The pad Thai wasn't bad, kind of mild and bland compared to what I would have gotten at a real Thai restaurant but better than most instant versions. Decent tofu. No chili oil or Sriracha sauce in this office, just a million little toxic packets of burger and pizza condiments. Can't blame the restaurant for the Door Dash mistake, but they did fix it. Add the Door Dash cost and it's not a great deal but again, can't fault the restaurant for us using the Dash. read more

I've dined at this restaurant for years. Always enjoyed pesto cavatappi with grilled chicken until today. Portion sizes continue to shrink to size of a small soup bowl.. Todays visit was our last. I believe this restaurant is on last legs. Floors were filthy as was counter area. The two booths have been removed and the area is now a storage area for restaurant supplies stacked up, an eyesore. I feel what I got and what I thought I was paying for was way off. Like I could have done mac and cheese at home by myself cheaper and better tasting. While its not quite the blue box blues, it was not far off from being Kraft macaroni and cheese. The serving was not enough to be a main item, definitely lacked in flavor and flare. It could have used some pepper, which I had to add and possibly some bread crumbs or something to break up the lack of anything exciting in the bowl. Tried once again, different location. Ordered delivery and paid approximately $20 for the delivery alone, delivery charge, driver fee, surcharge and tip. Upon receipt of the delivery found multiple items were missing, just as mentioned over and over in the reviews from others across the web. Ultimately had to drive to the place to pick up all the things they forgot. Upon arrival there were multiple kids behind the counter playing, laughing and chasing one another. This is the most disgusting, unmaintained Noodles I've ever visited. We walked in to find more than half the tables un-bussed. The drink station was a mess, with some nozzles soaking in a tub where the sliced lemons should be. The high chair for my daughter was disgusting. And the employees just casually chatted instead of making any effort to clean things up. Glad we don't live close to this one. read more

Went in there after years of not having noodles and company, service was nice. It took about 10-15 min. I wasn't sure what the normal wait was but I'm guessing it took longer than usual. The young lady working was very apologetic and gave us some snacks for the wait. Food was really good staff was super nice place looked clean. I definitely need to come here more often read more

This has been one of my favorite restaurants and my go-to place when I don't feel like trying a new place. I recommend either the penne rosa or pesto cavatappi with chicken. And don't forget to add a little Sriracha sauce to wet your noodle.... speaking of which, Noodles & Co has decided to go with some generic brand of hot sauce. And it's nowhere near as good. Bring back the original please. In terms of their menu, they have a nice selection of entrees, but it's been exactly the same for as long as I can remember. Why not add some new entrees to the menu? Why not make a unique "dish of the week?" People like trying new things and I'd think that would be good for business.... just a thought. read more

Now that I'm here in the sticks, which are really not the sticks, but just rather unglamorous country, I didn't expect to find much more than your generic truck stop food. Now that's not actually so bad if you're a road warrior. But I am really pleased with the selection around here so far. I had the Thai curry soup with chunks of grilled chicken breast. I'm going to suggest something which is that two makes a trend. A couple months ago in Ohio I had the meatiest bowl of pho ever. There was a lot of chicken breast (cut into cubes) in this bowl. So if this is the trend of super meaty large bowls of Asian broths, I'm going to call it Midwestern Asian Fusion. Noodles and company has got all three different menus on the wall, but it all comes from the same kitchen. Something is brewing in Wisconsin, and I like the smell. read more

What a disappointment! Let me begin by stating that the restaurant was so cold, we never took off our winter coats. BRRRRR! The food was just as cold! We ordered the zucchini truffle mac, a mac and cheese, a Thai chicken soup, and tomato basil bisque. All were served at refrigerator temperature, just plain cold. The zucchini truffle mac had two large, raw hunks of mushroom with a huge slab of ice cold crusty cheese thrown on top of the noodles. It certainly didn't look like the photo on their website. The Racine Health Department needs to be aware when prepared food is served at unsafe temperatures. No second chances for this place! read more

First time ever getting Noodles & Company. We ordered through Door Dash. I got the Mac & cheese with meatballs and the boyfriend got beef stroganoff. We also got the garlic bread appetizer and chocolate chunk cookies for dessert. They also have coke in a bottle. The Mac & cheese reminded me of my mom's made from scratch Mac & cheese. We come here every time we come to Racine to visit family. We like casual the atmosphere and how tasty the food is. It's easy to stop in while we're doing errands with my MIL and you can get some yummy food here all afternoon. Recently, we enjoyed a late lunch here. I had the fancy truffle mac and cheese, which was really delicious. I was glad I only ordered the half order, because that was PLENTY of food, even the during holiday no-holds-barred eating days. My MIL had a BIG bowl of tomato soup -- she enjoyed it, but couldn't eat it all. My husband had the beef stroganoff, which I just had to sample, and it, too, hit the spot. The desserts always look tempting, and I've had the Rice Krispie bars before... yum! It can be a little awkward to order at the counter if you are not familiar with the menu. Often, we linger standing in the background while we ponder our choices, and we try to let others know to go ahead of us. This restaurant seems to have lost t its beer and wine license for awhile, but it was back the last time we stopped in, which also puts this a cut above "fast food" restaurants. read more

Sadly this is Noodles has become worse and worse, today was the final straw for me, I won't be eating here any longer. This used to be a great restaurant, but lately the food, cleanliness, and staff have all slid to the point where it is not worth it. We ordered 2 Japanese pan noodles with tofu, a tomato bisque, 6 pot stickers, and a chocolate chip cookie. What we actually got was cold mushy flavorless noodles, with sour tasting tofu, meaning the tofu was not fresh. When I told the employee, she said they would have them make me another one, but I never got apology or the feeling that they gave a crap. After being remade, we got warm mushy flavorless noodles, this time around my wife's tofu was sour, so I ate $30 vegetables. We had asked for the pot stickers to be cooked more to make them a bit crispy, they were under cooked and mushy. My 2 year old did not like them, so he ate the crackers we had with our soup. Outside of the food the restaurant was also not very clean, the high chair had crumbs all over it, and my wife had to wash our table with baby wipes to get all the crap off of it. It was pretty clear that the management team and employees just don't give a crap. The last 3 times I have eaten here I have had a serious problems with our food, and cleanliness continues to be a problem. I am left with no choice, I can make better noodles at home, that i know my family won't get sick off of, so I mine as well save the money and not go here. Hopefully the management team and staff will be let go, nothing short of a scorched earth approach is going to save this place. Dinner last night was a bust! Out on the road for work and wanted some comfort food. Noodles always come through... NOT this time. They were out of Alfredo sauce on a Saturday night @ 8pm. Then the computers froze and my credit card wouldn't process. we waited over 20 minutes to get our food to take to the hotel. Dinner for two, but three meals, salad and bread... best part was the bread. Those with allergies/celiac beware!!! - I ordered pad thai gluten free/allergy aware, as I usually do because I have celiac disease. The cashier had to find a manager to ensure it was gluten free, and he first told me that it was not a gluten free dish because it contained egg. I told him that egg isn't gluten, and then he said I couldn't eat it because of the peanuts. Not one person in the restaurant understood what gluten was. That made me very uneasy. When I got home to eat the dish, I also found about a dozen wheat noodles (elbow pasta) mixed in with the rice noodles. This is a huge disappointment -- not to mention a health hazard for my family and me. - The Bangkok curry had no taste whatsoever. - While waiting for our order, we saw an employee, who had been cleaning and sweeping, return to food prep and cooking without washing her hands. Went there to use a birthday promotion. I ordered the Thai Curry Soup $5.25 with Tofu $2.25. My wife had Japanese Pan Noodles $4.25 with Saute Beef $2.25. Even tho my meal was "free" I kept thinking how good Thai meals were at various Thai restaurants in Chicago Chinatown. My wife felt her meal was OK.
