I understand this is the Rack but you still represent Nordstrom's , this review is about the restrooms, we were there last night an hour before closing, my daughter had to use the restroom and when we walked in I was appalled to see piles of trash , toilet paper, toilet seat covers , new and used all over the floor, I mean it was disgusting, the women's trash bins were overflowing with used dirty pads, there was used toilet paper with poop on it on the floor, the big stall had a used toilet gasket with poop on it on the floor, the middle stall had a small pile of trash next to the toilet, I should've recorded and made a video because you would think I'm exaggerating when I say it was worst than any gas station restroom / rest stops , as I was walking out I tell one of the employees how gross it is and she smiles and says okay we'll try to take care of that for you, no concern what so ever, I then told the cashier who was helping us and he didn't seemed to care either, Shar was the manager on duty, and failed/ neglected to have her floor organized or bathrooms clean...... read more

Horrible customer service!!!! I brought a dress 2 month ago. When I got home, I noticed that they forgot to take the censor out. I called back and let them know. They told me that bring my dress out anytime, so they can remove it. Yesterday I brought my dress back, but they told me they were not able to do it since i lost my price tax even though I had my receive with me! I was very disappointed!!! This location is brand new & is located inside a plaza with numerous stores such as TJ Max. As for the goods in this Nordstrom, they have a good amount of goodies you can find. It's not as big as the other ones I've been to, but it's good enough. Not messy either. Parking isn't a big deal since it's located in a plaza. read more

Have never had a bad experience here. They seem to have a larger selection of smaller sized women's shoes than at other Nordstrom Racks. I have gotten some pretty good deals here. They don't seem to have a good selection of pajamas/underwear like some of the other Nordstrom Rack locations. If you get here early, there isn't any difficulty finding a place to park. The line usually goes pretty fast too. read more

For a discount store, the store is very clean and organized. Service could be better, especially with the dressing room staff. They were not friendly and seemed to be annoyed by the patrons requesting for assistance. Not the Nordstrom service you would expect at all.As far as deals, a couple here or there but not anything worth out making a trip for. You are better off shopping at an actual Nordstrom and really get the service you expect. read more

I visited your Cerritos store with a return. I had just received my Nordstrom credit card which I was excited to charge for this visit (which I didn't) but I did need to return a pair of shoes that didn't suit a purpose for me along with a button up that didn't fit my husband! As I approached the register the lady tried to look out the transitions since I threw away the receipt. She wasn't able to do so. She called over Devon who is the "manger" to help us out. She came in did the same steps the lady did pervious & same results. Unable to return. She gave me so much attitude & disrespect! I work retail! I know that if you don't have the receipt with you if you paid with a card, you can look it up. & if that doesn't work you call customer care! I ask her to call customer care & she refused saying they wouldn't be able to help. So I took my items and took off! I called customer care the second I left & funny that they did help me! I got all the information I needed! I took my business to Lakewood! They gave me GREAT Service! Manager there was amazing! So needless to say I will not return your Cerritos store! You have lost a loyal customer! & note to everyone reading this review shop at Lakewood! Nicer employees they love it there, & more selection!! I am greatly disappointed with the experience I had! So excited to see a Nordstrom rack in Cerritos especially since this is like walking distance from me, which is probably not good for my wallet. This location is clean, still well organized, and has a great booties and boots selection! Great new store with tons of racks, pun intended. Large show selection for the fellas. Clean and organized with small lines at the registers. The layout is also very functional with the restrooms right across the entrance so you see them as soon as you walk in. No need to hunt them down. The fitting rooms are also side by side so you and your significant other can try on clothes at the same time and start your own fashion show. There is always going to be more items for the ladies but the guys section is well stocked. read more

I've been to my fair share of NRs but this location is just OK. It's always clean and tidy, which I LOVE, but their stock is usually lower end. I prefer Nordstrom line transfers and this store has very little of that (perhaps it's because they're new?). Also, I found the cashiers were not as friendly as other stores and for some odd reason, they're very inconsistent on their hold policy. One cashier told me they don't hold any items, but another worker told me she'd hold my item for 2 hours. Every other rack I've been to has actually let me hold my items, no questions asked. Until they get better stock, I'd recommend checking out other NRs in the area first. read more

Well of course being a brand new store it was immaculant and fully staffed. The employees were friendly. I thought the clothing was a little dated and for more of a mature customer not much to choose from if you're young. Kinda of reminded me of a cleaner more organized highly priced Ross. Seemed like last year's clothing. There was a rack with nice sleepwear pants but no matching tops. I ended up buying bath soap. read more

Well, I never thought I'd say anything negative about NORDSTROM/NORDSTROM RACK, however today is the exception! I purchased a watch at NORDSTROM RACK in Cerritos 4/2. NOT an inexpensive watch! My wife & I were in that store today 4/30 & the exact watch was over $100.00 LESS. We went home & I retrieved my receipt & returned to the store. I was REFUSED a refund of the price difference! I called NORDSTROM CREDIT who called the store & the mgr also REFUSED the rep from customer service the refund of the difference in price. I was also told I could not return my watch & repurchase the one at the lower price. My wife has had items with the tags on them That she'd had for a lot longer than I've had my watch & never had a problem getting a store credit! The receipt even says refunds or exchanges 90 DAYS! Tell me what the difference is? I'll think twice about ever saying NORDSTROM customer service is exceptional! read more

Do not return items to this store. For some reason I couldn't return some items and had to have them returned by mail. The manager Tamara was not helpful. I was given a return # but when I contacted Nordstrom Rack customer service they had no information on the return and told me to contact the store. The store didn't know what was going on and had to contact the support team. Later the manager told me I should expect the refund within 5 business days. Waited 5 business days and still no refund. Had to contact customer service again and told me to expect the refund within 5 business days. Why do I have to wait another 5 days, it's as if it wasn't taken care the first time I called the store. Tamara did not process my refund when I called. My biggest issue is I still don't know why I couldn't process the return in store. I waited over a month for the refund when normally it takes only 5 minutes. Never returning items to this store. Never shopping at this store too. read more

**DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION** I absolutely love Nordstroms Rack..well until today. I spend over $5,000 a year between Nordstroms and Norstroms Rack every year. I get invited to private events, private showing on merchandise prior to it being released to the public, etc. I have come to this particular Nordstroms about 2 to 3 times a week literally since they opened since my kids are always growing out of their clothes so fast..I spend a lot with them to say the least. I have never had a problem with them since I never return anything; well today I tried to and it was a nightmare. I wasn;t even trying to return, I was trying to exchange. ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND NEVER WORN. I had a couple hundred dollars worth of clothes in my hand to purchase and my mother had bought my daughter some pants that were too small, so I tried to include this exchange in my new purchase (by the way it was a lousy $8) and they wouldn't do it! I gave them my moms email to look up the purchase and he said he would only look back 90 days. I told him it was about 4 months ago and he said no "our policies aren't as friendly as Nordstroms". Well to be quite honest no one is talking about Nordstroms, and I would have been treated better by Walmart or Target. Through all the commotion the pants I was trying to return disappeared. The manager Chris couldn't find them. He could care less about his customers with the attitude he had. It's sad they treat people this way. Since they seemed to care so much about $8 I let them steal my pants that I tried to return, gave them back the $250 worth of clothes I was about to buy, and went to Old Navy next door to buy my daughter clothes. Very cute stuff in fact at WAY better prices. Enjoy my $8 pants................I do not recommend this Norstroms Rack, you are not treated with any worth whatsoever. And when I told the story to my mom she was sad because she lives down the street and goes here all the time, but says she will not step foot in there again either. Haven't gotten a chance to tell my husband but I'm positive he won't either. Loosing 3 life long customers over $8 seems unintelligent but regardless of my trying to speak to a manager (Chris) to resolve the issue, nothing was done. Very disappointed!! read more
