I hate everything about this place. Howard was informative, I'll give them that. Absolutely no way to contact this place. I've left voicemails and don't hear back. I've tried Facebook messaging and they don't read it. I'm trying to contact them because I have put in order after order after order and receive absolutely nothing. I'm so frustrated. How do they not have an email?! A working website?? Anything at all? Maybe I'll go to goodwill and find a fax machine and try my luck that way. So annoyed. This company is incompetent when it comes to insurance billing. They messed up my bill and took them over a year to make one phone call to get it fixed. They said it was my job to take of it, then when I did, the only way to fix it was call a provider only line so they had to call. I explained to them many times I was doubled covered, yet they continued to harass me with a bill that should have never existed. This family owned and operated company is a 10! Helped me get squared away with needed equipment to replace my badly worn out headpiece. I had issues with previous health careprovider/ insurance company losing my sleep test results and Kris, Alejandra and the gentleman who I initally spoke with on the phone did an amazing job. I was able to leave with the much needed equipment with no hassle and they were very compassionate in understanding my situation. I slept better that night then I have in a long long time. This is the worst medical supply house ever. They don't issue supplies on a regular basis (no contact what so ever) when you call them and tell them what you need they never have it I stock, tell you it will be in on a truck later that week but you'll be lucky if you see it 3 weeks. Front office staff had NO CLUE what they were doing with my cpap prescription. And stated that it would take me TWO weeks just to rent a machine. Made a call to silverton and had my cpap within a day. Just a bit of information here: The above review states that she had to go to silverton to gain her cpap. She must have been the exception to the fact that ALL cpap machines and equipment are delivered to your home by one of their techs. read more

I have been with A Turning Leaf for a number of years, but recently switched to Cascade Sleep. Turning Leaf's customer service has gone down hill of late. I had been waiting for nearly 4 months to get my supplies, but was constantly told that they were out of the product but was expecting a shipment in about two weeks. I called every month and was told the same thing. The last time I received my supplies from them was last July, which is absolutely not acceptable. Cascade had my supplies sent to me in less than a week after getting the okay from insurance. So glad I switched. Terrible, terrible service. Do not recommend. read more

Every time I go in there, they have new staff and the training seems to be very poor. Always mistakes, sometimes in multiple areas. That says to me that the business owner is not very good to work for. They've been in business a long time to have so many errors in billing, supply, etc. My sleep doctor has other options and I've decided to move my business elsewhere. read more

After being recommended to use A Turning Leaf after a sleep test, I was under the impression I was going to be sold an excess of CPAP equipment. However, after three months with Leaf, I have just what I need to greatly improve my sleeping experience. I have found them very accommodating and knowledgeable of their products. My sleep doctor's office was going to send me Silverton to get my C-Pap machine but I insisted on something closer to West Salem. They then referred me to A Turning Leaf. I'm so glad I insisted. I didn't realize that you must follow up every month for insurance and this is very convenient. Right off downtown Salem. Friendly staff and very accommodating. This way of sleeping is uncomfortable but these folks have added a little more comfort to the process. read more

The company is a ripoff. They rent the CPAP machine to you for 90 days then charge you full price for the machine. This CPAP machine can be purchased on Amazon for $450. The sleep doctor can program it for you and save you a ton of money. They also have you come back monthly for an additional fee. They will try different masks on you but then don't send you home with the mask they fitted. The filters are suppose to be changed twice monthly but I was given one filter in three months. I finally ordered them on Amazon which I'm sure was cheaper that my co-pay would have been. After so much trouble with the mask, I started using a mask from my husband's supply which fit much better. When I brought it into the office I was told they would order me one in the correct size which never happened. I am going to call another DME company for my CPAP supplies. Buyer beware. read more

Went back after being away for a year thinking they got their act together after their move an extreme turnover of personnel. Did not have CPAP mask in stock so they would mail it. After a week or so got mask from another branch, but it was wrong one, nasal instead of full face. Take mask back and they insist after arguing that the one I am using is no loner carried by them (every other CPAP vendor has them in stock) and I have to get another model, that does not fit well and leaks. Returned to get another cushion that is gel and silicone after they give me one that was placed into wrong package. Then receive a call from them saying I was in their business throwing stuff at them. Be careful dealing with this company as they are not competent or able to get you the proper prescribed supplies and will lie and make things up to hide their failure to be able supply you with your ordered items and will do anything to hide their failure as a business. Know some previous employees and they do not have good things to say. read more
