This has been without a doubt the worst customer service experience of my lifetime, and I'm 68, so I hope to have some lifetime left. I just don't want Norco to be apart of it! I had been dealing with the Salem, Oregon branch of Norco for CPAP supplies and questions about mobility devices. They had always performed well, or at least earned a 'C' average, but the past several years I had noticed an erosion of the ability of the company to meet the needs of its clients. On February 20th, 2026, I placed an order for CPAP supplies from Norco Salem. After a couple weeks, I called to check on the status. The order had not processed. They had noticed I needed an updated prescription from my doctor. It seems the previous doctor approval had expired. Did anyone call me? Nope There were subsequent failures, including sending the request to the wrong doctor! I called Norco many times. The only time they called me was to tell me they had finally received the correct prescription from the correct doctor. But my sleep doctor had sent me an email with a copy of the prescription on the 20th of April. It took Norco a full week to acknowledge and record it. After two months and eleven days, and after placing an order earlier this week, I called this morning, May first, to make sure the order had shipped and was on its way. They lost the order. Placed it again. So on Friday, May 1st, 2026, I am still at least ten days away from receiving an order I placed on February 20th. I have to admit.....I have no hope and no faith in Norco's ability to deliver. They could have put the parts on their van and driven it to me, a distance of less than one mile! Don't take my word for it. There are plenty of sad reviews from disappointed customers. They share similar experiences. If you're looking for home medical supplies, mobility devices, CPAP support and the like, you have plenty of choices. I encourage you to do your homework! This is important stuff! You should deal with someone who does a great job and cares about you. NORCO AIN'T IT! read more

I called in a refill on Monday this post week. Told them I was nearly completely out. Plus I had a medical test on Thursday being today. I heard NOTHING for 2 days. Now im heading into my test in the morning with limited oxygen. I'm going to have to ask the hospital for oxygen cause my prescriber must couldn't get it done. Maybe a few bottles laying around that may have not been what was prescribed or a phone call. ANYTHING. 2 days nothing. I will be looking around. read more

My granddaughter needed under bedpads The ones they sent were thinner than toilet paper. The pack they sent with ten pads in them was 1 inch thick, that's with 10 in There. So you can tell how thin. They basically got the insurance money and sent garbage absolutely no use for anything. read more

in the almost 3 years I've dealt with us company and the product of these service. I've been in there eight times to have it fixed for the same thing. It's literally falling apart and they do nothing about it. I would stay away from these people as far as you can, you're better off trying to get mega millions lottery ticket then you are to get them to help you do something and put it together properly. Norco delivered noisy, defective oxygen supplies. Promise to replace equipment was ignored. Their employee (Steve in Salem OR) was rude, hurtful, and not helpful. We are in the process of finding another in-game oxygen provider. If possible, use another company!! read more

My 86-year old father who served this country in the military for 25 years was denied compression socks at your Salem store because they don't take Medicare. How are you allowed to deny our most vulnerable citizens? Shame on you. You have no problem making a huge profit off of everyone's insurances but when Medicare will give you how much something is legitimately worth and you can't make a profit, you have no problem denying a dying a man. Your pretty website paints you as a company that helps people. I guess it's only rich people, right??? You should be ashamed. I have found Norco Medical to be a very poor company to work with in ordering my CPAP supplies. I have tried to order by telephone only to be put on a long hold and then disconnected. I tried using the option to receive a call back and that to was not successful. I completed the Norco email request for contact with a customer service agent and never received a reply via email or a telephone call. I will find another source for my CPAP supplies. read more

Norco has not gotten me a wheelchair since a request from Silverton Hospital when I was discharged on April 8, 2023. Today is June 17 and I am still waiting for said chair. First they lose the paperwork, which I know had been received because it was verified by an employee. There are been no return promised telephone call to me when trying to obtain information. Finally on May 31 my surgeon's office fax them and again they claimed they had not received it. Then on June 16th I was told RTS would be delivering it and when I called on the 17th, I was told they would call me back with a delivery time. Customer service needs attention. Took three calls to get the equipment delivered. So far four calls to have it picked up & still no response. The first time I called was 11 days ago. I have been trying to replace my CPAP machine from NORCO for over 4 weeks. When I called them I was told no problem, just have my doctor send them a prescription. That was done. No word from NORCO for a week, so I called them again and was told they needed the pressure settings to proceed. Called them in another week and was told they didn't receive the info from the doctor, so had the doctor send again. Another week with no contact from NORCO, so I called again and was told that they now need the chart notes from the doctor! Chart notes were sent on 6-23. Called them today and was told by supervisor Kaley that they could not proceed since it was more than 6 months since my last doctor visit! She told me that the request was submitted to Providence, but the notes from NORCO about the 6 month issue were the same date that they received the chart notes Each time I called I was told I needed something else and to make it worse, if that's possible, they never called me. My advice; finf another medical equipment provider. read more

I received a call from Norco stating my insurance denied my dme and that I would need to pay for the equipment myself. I decided to call my insurance today and they searched through every request they have received for me and nothing... they have no record of approving or denying this request as they never received the request from Norco. They even checked for any requests from Norco specifically. read more

I submitted a prescription for a breast pump coming up on 3 weeks ago. I was told by a nice rep that my pump would be ready by the end of the day Feb. 2nd 2024. I figured it would take at least a few days to get it when I submitted it on Friday. I waited a week and heard NOTHING. I have been trying to get an answer on when I can get said breast pump. I've been told every time I call (which has been once a week at least) that someone will call me back at the end of the day to no avail!!. Each time I have called they've also said they will change the status on the order to priority. I was told that twice in two weeks!! If the status was changed the first time I called to check why would it need to be changed again?! It should have been changed the first time!!! I'm being induced tomorrow and still no breast pump!!! I even called Monday Feb. 12th 2024 and again today Feb.14th to ask what the status is on the pump and was told someone would call me TODAY!!! No one has called and closing is in 30 minutes. I don't know how I'm supposed to get my pump if I'm in the hospital and the office isn't open on the weekends. Your reps haven't been very helpful at all. And your customer service needs work!!! This is ridiculous!!! Seriously if I could give no stars I would. I've never had to deal with anything like this before. read more

If I could rate this less stars I would. There was an urgent request for medical supplies sent for my aunt and she didn't hear from anyone. After a week she called her insurance only to find there was a PA on file for the equipment and when she called Norco again and provided them the PA # they insisted they would do something in regards to her medical equipment. It has now been two weeks since that call and my aunt has continued to call. The order is for a breathing machine, she was told that she needs it so badly that she could die in her sleep and this office is doing everything they can not to assist her. I'm having nothing but bad interactions with the supplier of my CPAP system. Twice I've had meetings, twice I met a 'he can wait' attitude, both meetings 10 minutes while I wait. While in the office, not another single customer I saw in the building and waited. Don't people have the respect to start meetings on time? They fit me with a medium size mask, even though I'm 6'2 240 lbs with size 13 shoes and XL glove size and a big round fat head. It took me some time of sleeping terribly to figure out the mask is to small, and by the time I got an appointment I was over 30 days, and I'm stuck with it. Oh gee, they don't stock the large size, that's why I got medium in my opinion. This machine is $1800, and you know their mark-up must be huge, but this inefficient company represents the bloated non-caring medical establishment. Yes I am very low income on the Oregon Health Plan, and I feel they see that and treat me as if I don't matter. I was forced by my insurance to use Norco, no other vendors could be used. What should this company be offering that's better than picking up some generic machine on-line? Customer service, caring for their customers, or at least pretending to care which is just too much trouble for Norco Medical. Just PRETEND to care is all I wanted. I speak with 40-50 people on the phone daily. The people at Norco are consistently the rudest, most unprofessional, disorganized and inept. Unfortunately, they are the sole distributor for some of the medical supplies I need to order. This last time, though, is the worst and led me to write this review. Two months ago, I ordered a very expensive customized hospital bed for a person who has some very specific medical needs. The manufacturer wrote up all of the documentation, called the healthcare providers, and dealt with the insurance company to get preauthorization. The work was all done. They then sent the finished paperwork to Norco. All Norco needed to do is order the bed and deliver it. I haven't heard anything for nearly a month. I called to follow up today and was told (in a very abrupt and impatient voice), "You'll have to find somebody else to order the bed from. We don't deal in this type of bed." That would have been great to know three weeks ago. read more

They are absolutely predatory. They straight lie about what a cost will be, and then when they bill you $500 they refuse to even speak with people about it. Takes them ages to bill. Jim the store manager will hang up when confronted about the abysmal customer service. Taking detailed notes with who I spoke with, they won't review calls to verify anything. They just steal and lie. Amy there doesn't care if she is supposed to have someone call you back and am isn't held accountable. Greg is not smart enough to transfer a call without hanging up on people. Victoria is an absolute liar. So untrustworthy. They said they would send a prepaid mailing label so we can send this stuff back, hasn't happened and it's been 2 weeks, called back to find out when they were going to send it and again no accountability. Blaming the warehouse manager. Told me to call back, for the 8th time? If I don't get it next week. Amazon might be a little more but at least they don't treat you like trash. They aren't BBB rated, for obvious reasons but you can still file a complaint. Would also suggest that when this happens to you that you contact the Governor ombudsman office so they can connect you with the department that regulates predatory behavior. read more

Had an issue with the brakes on my Drive walker not working properly. Went by Norco and spoke to Rachel. She immediately took the walker back to have someone check it. Within ten minutes Rachel brought the walker to me with the brakes fixed and working well. Great customer service with a smile. read more

I needed a medical boot for a fractured foot. It took my Drs office faxing multiple times over 4 days for them to finally get the prescription. They were quick to get the insurance approval & let me know I could pick it up. They asked me my shoe size and had it ready for me when I arrived, however besides showing me how Velcro worked they gave me zero info on how this should fit. I mentioned it looked big and they said this was due to me being on the Low end of the size range. They sent me on my way (Friday) and by Sunday I realized after watching some videos it was too big. Monday morning I called them and the person that helped me on the phone let me know that if I came by with my boot that I could try on the smaller size and exchange it if necessary. When I came in to do so I was then informed that since I had worn the boot outside that I could not switch out. I was INFURIATED. No one offered to let me try it on in the store, or suggested I do. LI trusted their expertise and judgment on what size I needed also I drove 25 minutes with three children in tow to go and switch out my boot so that I could begin to heal. At no time did they let me know that if it didn't feel right that I should avoid wearing it outside and come in to switch it the person who I spoke to was rude at first insinuating that it was just like a normal shoe and people try stuff on all the time. She said it had to be in sellable condition and if you wear it outside it's no longer in new condition. I would never assume a medical boot could be sold to someone else even if only ever worn inside, and it's ridiculous to think I'd only wear it inside as I have to wear it ALL THE TIME, that's the point of the boot. I really wanted to like this facility, as The location and parking is more convenient and I get CPAP supplies at a different place. I was hoping to switch but I won't now. Find ANYWHERE else to get medical supplies. I was LUCKY that I was able to call my insurance explain and get approval for a new boot or id be in the wrong size or without as $70 is way more than I could possibly afford. They need to encourage trying things on and give information about exchange policies IN STORE. Absolutely none of the paperwork that I signed or was given had any information about exchange or returns so I had zero way of knowing any of these things. read more

Ordered a "seat" walker several months ago which should have been billed to insurance, just received a billing in full for the walker. I called and left message for a call back. Cindy just returned my call, she of course apologized and stated that it was a mistake and that insurance had not been billed but that she had just now sent claim to insurance. I ask Cindy if insurance denies claim, can we return the walker since my mom did not like it. She states that it's been over their 30 day return policy! I ask her again "what if claim is denied?" At this point I detect "annoyance" in her voice as she states to me, "I told you, it's been taken care of." Really????? When the billing error was on your end ???? polite, nice people, helping me navigate the muddy waters of Cpap machine and masks; the masks have been a big problem for me (the shape of my face, nose, and nostrils are problems particular to me), but they've been very generous with their advice, suggestions, and help. perhaps they read the sad reviews below and fixed things. i'm on medicare, and they take care of that end of things very nicely. i'm totally satisfied with the service i've had with Norco (and i never met anyone who works there before this experience). read more
