But it should be even with meat on one side and fat on the other. Not 50% meat pieces and 50% fat pieces. Im not even sure they used the right cut of meat. It wasn't even salty or pull apart like the meat should be. If you want to know what Pork Belly should be like... go to 8th & Union in Wilmington and get the fried rice. Awesome. So with that I stand 50/50. This place has no foot traffic and no signage. The location already failed as a hotel once before the renovation.
