I purchased a Box Truck from Morris less than 30 days ago. When I was talking to him, he stated that the truck still had a factory warranty. After driving the truck for less than a day I told him that it was all over the road and it needed a new steering box. Surprise! The truck is NOT under factory warranty and Morris said they would split the cost of the almost $3,000 steering box. Also the day after purchasing we find out the lift gate works sometimes. Norco Truck Center would not cover the cost of any of that. Don't believe anything they tell you before you purchase, because everything changes after the sale!!! I went to go see a truck that was advertised on line. It was a great price and looked good in the pictures. Unfortunately when I got there and they showed it to me, you could tell it had been underwater for some time. I went alone and they showed me the truck I was interested in, but looking underneath the whole thing was rusted like crazy. Essentially it had been in a flood. Salesman said nothing about it. It's time to turn the page here folks, I had the best truck buying experience here the other week and I couldn't stand idle and not speak up. I inquire about a certain Ford truck and I get an e-mail back from sales lady named Bita with all the particulars, so I decide to drive the 35 miles and check it out. It wasn't the exactly what i was looking for, but I spot a 2013 F150 Super Crew Cab, with an Eco Boost Turbo. Bita comes out and hands me the keys and tells me to take it for a spin. I took off and wanted to see what this truck could do, so i run it hard and fly down the 15 Fwy giving this truck all she's got! I didn't ask the price till I got back, I just figured it was in the $22K --- $25K range, and then I thought i was going to have a fight on my hands to get my price. Bita offers the truck (with a clean title and car fax) at fair market price for $18,900 and I was just shocked, this truck is straight as an arrow and runs super clean. So I figure I'll ask them to drop the price $500 and I'll buy it. I am now the proud owner of a super clean, and hassle free truck buying experience! I saw this place off of the freeway and stop by to take a look at some of the work vans that they have. I have to say that the amount of work vans and variety of they have is crazy. Anything and everything that you can think of for work vehicles this place has. They have a lot of non-commercial vehicles as well. But more commercial vehicles than anything. You hear the stories about being at a dealership for hours and having to deal with tons of paperwork. This was the complete opposite. I went on a test drive of the vehicle that I liked. Wish I had read the reviews first. Every negative review is right on point. Where do I start. We arrived to check out their inventory. So far everything is fine. Upon us finding a potential truck, we notice issues with the battery's (not a big deal). So after 40 min in 90+ heat, Brita comes out to great us. After some conversation regarding there inventory and the truck in question. We ask is a test drive could be done. This is where everything went down hill. According to there policy you can't unless you agree to the price. When I question this,Brita gets annoyed and refuses to speak to me. And directs her self to another person within our group. So when I take out my phone because of a txt, she begins accusing me of taking pictures. Who does this? Then she claims of calling the cops. How is this business a business? What is interesting we had a mechanic with us who checked out the truck and noticed many issues. Upon checking the reviews, i see many similarities.
