, the meals are hot, fresh, and they come fast! They have lots of vegan options and this store never seems to be overly busy! My son loves the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and if you get the kids meal it comes with 2 sides. They sometimes have local beer and wine and the staff is always full of sunshine and eager to please! This location has a big parking lot and a very sizable out door space to eat! I love the curry options and pad thai.. All in all this is a franchise that has never really done me wrong! I'm a big fan of this place! My favorite is the pesto cavatappi with grilled chicken. The mac n cheese is also delicious. A variety of pastas and a variety of sauces to choose from. We called ahead just to warn them, and they set aside and reserved some space for us. A reservation for 20 in a fast good restaurant. I've been here multiple times and almost every single time they have messed something up with my order, yet if I go to a different location things seem to be fine. Had lunch at Noodles today and as usual it was very good. I even tried something a little different. Normally I would get the pesto capitavi but I decided to try the Alfredo MontAmore. The only thing I really was not crazy about where the chunks of breaded chicken. They were very thin and I personally felt that they did not add anything to the dish. The Alfredo sauce was good but a little water down but the cheese was yummy. My biggest issue with Noodles & Company is their cleanliness. It seems like every time I go there the drinking area is just messy and their tables are never really clean. And this visit was no exception but I'm a little OCD so what bothered me probably would not bother a lot of people. I love noodles so naturally I love Noodles & Company! They have options for everyone. I try to get something different every time and so far everything has been delicious. I like that the menu tells you which meals are vegetarian (they also let you take off things to make other meals more veggie/vegan friendly-Tofu!) and which are spicier! They have classic Wisconsin Mac & Cheese to more interesting Pad Thai! Lots of different beverage choices from healthier teas to that crazy coke machine with a billion options & sometimes beer! Kid friendly too! The kids meals are some of the best Ive seen. Not too pricey-the meals are pretty substantial, I usually have some left to take home! All of the staff I have encountered at this particular location have been super friendly and helpful. The place is always clean despite sometimes getting pretty busy. I usually love this place but I ordered the Alfredo Montemore online and came home with almost nothing but buttered noodles. This would be fine if there wasn't spinach, mushrooms, cheese and other toppings supposed to be on it. Okay... So I typically love Noodles & Company. This one is the closest to my home and I unfortunately can no longer eat here. On December 17th I ordered food to pick up for my family. We arrived a few minutes early and paid. We then waited at least 15 minutes. No one acknowledged us after we paid. In this time we watched an employee stand on the counter over food that was being cooked in order to clean the filter above the stove. Who knows what fell into the other customers food at this point. The counter was not even wiped down when she got off the counter. She put her filthy shoes next to food being prepped and cooked. The manager directer her to clean at that moment and did not seem to care who witnessed this. After this we, ask where are food is since we ordered ahead and nothing has been given to us. Come to find out, our food had been sitting on the counter since before we walked in. The worker hands us the bag and basically expected us to leave just like that. We then ask if they honestly expect us to leave with this cold food at full price. She reluctantly offered a refund but did not know how to since we paid with cash. She goes to the back to get her manager who does not even say a word to us as she shows her how to do the the refund and walks back to the kitchen. I am now posting reviews on as many sites as possible since I emailed the company the very next day and have never heard anything in return. read more
