If you'll excuse the pun, Diamond Carpet & Rug Cleaning has a spotless record. They worked their magic for me again yesterday in my apartment. I couldn't be more pleased with their quick, efficient service. I've worked with Reza both times, and he couldn't be more courteous and professional. I called him Wednesday afternoon to check his availability, and he was there at my apartment first thing Thursday morning with cleaning appliances in tow. The whole service lasted just 30-40 minutes. He was able to move the furniture around and clean those hard to reach places. My white living room carpet actually looks white again! Unbelievable. For those of you who have never had steam cleaning before, you should be aware that your carpets will need at least 24 hours to dry. OMG Diamond Carpet in San Rafael is the absolute best value and best customer service in all of Marin County. my experience was spotless and so very clean. I began calling 6 - 7 carpet cleaners on Friday 8/17 in the afternoon around 3:30pm. Of the 6, 4 didn't answer their phones so I left messages which were not returned, of the 2 remaining the first quoted me $110.00 and gave me a 2 hour window for Monday morning 8/20 from 8am to 10am. OMG!! This was the worst experience ever! While the owner of the business was cleaning the couch, he left a pool of water on the floor and didn't notify me. It was clearly negligence. I slipped and fell and hit my head, and felt a goose egg pop up immediately. I hurt my back, neck and head. When I contacted him, he agreed to return my money for the job that he did. When I didn't receive my check back, he reneged and said he would only reimburse me for half of it. I don't want to sue him, but this is clearly out of integrity on his part on many fronts. He didn't allow me to speak and kept interrupting me when I called him back. He was rude and treated me disrespectfully. I will never use this company again, and will do everything in my power to make sure that this doesn't happen to any of his customers. read more

Did the work, and was gone. As the carpet dried in both upstairs bedrooms I noticed that the dog stains were still there.
