On a night full of torrential rain, wild winds, and tornadoes, I stood on my front porch risking life and limb while waiting for my delivery order, hoping the food would be worth the danger. (I gave my driver a huge tip for this one.) The good news is that yes, it was worth it. Two youngsters gobbled up their mac and cheese, but the side of raw broccoli stayed on the plate (we expected the same awesome cooked broccoli the grown-ups received). My Indonesian Peanut Chicken Sauté was oh, so very yummy; there was plenty of chicken, and the portion was generous. My side of Lemon Parmesan Broccoli made me quite happy with its parm and lemon topping. A winner all around. Friend's Chipotle Chicken Cavatappi went down a treat, the spice level just right for her. For the first time in 5+ years of coming to this location was I denied using my military discount. The lady told me it was coming from her upper management that they only give discounts to paramedics. But on noodles and Company website it states they offer 15% off to military veterans or active duty, first responder paramedics with ID. This location served noodles that were basically uncooked with sauce poured at the bottom like we're supposed to mix and finish it ourselves. The place was poorly maintained and didn't look clean at all. Here we go again Yelp. I need a 3.5 rating. I do, I really really do. This is Noodles, a fast casual chain restaurant, it's everything that you'd expect. I've been all about Noodles since they first came to Milwaukee and entered my life. Thank you noodles for coming into my life, you're good people you! Fast forward to 12 months ago, it was June 2021. I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance. Yep. Seriously. The Noodles people lost a lot of noodle money from me after that. Well, until I realized that they have gluten free pasta as an option to substitute for their traditional pastas. Zoodles too, you know, zucchini noodles. I love being able to get my tried and true fav dishes again! I love to add shrimps to my pesto dish. The gluten free pasta is pretty good. It's definitely a smidge more dense than their traditional pasta. Sometimes I wonder if that's a cook time issue but the texture has been pretty consistent each time I've had the gluten free noodles. Thank you Noodles for giving people with food allergies and restrictions options when dining out! I appreciate it! Why the 3 stars? Well, I just fell some kinda way about giving a fast casual chain 4 stars. Jerk move? Maybe. Maybe not. Just wanted to give feedback on my recent catering order for my 13 year old son's birthday party. I ordered everything online 6 days before the event. Paid extra for the delivery and the total cost me $273. I set up the delivery time for 1:45pm on the day of the event. At 1:50pm we still had no food and no messages saying "on our way." We called the restaurant and they said no one was on their way, "we just received the order this morning." Mind you, I had an email confirmation with the date and time of my order. They said the earliest they could deliver would be 2:30-3pm. My husband offered to pick it up so we could get it sooner, which he did. This is so unacceptable as our guests were already here and waiting for food. My husband goes to pick up the order and asked to speak with a manager. They lied and said they didn't have any drivers on the weekends and then said they use DoorDash. If you use DoorDash, how do you not have drivers on the weekend? And if you didn't use DoorDash then how do you offer delivery? They also didn't have any of the warming trays for our large pans of food and we did pay extra for these as well. Our guests had to microwave their food because of this. In the end, we ended up getting one of the pans of noodles for free, got refunded for the warming kit and TBD on the $25 delivery fee as they said that has to go through DoorDash. My son loves Noodles and that is the only reason we ordered from them again. A few years ago, same location, they didn't have the warming kits and on the day of the event, my husband had to go to a different location to get them. Small orders for delivery are never a problem, but the catering, at least at this location, is not good. Never again. read more

The staff on Friday night (April 22nd 2022 at 7pm, 27th and Oklahoma), was fully incapable of providing service. We (2 people) walked in, it was empty. It took 45 minutes for us to get our food. We get home, our salad has no dressing, our potstickers have no sauce. Workers were unprofessional and meandered around the kitchen area like they had better things to be doing than working here. Never have I ever had an experience like that at a fast food restaurant. I hope management sees this message and makes some changes. If you don't have staff to stay open on a Friday night, do your customers a service and just don't open. read more

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH NOODLES WEBSITE FOR DELIVERY! It is fulfilled by Grubhub and when your order is cancelled, noodles does not want to take responsibility for refund and they tell you to call grubhub, and then you call grubhub and they tell you to call Noodles. I never was refunded a $38 charge for my order + delivery fees and am told by management that the refund was issued to me "in their system". But somehow cannot produce a time or date of refund or "see more information" about the refund. It has been 11 days since my order so there is no way it's a bank processing issue at this point and no refund received. Lesson learned to avoid at all cost. Go pick up your own food or order directly through Grubhub app which seems to potentially be able to at least refund you for when it's cancelled read more

I love Noodles and Company usually - I always order Gluten Free noodles because my stomach can't handle gluten anymore. I ordered the "GLUTEN-FRIENDLY PIPETTE ROSA WITH GRILLED CHICKEN," and I even double checked with the cashier that it was the gluten-free noodles, but I got home to find out that they put Penne noodles in there and I couldn't eat it. I ordered pad thai to go and the noodles were undercooked. They were chewy and swimming in water. When I called them they did apologize and offered to remake them. Unnecessarily expensive lunch? Why, yes, that seems like a great idea! Actually, I normally like Noodles' food despite it's high price. When they do it right, it has great flavor. This visit was just ok. I've found that the easiest things on the menu to screw up are the mac and cheese (just melted cheese on top, no cheese sauce) and the pad thai (sticky noodles, not enough sauce). The mac and cheese wasn't perfect today. The med salad is one of my go to favorites (there are noodles! in the salad!) and for some reason it had no dressing today. Arg. I also tried the springtime flatbread which was supposed to have asparagus, mushrooms, and cheese on it. Technically it had all three, but it looked like a 6 year old assembled it. There was unfortunately nothing functioning as a sauce either, so one bite and all the toppings fell right off. It was all still fine, just not as good as I know it could be. The staff were friendly enough, although there were 4 people in the restaurant including ourselves and 8 workers. It seemed excessive...but maybe not since we had to wait to get our order taken and the people in front of us had to wait 10 minutes for their soup. My biggest complaint is that they made changes to the wall menu layout. It used to have descriptions of what all was in each dish, with little chili peppers to let you know if it was spicy. They've now changed the menu so it's a picture of the dish with general nutrition information under it. I'm not really opposed to the picture, but it's far enough away that you can't really see it anyway and there's no more description of what's in it!! AND, this particular location didn't have the take out menus which I'm hoping would still contain that information. I know it's pretty common practice in some other parts of the world to order based on pictures, but for an American chain, this is just silly. Tell me what's in the dish, don't make me guess. The cashier is always greeting with a smile and always willing to help. I love that attitude. And the food is always on point. My favorite is the either the Penne Rosa or the alfredo dish. read more

We ordered Japanese Pan Noodles, Indonesian Peanut Satay, and a bottle of Dreaming Tree Cabernet. The service was excellent. -Very friendly and helpful cashier. -The manager helped with our wine selection and even poured ... Yes, at Noodles and Company. -Our food was ready in only 5 minutes. The food was great, especially for the affordable price, totaling $39 (bottle of wine included!). The food came out fresh, the vegetables were fresh were not over cooked, and the portions were more than enough to fill us up. Overall, a great experience.
