Maybe if I had been sweating that would have been one thing, but, I was not. (Are they supposed to come in and move blankets? Ever?) So, I woke up those two times, and once to use the bathroom, but curiously, my sleep study report said I slept through the night without waking up. I never went back for my follow-up visit. I really cannot express enough, how disturbing it was waking up to him beside my bed, messing with my blankets. I really wish I knew if that was normal practice.

I had been dealing with the Salem, Oregon branch of Norco for CPAP supplies and questions about mobility devices. They had always performed well, or at least earned a 'C' average, but the past several years I had noticed an erosion of the ability of the company to meet the needs of its clients. On February 20th, 2026, I placed an order for CPAP supplies from Norco Salem. After a couple weeks, I called to check on the status. The order had not processed. They had noticed I needed an updated prescription from my doctor. It seems the previous doctor approval had expired. Did anyone call me? Nope There were subsequent failures, including sending the request to the wrong doctor! I called Norco many times. The only time they called me was to tell me they had finally received the correct prescription from the correct doctor. But my sleep doctor had sent me an email with a copy of the prescription on the 20th of April. It took Norco a full week to acknowledge and record it. After two months and eleven days, and after placing an order earlier this week, I called this morning, May first, to make sure the order had shipped and was on its way. They lost the order. Placed it again. So on Friday, May 1st, 2026, I am still at least ten days away from receiving an order I placed on February 20th. I have to admit.....I have no hope and no faith in Norco's ability to deliver. They could have put the parts on their van and driven it to me, a distance of less than one mile! Don't take my word for it. There are plenty of sad reviews from disappointed customers. They share similar experiences. If you're looking for home medical supplies, mobility devices, CPAP support and the like, you have plenty of choices. I encourage you to do your homework! This is important stuff! You should deal with someone who does a great job and cares about you. NORCO AIN'T IT!

I called in a refill on Monday this post week. Told them I was nearly completely out. Plus I had a…read moremedical test on Thursday being today. I heard NOTHING for 2 days. Now im heading into my test in the morning with limited oxygen. I'm going to have to ask the hospital for oxygen cause my prescriber must couldn't get it done. Maybe a few bottles laying around that may have not been what was prescribed or a phone call. ANYTHING. 2 days nothing. I will be looking around.
