About three years ago I moved from Chico to Magalia. My last truck load of items of course my truck broke down. I spent the next day not knowing anyone or anything about the area my machanic was in Chico. So Google here I came, now machanics in the area came up one after the other. Scrolling through countless names and pics one stood out to me, "Nor Cal Quality Auto" Very nice building, started to read about them, noticed that reviews and people seemed pleased with higher ratings than others for whatever reason. Yelp reviews family oriented and so on... Well after three years of being up here and three vehicles. I couldn't imagine even calling any other machanic in the area! Hands down the definition of honesty is "NOR CAL QUALITY AUTO" You think about how you want/expect to be treated by anyone, just walk in the door say "hello" and be ready to feel humbled that people like these people still exist in the word today! I'm overwhelmed now after three years that I've made a friend for life! In their respective nature total 100% professionalism and down to earth natural love for people in general. I am very happy to say that we finally have a reliable, professional and affordable mechanic on the RIdge!!! it's about time! I am the kind of guy that likes to try and do most projects and repairs myself!! When you meet Brad and Julie, you will have met some of the nicest people on the Ridge. Extremely friendly and very honest. I have had my Company truck in their shop @ NQA twice now, from having mirrors replaced to an very annoying seat belt chime ringing forever to having an Exhaust manifold replaced!! AWESOME! Friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. I was using a different shop here in Paradise and was not too happy with them. they could not fix my headlight problem and wanted to "try" fixing it by replacing the alternator and other parts which wold have been costly and possibly wouldn't fix the problem. Brad was able to figure out the problem and fix it in no time. I dropped the car off around noon and it was done in the evening, for a fraction of the price of the other guys. I definitely recommend this shop. It is clean and professional managed. After reading a few reviews on yelp and then calling Brad to discuss the issues with my wife's car, I had a really good feeling about taking it there. We took our car there on a Saturday and he clearly explained everything he would test for and treated us great. After letting us know what was wrong he gave us a thorough explanation and a very reasonable rate and had it finished same day. The entire experience was extremely professional - I can't say enough about the excellent level of service provided by Brad and his shop. I am new to the area and I didn't have any recommendations for a mechanic. So I started calling around with some questions about my older car needing a clutch replacement. I'm always concerned walking into a mechanic, but this place is the real deal. They're open on Saturdays, which is a huge plus for me. He was able to fix a sensor in my car after other shops told me it would be too costly and not necessary.
