My go-tos are either the Pad Thai (which my husband claims is as good as the Pad Thai he tried in Bangkok) and the Pad Woon Sen Tom Kha (which is actually a fantastic combination of Pad Woon Sen and Tom Kha soup that is only sold here). I also love to get a Thai tea every time. The restaurant is cozy and cute, with lots of Thai decor and the staff is friendly and helpful! Always look forward to eating here! Unfortunately, both dishes were horrible. The food had almost no flavor whatsoever, and the chicken was completely bland and tasteless. This was nothing like the food we remember and enjoyed for so many years. What made the experience even worse was the way our complaint was handled. I called the restaurant to let them know about our experience, and the person I spoke with showed absolutely no concern or interest in addressing the problem. There was no apology, no attempt to make things right, and frankly, it seemed like he simply didn't care. I honestly don't know if there has been a change in ownership or management, but something has definitely changed. Unfortunately, after being loyal customers for many years, we will not be returning. Good food is important, but good customer service matters just as much--and we received neither today.
