It's the ole ball and chain's birthday weekend, so we went to SG for lunch... I've been once before, but this was her first time. Needless to say, she was impressed. The service was great, the food was awesome, and it was just an all around great lunch. We ordered the steak sandwich and grouper sandwich with fries (it's "eat like a jackass" for her birthday weekend, so we got the fires instead of a salad). The sandwiches were awesome (they literally sliced up a whole ribeye for the steak sandwich... Yuuuge) and the fries were fire. While SG may seem likes it's on the pricier side, for the amount of food you get, the prices are very fair and reasonable. If you're looking for a solid upscale gastro pub with good food, big drink selection, respectable service, and a place to catch a game with friends, SG is definitely it on the SW side of town.

Found this place close to my hotel while on a business trip. Busy place for a Tuesday but decent service. Menu is rather diverse with BBQ Brisket, fried rice, fish, burgers, sandwiches and lots of cocktails. Food was just okay but I will definitely recommend the Reese's pie. Yum! Prices were a little high for some things - on par with other items. Restaurant was clean, very well designed and the bathroom was impressive. I definitely want to come back and try more in hopes of an even better experience.

10/10 we love everything we've gotten when we come here. Cheese bites are one of our favorite apps too!

I've been reading a lot of Dr. Seuss to my grandson lately, so... This place, I find, is hard to categorize, A blend of charm that harkens to the past, For echoes of old Flanagan's arise, With woodwork left intact, a nod held fast. The walls recall a time of storied fare, And so you'd think the food would match the scene. But here, the plates lack flavor, void of care, A tasteless dish, devoid of what has been. The noise, too loud, the crowd a sports bar's throng, Where voices drown the meal in ceaseless din. In Fort Wayne's rise, this place feels out of song, A space unsure of where it should begin. While others soar, I fear this one may fade, With little new or bright to make the grade.

Looking for something different, or an alternative to tired chain restaurants? Try Summit Grill! Excellent cocktails, great food choices. Dining room is good for lunch meetings, girls dinners, family celebrations. There is also a large bar, with loads of TVs. It's a good combination of casual classy and high end sports bar. Our waiter was well-seasoned and very capable. Quick and efficient. Our water glasses were never empty. I had the southern fried chicken. Amazing. Super crisp but still juicy. I chose fries and mac&cheese for sides. The fries were excellent, while the mac&cheese was nothing special. It all paired extremely well with the Blueberrh Lemon Drop. I can't wait to go back.

Was visiting my parents and after our event we were looking for a place that was open late in a Friday (a lot of restaurants close at 9-10pm in the area. This place wad open til 1am which was perfect. Food was pretty good, here's a breakdown of what we got: Apps: Texas Twinkies which were amazing. They are beef brisket egg rolls which were so good! Next up were the jumbo Onion Rings, and when they say jumbo, they mean it! These were huge, and the batter was seasoned so well with really good southwest dipping sauce. I wanted a second order. Last up were the wings (sweet chili were good but we weren't impressed with the BBQ). Entrees: Southern Fried Chicken with Mac & cheese and green beans. Fried chicken was overcooked and not seasoned at all. Seemed like they just battered it in plain flour and fired it. Mac & cheese was ok nothing special and green beans were seasoned so well! Ossian smoked pork chop was cooked to perfection and had an amazing glaze. The side of Brussels was perfect with this. Italian sausage pepper penne had really good flavor! Overall service was good (it wasn't too busy), food came out hot and fresh, and mostly everything was cooked and seasoned well (just need to work on the fired chicken). Lots of parking and it was nice chill vibe good for a night out with family/friends or date!

I came to Summit Grill Kitchen & Cocktails with a group of coworkers for an event. We were all attending a full day of fire training, half of the time we would be here for class training and the other at a local fire station for a live burn. Summit Grill has an event area which is large for a big group of people and is very comfortable. That said it has two tvs, but one could not project the powerpoints in them, leaving the entire room to have to only see from one television. My group was sitting in the side of the non-working tv, which made it difficult. We ordered the restaurant food for lunch, and I ordered fried chicken and fries. The fries were soggy, the fried chicken lacked seasoning and was overcooked. It was an enjoyable class, the room was comfortable but ultimately there were things that need improvement.

Used to come here before it was Summit Grill. They have done a great job with renovations. It is clean, bright, and welcoming now! The outdoor patio is a great place to sit both in the summer and winter with heaters. I definitely have my favorite dishes here, including the French onion soup and their pizza! The wedge salad was very fresh and their ranch is delicious. Portion sizes are fairly large for price point. Service is spotty but food makes up for it.

Solid food!!!!! Lots of tvs to watch sports! Friendly servers. Here for work and tried this place. Pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste!!! Solid chicken wings. Habanero BBQ was delicious! Onion rings are thick and lightly breaded w sweet onions! Bacon jam brussels were very good. I had chicken gizzards!! Lightly breaded and fried. OMG so good! We came back a second night, I had Beast Burger, bison, elk, wagyu topped w thick smoked bacon, fried egg and cheese! I had mine with no bun!! Outstanding, with great seasoning. I had a side of gumbo!! Loads of Shrimp, chicken and sausage. Nice surprise! Solid place to eat. Others in my party had Ribeye, pizza, and salmon. All agreed we would come back.

Atmosphere 5/5 at night 9:00 PM. Beautiful Christmas decorations all around the establishment. Food 3/5 ordered the Alfredo pasta with steak bites. Too much olive oil in the entree. Cannot speak for the bar service since I did not order any alcoholic beverages.

    Birria Tacos with chips.
    Daniel C.

I had been craving the birria tacos. Delicious! The chocolate flan was not what I expected as the cake was not very moist and the flan lacked flavor I was expecting. Staff was friendly but wore too much cologne. The place was nice and looked bigger than it really was.

Been meaning/wanting to try for a while, but have never got around to it. Ok experience, but there's some areas of attention needed. Pros: Friendly/quick service, outstanding brisket, excellent bbq sauces (I particularly liked the vinegar and spicy sauces), and large portions. Cons: Over-priced, average at best sides, extremely smoky in dining room, and dirty/run down restaurant. Overall our experience was good, but the smoke in the dining room was a real problem that actually had my eyes burning/watering while we were eating (it literally looked like an AARP Club Catholic Church bingo event, it was that smoky inside the restaurant), the food is stupid expensive ($35 lunch, one person), and the sides just weren't good (bland coleslaw and broccoli salad). The restaurant also needs a facelift and desperate deep clean... It had that dirty, grimy, sticky feel on the floors and tables (presumably from all the smoke in the dining room). I still consider Shigs n' Pit to be the far and wide the best BBQ in town, but Lucille's has the potential to be really good if they can make some adjustments, improvements, and clean the place up.

It's parking lot is easy in-easy out and has a very large facility. Upon entering you order at the counter from a large menu posted on the wall. The facility is very clean, orderly and attractive. The menu is fairly large but perhaps difficult to understand since it is posted on the wall. Cost is fair and moderate. Here is a recap of our food choices: -Wings: predominant smokey flavor, fried and dipped in one of 8 sauces. The wing was nicely cooked - no pink insides. The skin of the wing was a bit cripsier than i would prefer. The Alabama White sauce is mayo based, slightly sweet with not much seasoning or spice. It made the wings nicely moist. The teriyaki sauce is bold, thicker and has a slight back end kick to them. -Cole Slaw: nice fresh and crisp larger slaw pieces, thin mayo base, sligtly sweet but a bit watery -Macaroni salad: thin mayo base that actually came off also a little watery, elbow noodles were cooked perfectly, side veggies had a nice crunch to them, sauce was mildly sweet -Chicken tenders: moist and tender, no real Smokey taste detected, seemed to come off a little dry and tough -Corn "spoon" bread: mild corn taste, bread was moist and sweet, nice blend of corn bread and corn casserole -Tomato & Cucumber salad: very fresh and tasty. Cool veggie and vinegar tastes

ACME by Full Cirlce - definitely a destination for smoked wings!…read more This was my first trip to Acme for wings. I was VERY pleased with the large-jumbo smoked and then grilled wings! I have been here for Legalize Marinara pizza which was also excellent!! The team here is always friendly, welcoming and hustles to serve! We started with some fried pickles and Mac & cheese bits. These seemed like a must try and good value on the 3-6pm Monday through Friday happy hour menu. The fried pickles are a dill pickle spear with a moderate amount of breading. The spear has a nice tart dill taste without an after taste bite. It remained fairly crisp after being fried. The breading was fairly plain to taste. It was soft and only slightly oily. It comes with a cup of pretty standard ranch dressing. I liked the spear and would order these again. The Mac & cheese bits were very small. The inside has a couple of elbow noodles bathed in a mild cheese sauce - I thought they would be much bigger. The noodles were very soft and somewhat mushy. The cheese sauce has a standard creamy American cheese flavor that covered the noodles well. The breading was moderately thick, soft and plain to taste like what was on the fried pickles. I wouldn't order these again. Acme's wing offering can be found under the appetizer section as 8 wings for $14. The broad selection of homemade sauces can be found several menu pages later. We went on a Thursday night at 6pm. On this night they had $1 wings. Normal nights it's an additional $1.75 per wing beyond the initial 8 wing offering. This is pretty pricy for the average wing place. However, these wings were large to jumbo sized, smoked and then grilled. I found good value in the price of these large-smoked wings. The wings were smoked to a point where you pick up a pronounced Smokey flavor. The meat was moist and tender. They were nicely cooked to a white color with a tinge of pink at times. The wing was then grilled so that there was evidence of charred tips and skin parts. The smoked and grill proceses made for a delious wing. It appears that Acme has about 19 homemade sauces. I chose the blueberry-cherry and spicy garlic Parmesan. Other members of my group had various BBQ flavors with different degrees of heat. They said that they really liked their choices. I look forward to coming back to try more flavors. In general...I would say that Acme designs their flavors to have a "hint" of the intended flavor designed to not over power the smoked meat flavor. That's what they accomplished. The blueberry-cherry was thicker in consistency like you would expect. It was not "jelly" like in taste, sugar or sliminess. The sauce grabbed ahold of the wing nicely. You picked up hints of blueberry and cherry in the blend. Neither dominated the taste and there was no spicy kick here. Nice non-BBQ taste! The spicy garlic Parmesan sauce was also thick and stuck to the wing nicely. I didn't pick up any spicy flavor or after kick. The sauce seemed like it was poured on the wing pretty heavy. It was fairly light on garlic and cheese flavors with perhaps a more buttery-oil taste. Also a nice taste but not near as bold in flavor as most other places. Overall, I really liked their wings. The smoked and grilled flavors were excellent. The blueberry and garlic Parmesan sauces really accented the wings well. I would encourage you to give Acme a try for wings!

There were maybe 3 pieces of pork, had there been some to taste, I feel like this sandwich would be killer. My husband tried the Muffaletta, it would have been great had there been olive salad on it. The three bites that had olive salad were amazing. Seriously for the price, fix this! I would have paid double for some meat on there. I still would recommend everyday but make it as good as it sounds. Disappointed, would still go back
