Ordered (2)pad Thai beef and beef pineapple fried rice ($60). I'm not sure if because it was the end of the night that they didn't want to cook any more beef but all the meals had the amount of meat what would usually come in one order split between all three. Didn't check in the car and after we got home son complained there was no meat and I thought he was just being a "teen" complaining about any and everything, I checked and mine barely had any meat as well, same with my husband's. Called and let them know the issues and they offered to remake it but I said no I drove 15 min away so the only way I will come tonight would be for a refund and I'll bring all three entrees back he said ok save them until tomorrow... ummm no! So the person who answered said leave a review and the owner will follow me. Not sure what that meant but ok. read more

WOW, What a bad experience, like NO other! We should have known by us being the ONLY people in the entire restaurant at dinner time that something was off, but we were hungry and we were already there. We started off with the fresh spring rolls which came and were hard and dried out, we sent them back. We also ordered the Pad Thai, Red Curry and the Tom Ka soup. When we recieved our bill, we noticed that the prices charged were more than the menu, so I brought it to the person in charge, and he said " Please understand, we have to make up the $ we lost during the Covid and please understand, and waited at our table until I signed the credit card charge, then asked if we were Ok with this??? Really? NO, I am not! Upon leaving, we saw the UBER/DOORDASH MENU and there were the prices that we were charged. Called to speak to somebody about this and was told that he keeps hiding the Menus from the waitress, but she keeps finding them and seats people along with the Menus (with different prices than you actually get charged) and 2 weeks later he was going to " Just Throw them away"! However he was Not going to do anything to credit me the $11.85 that he overcharged us, because that is just the way it is and he was fine with this and to go ahead and write a bad review. I asked for his name and he told me it was Todd. I can understand prices Do go up, but if you can't take the time to buy some little stickers and place over the "old" price, at the very least, then just Maybe, YOU SHOULD! Just your typical restaurant - decent service and decent food. Waiter seemed like she had a little bit of an attitude, I see this has been a common trend in their staff. Nothing really that stands out. We come here for how close it is to home and they are usually quick with the food. read more

A few months ago I dropped by Nappakoa Thai it's always been my very favorite Thai place to go to and the only go to for me. I went in and ordered a plate to go I paid for it I left got home stuck a fork in my food and pulled out the food along with long black strands of hair. When I called them and ask them for a refund they refused and said it must be mine I don't have black hair but they still refused. Apparently they brought in different people to cook in the kitchen I will never go back there again best wishes to those who feel brave. read more

I have eaten here several times but the last time was very disappointing. The food was cold and seem to be undercooked and the spice level was substandard. I ordered a four out of five spice level and got maybe a one or two. I ordered my food for pick up and while it was all packaged well none of the boxes were marked with what the food was so it was difficult to identify what was what as I am not Vietnamese or Thai. The only good thing I can report is that they do prepare the food promptly but overall this was very disappointing and I probably won't eat there again. read more

Chicken pad Thai 3 Star. Thai iced tea. My Thai fix satisfied. That being said, this place can be hit or miss. The biggest issue that arises is that it can taste as though they use the same cooking oils or skillet for the chicken as well as fish. So there are times such as this last one where my chicken pad Thai tastes fishy. And the noodles look more gray and bland. When it's done right the chicken pad Thai is good. I'd say the four star is generous. And the overall 3 star is accurate, but I want to up the rating a bit because the place is pretty solid getting your food order out quickly. Okay, so this is hard to explain, but I'll try. I like this place. I really do. It's just that the service here is subpar at best. I usually always get the phad see ew which is really good. It's saucy and the noodles are soft and perfectly chewy. Today I got the panang curry and it was a nice change! The curry was sweet and tangy and I loved every bite! However, the service here could definitely be better. I would give this place a 5 star if it wasn't for the service. But like I said, I like the food enough to look past it. Will not return... I had asked the waitress if the peanut sauce was gluten free. She looked at my with a blank stare and said "yes". She was clearly confused what gluten is. Mid meal I started feeling crappy. After the meal I felt terrible. I know when I've been crossed with gluten. Day 3 and I'm home from work sick because of the reaction. I called today and asked the guy who answered if there was gluten in the peanut sauce. He said yes, he thinks it has soy sauce. I told him I have been sick since I ate there. He then asked someone and they said there is no gluten. Funny enough, the store changed after I said I was sick. The left hand can't talk to the right hand apparently. If you have any type of food allergies or avoid certain things, I would not eat here! If I wanted to feel like garbage from gluten, I would have atleast eaten something tasty, like pizza or a pastry! read more

I will NEVER order from this place again. It's already overpriced to begin with, but when I got home to see they charged me $12 for 3 wings, unfreaking believable!!! You can get a whole bucket of chicken for less than that. Went there to order take out for lunch. The guy was extremely rude taking my order & said I couldn't order off the lunch menu on a Sunday. It cost me $19.00 for chicken pad Thai & a side of green curry. The chicken in the pad Thai was super dry. I've never heard of a restaurant not letting you order off the lunch menu at lunch time, especially when the menus are sitting out, but when you've got one other customer in your establishment perhaps it's time to find a new career if your going to act like you don't want to be there. Worst Thai Food I've ever Eaten! Ordered Delivery and it was delivered timely by Door Dash. None of our orders were prepared as requested. Absolutely bland and Dry flavors , especially the Phad Thai and the Tom Yum Soup. No utensils or Napkins! Just a horrible and expensive meal. Hard to keep it positive when it was a complete let down! Sorry not updating for the better ....... So my boyfriend called in at 7:30 for take-out. They said the usual "10 minutes," so we didn't get there till about 7:45. I waited in the car for my boyfriend to get the food which is usually in & out. Nope! Not this time. It was about 8 when my boyfriend came out of the restaurant & he didn't look too pleased. This place is solid. We ordered chicken pad thai and chicken golden noodles and both dishes were superb. They were made quickly and were still hot after a 10 minute drive home. The veggies were fresh, the noodles weren't over cooked and the sauces were obviously made in house. Excellent spice levels, the 2 was perfect for me and the 3 was nice and spicy for my husband. My husband orders from this place usually, it was my first time. I can't wait to try some of their other dishes. I just finished my leftovers for lunch and it was still so good!! read more

My wife really wanted Penang curry chicken and asked me to please get some on my way home from work as she had a terrible day. I called in the food and picked it up. Upon unboxing my wife was baffled as instead of the food she wanted and we had ordered we got some weird fried tofu dish. I called them back and they told me the kitchen was closed and we couldn't get the right food even though I live down the street. I love this place. It's tasty and they're usually pretty fast about things. Service: The service is quick when it comes to getting your water refilled too! haha..one of the fewww problems I have here though is....how the heck do you pay?? I've been here several times and each time is a little different..sometimes I go up, sometimes I wait..and wait....and they pass by a billion times....and eventually..they'll get to it haha I gotta figure this one out.... In terms of food....Sooo good! each plate will easily serve 2 ppl too (at least..in my opinion...). Whenever I go, we always order the Pineapple Fried Rice and the Yellow Curry...and darn..did it taste marvelous. We got the Oyster Sauce Delight this past time too, and the meat is super tender and flavorful =) As for food issues...the only one I have is here is the inconsistencies with the spiciness... I can usually stand 3 or 4 stars with no issues, but man...one time I was there... I made sure I ordered 2 stars for everything since I was in a huge group and not everyone could handle spiciness..but holy moly! it was the spiciest plate ever!! and this last time I went... we ordered all plates with no spiciness at all..yet...the yellow curry was definitely 3 star-level...which prevented ppl from eating...but I guess...more food for me? haha... We ordered delivery from Noppakao last night. It arrived very quickly--the estimate was 20-40 mins, and it came in 16. The food was good, but half of our order was wrong. I ordered Phad See-Ew with beef, spice level 5. What came instead was Phad Thai with chicken, and I'm guessing the spice level was 1 or 2. She ended up letting me use when I said I was going to use it today!! The food we ordered was beef pad kee mao and chicken red curry. The pad kee mao was not traditional Thai flavors and four star heat was nearly eatable and I love spicy food! This was a DoorDash delivery so I couldn't ask for the "Chef". The order was Appetizer Assortment and Tofu Fried Rice with extra dipping sauce and 2 extra orders of Jasmine Rice. Should be a slam dunk, right? Hear this: They left off the extra rice but that was a good thing! Why, you ask? The fried rice was over cooked and TASTELESS except for the Tofu which was nearly inedible (so that added a little "taste"). The Spring Rolls tasted like last year's deep cooker oil. Guys, you need to CHANGE the oil often! The prawns (shrimp?) were so over cooked they were rubbery. The chicken satay was just marginal but there were only two skewers so... wait... WHY is that a good thing? The meal was memorable for all the wrong reasons! Coulda been worse, however; it could have been amoebic dysentery (which I've experienced and believe me...ya don't want to go through that). DoorDash is an experiment without immediate feedback for the restaurants which is a pity. I have been eating at this restaurant for years. not once have I had a bad experience, until tonight. I'm not sure if they changed head chefs or what is happening, but I just ordered from there and the food they gave me was inedible. The best way to describe it would be bland mush. The food there has always been super flavorful, so I was shocked when I took a bite and there was no flavor. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and the noodles were overcooked which turned them into a slimy mush and the chicken and sauce has absolutely no flavor. We've been to this Thai restaurant many times as it is the closest to our house. Over the times we've been going there, we've gotten many inconsistent results in our food. I remember one time I received pad see ew that was fantastic. Every other time it's been meh to not what I ordered (no spice or missing one of the main ingredients). I have also been very disappointed in the Thai iced tea. Thai iced tea from a can is better than theirs! Overall, if their quality and consistency improved, I would consider returning. This is one of the good Thai restaurants in the Mill Creek area, and we have been coming here for many years. We like the curries and Sen Mee from here. They have a lot of vegetarian options and a good ambiance in the restaurant. I had a reservation here for Thanksgiving and they were closed even though I confirmed with them more than once, that is the only bad experience I have had with them. read more

I ordered the eggplant with chicken to be 4 out of 5 stars for spiciness but it wasn't spicy at all so I think they didn't get the message on that. Without a doubt, the best Thai food I've had. The portions are very generous and the amount of spice they use, is just perfect. The Panang curry is to die for and the Tom Kah soup is DELICIOUS!! Decided to try out Noppakoa Thai for the first time using Uber eats. We ordered pad Thai and two Thai teas. When the order arrived we were a little bummed because the pad Thai arrived missing the two Thai teas. I LOVE Thai tea so we decided to order the teas again using door dash to see if we would have better luck. Our door dash arrived with 4 ginormous Thai teas with no ice, an extra cup of just ice and a little note saying "sorry :( - 2 more". We are soooo happy! The food was delicious and the Thai teas made our night! read more

Me and wife have been eating here for over five years and it was our absolute favorite Thai food. Our first bad experience was about a month ago when we got our food (Pad Thai & Pineapple Fried Rice) and noticed it was VERY under seasoned. It's kinda like you're just eating rice and noodles? We just had to drench it in soy sauce and deal with it. We told ourselves that it must have just been a off night but after ordering take out tonight it is AGAIN incredibly bland. It's tough to say we will not be going back. There is plenty of other Thai food options in this area that are a way better option; at least until they figure out what's wrong and fix it. read more
