The only way they will do a tire job is to leave my truck there for 5 to 6 days. no appointments will be given. Doesn't seem like a very good way to do business. This isn't the first problem I've had with them. I had my oil changed and they didn't tighten the oil nut and drained almost all my oil out on my way home. I will never go back there.

Have used them for almost 10 years now but service has taken a major downturn recently. Bought new…read moresnow tires (from them) at the end of the season last year and now can't get an appt to have them install them for this winter season. On-line appt's are booked for a month (no appts), on-line chat can't schedule more than 30 days out and no one picks up the phone (rings for 30+ times, goes to recorded message and thing rings again with no pick up). Maybe just a sign of the times in the valley but I'm done with them. I imagine I'm not alone ... If you read the response it sounds like they really want to help but its AI directing me to complain directly to their central costomer service dept.

So of course I went straight to Les Schwab tire Center! Well it's the beginning of the season, and tire shops are busy! I thought all I needed was some air in my tire so they kind lady behind the counter said go ahead and pull up to the first bay and they will check it out. Well when he came out and looked at it he realized and told me that these tires need to be "re-learned into the computer system. Luckily for me a bay just opened up and he had me drive right in. It was a complicated process took a couple of guys about five minutes! Letting air out, putting air in. Re-setting each wheel with a scanner. I asked why and the disgruntled employee went off on a tangent saying he was insulted and I should take my business elsewhere. Simple question should have resulted in a simple but professional answer. Had excellent service on multiple occasions however at the Burns Oregon store and is why i called Kalispell. I will certainly suggest to friends and family to steer clear of this location. It also appears that if you leave a negative review here, they'll respond with completely false allegations in order to justify their wrong doing. Unbelievable. Oh, and one more thing, I was quoted over $300 less from the Burns Oregon Point S Tire location for the exact same service.

Three hours later the same gentleman looked out where he told me to put the tire and by his reaction I knew he forgot about it. No apology, just stated "I guess it's not done yet". I have purchased tires for years from Tire Rama but most of the time from the other store on 93S. The manager there always treats me right but I was in a hurry to get to an appointment and didn't have time to run down there. Took it down the street to Les Schwab who fixed it in under 20 minutes at no charge. I won't be going to this store for any future tire needs.
