1 star was the lowest I could go with the rating. We spent $63.00 tonight for a "large" pizza and 2 orders of boneless chicken wings. The "large" pizza didn't even fill the large pizza box and corners missing. For the "boneless wings", they were actually small chicken pieces. Two pieces were smaller than the size of a regular fork. We had an awesome visit to Boss' Pizza. The hotel it is attached to is a top 3 worst hotels I've ever stayed in, but the restaurant was great. Jessi took great care of us and made up her secret wing sauce for one of the kids. ASK FOR IT!! Hopefully she bottles it and sells it soon! Great wings and pasta and pizza was decent. read more

Ordered the broiled chicken and a pizza. The pizza was ok but nothing to write home about. The toppings seemed skimpy. The chicken was described as their signature dish but tasted like they hadn't changed the grease in years. It smelled off as soon as we opened the bag. Never again. It was a busy night at the hotel but they were slammed with ordered. The waitress, bartender and manager were working like crazy to try to get people what they needed in a timely manner but the orders were backed up hours. The kitchen staff didn't seem to be keeping up and from what I could tell were not being very kind to the staff out front who were dealing with the angry customers. The staff deserves a raise or to have more people to help or call in when it's that busy. As for the food, the part of my order that was for the kids was done slightly later than they had originally said but they got fed. The pizza i ordered took an hour longer, but it was a delicious pizza. Overall it was good and I would definitely give them another chance based on the kindness of the staff who was helping in front. read more

The owner is horrible at helping out the staff with customers. Literally micro managing, all while not taking customers orders, just saying she'll be right with ya. Not taking drink orders. Honestly? Overpriced for what it is. Pizza last time I was there was way overcooked. Sandwich was good but having to pay extra to get fries isn't cool. Don't count on them delivering if you pick a time. They have it set so you can pick a delivery for 4pm but admitted their delivery driver doesn't even come in until 4pm or after. He/she didn't come in at all the day I ordered for 4pm so I waited around for almost an hour and went and picked up my food myself(which was ok food but poorly handled. Alfredo sauce mess all over the container with condiment packets soaked in with the sauce). Great energy & the staff were so friendly!! The star city pizza had a surprise, cream cheese! I was skeptical but it was sooo good!! Beyond disgusted. My food was delivered cold and I mean cold like it's been inside of a fridge and uncut. Never had a pizza that is delivered uncut? I called the store and they told me my order was delivered warm. I can put a thermometer in it and it will be like my fridge. On top of that spoke to manager and was offered a $10 credit on a $40 order. When I told her I was not interested in a credit as I will not be back and I wanted what I ordered I was hung up on. Will be in contact with a higher up as I have never received customer service in such a poor manor as someone who works as a MANAGER in customer service. Had a group of people from work going to eat at this place, and 2 were going to do the boss hog challenge. We were informed you could not do the challenge during the afternoon, and needed to give 3 day notice because they were not staffed to accommodate the challenge. Not sure how much extra goes into a 28" pizza as opposed to a 14" pizza, but they may as well take it off the menu. We all canceled our lunch date at the last minute. I am glad someone decided to call ahead, but was disappointed our plans had to change last minute. That is something that should be included with the advertisement. read more

The pizza was okay. Unfortunately, the place looked to have 2 workers, so there was a very long wait for our food and drinks. We got our initial drinks, then waited 45 minutes for the pizzas to come out, and my friend asked for a beverage refill. We got the refill after we were done eating and ready to pay the bill. The tables were sticky, so that wasn't great. A little expensive for a pizza, but I did love all of the different kinds of specialty pizzas. Overall this place is okay, but better options are out there for the price. Jason told my husband "the driver said it was left on the door and that we don't talk to the driver". Long story short, no pizza was delivered. Jason the manager could care less about their dishonest and terrible fraudulent customer service. I called at 12:46 because I got a notification my order was delivered! Our baseball team ordered 40 pizzas at this location for lunch during our stay at the Ramada. They returned the favor by calling the cops on our group as we were enjoying a quiet picnic in the hotel parking lot later that evening. They said we were taking business away from their location.
