From the start, communication with Rug Masters was excellent. I received a very competitive price quote, responses were prompt, and the turnaround time worked well for us. Jay arrived on June 2nd, right on schedule, to pick up the wool rug. After inspecting it, he discovered moth damage, which increased the cost for cleaning and restoration of the 9' x 12' rug from $480 to $600. Even with the additional repairs, his quote was still the best among the companies I contacted, and it included both pickup and delivery. The rug was returned to us on June 27th, and we were extremely impressed and satisfied with the results. The colors were vibrant, the mold spots and spores were completely gone, and the moth-damaged areas had been expertly repaired. The rug looked immaculate and beautifully restored. We are very pleased with both the quality of the work and the customer service. We would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them!

After cleaning 3 large floor rugs, 2 sofas, 6 chairs, 3 bathrooms, and our main hallway, he also cleaned both our cars' rugs for free. In addition to being impressed by the high quality of their work - the carpets and each chair look great - Sean spent time with me after to explain how to give the chairs a simple treatment with baking soda, carbonated water, and a white cloth, that takes bout 2 minutes for each chair, and do this every few months to keep them looking very good. Small businesses that offer a great service to the community. One of the fancy features of our house is. "Architectural carpeting" that means we have high quality spare no expense wool carpeting, you can't just have anyone come clean it, you have to have someone experienced with wool carpeting or you will ruin it. Imagine an expensive wool sweater in the washing machine at the wrong temperature with the wrong soap. I used the handy dandy Yelp app to find someone experienced , well priced, and professional to help maintain the beauty of our carpeting. Jeremy came, assessed the carpets, got to work. He mentioned to my husband he noticed the high quality of our carpet and how we take good care of it by making everyone remove shoes. Then he mentioned my spot treatment disaster where Max barfed disaster - he gave such great advice. He did thoughtful things like put footies on all of our furniture, turned his high power fans on in the areas he completed to give the drying a jump start, and vacuumed our area rug with his high powered vacuum. Next day the carpets were completely dry. We saw the same brand new carpet we saw when we first bought this house. We will make sure Jeremy, sole proprietor and operator to come every year to help us continue taking great care of our "architectural carpeting" We are so happy with his service. Community gem. Well deserved five stars. Bookmark this one, you know you need to clean your carpets!
