Great location. Always good stuff especially for kids. Different selection of shoes, good ones too!

Parking lot is often full. Racks (clearance) are often cluttered. Hit or miss with finds. Some staff working here don't seem happy.

This location has a great selection of shoes and is stocked with great name brand items. I was here today and found some doc marten boots which were $120 reduced to $69 plus I got a 30% discount! The staff here are friendly and I would recommend this place due to their large inventory of clothing bags shoes etc. read more

their selection is just ok.. there are more men items at this location though compare to the west co store.. i lucked out and found 2 tops for $1 each! and also some chinese laundry pumps for 29.95! what a steal.. so at the end of my trip i had 8 items for only 87.00! i love it when i find good deals.. i only had a one hour limit but if i had more time i'm sure i could have found more things. the fitting room staff was def not as nice and helpful as the cashier. read more

If you don't like people don't work in a customer service oriented job! The girls in the dressing room area were so rude and unhelpful today. There are friendly blasts over the loudspeaker about help finding other sizes, etc. So I asked a lady to help me find a skirt I tried on in a bigger size. She looked it up on her hand machine and said Metro location has it. I asked where is Metro and she said somewhere I LA. Really?? I asked her to see which in LA and come to find out it's in Costa Mesa. She also says Topanga has one and I ask her to call them to hold it. She looked at me in disbelief then said "Ok but I have to go to the bathroom first". Whaaaat??? Then I said NVM I'll call them what number do I give them and she showed me the UPC and went to the bathroom. I ask the other girl in the little room if I can have a pen and something to write on. She sees what's going on but doesn't offer any help. As I begin to write the UPC she tells me to do it outside. This is the worst treatment I have ever gotten from Nordstrom employees. read more

Horrible staff. Horrible service. Got overcharged Dean, the cashier, and then they made me wait for half an hour. And then got ignored by the staff and the manager as well getting spoken to very rudely. Manager Damien Ruiz was professional, but took ages to respond after not responding to his wallow talkie, phone calls, and the loud speaker over the phone. Avoid this location. And at this point... Avoid Nordstrom all together. read more

The good: men's dress shirts and ties are deeply discounted and there are great finds in the shoe dept. I'd never spend full price on sunglasses again, either, after seeing the discounted selection here. The bad: I have never visited this store without encountering at least one sobbing, exhausted toddler following an indifferent mother as she slowly paws her way through the racks, completely ignoring the meltdown. I mean this happens EVERY time I visit, and I'm figuring that they must be different moms, right? I sometimes wish the management would step in and say, "Hey, your child has been wailing, drooling and wiping his nose on the sleeves here for 25 minutes now. Couldja pick the kid up or something?" But I guess Nordstrom Rack can't be expected to provide parent education on top of offering all the great bargains. read more

When the wife and I decided to cut back on our spending with the economic down turn, she told me about this place which I was very hesitant about. I had once been to a Ross to get a curtain rod and had nightmares about it for several years as it was this dirty, messy, store where people's children were running wild and everything was of the poorest quality. So when I walked into Norstrom Rack, I was certainly far more impressed with the store than I thought I would be. Once I headed to the men's section, I was really surprised to see Lucky Brand Jeans, True Religion and 7 Diamond shirts on the rack. Kids clothes aren't plastered with Minnie Mouse or Disney Princesses but Ralph Lauren and Juicy Coture are found at amazing prices at this store. I was very impressed even though I know that if it ended up here, it means it hit it's peak in style and is on its way out, but so it goes when cutting back in spending. The lineup was a bit ridiculous to pay for a couple of things. Not sure what takes everyone else so long to checkout as my purchases MAYBE take 3 minutes. read more

I love Norstrom Rack but this one has a problem with returning items from people that have been used (and abused) and then puts them back on the floor. This is not a rental store. If you are going to buy an item and wear it, please dont return it. read more

This location has more brand compare to the foothill location. It's not as big as the foothill two story but I feel this place has more brands. At least the items I shop for. More designer brand and more size selection (smaller size) read more

Lines get really long here, they only have 4 registers. Clothes are normal for a Rack, but with TJ Max and Ross in the same lot it makes shopping at a variety of price points and styles very convenient read more

I love to explore different Nordstrom Rack locations. Usually when I go on weekends, Nordstrom Rack is ALWAYS crowded and hectic. I stumbled across this location and when we first arrived, it looked small and there weren't too many people shopping (this was on a Saturday). Once I started looking at their selection, I found so many cute things at GREAT prices. A pair of shorts for $5, a cold-shoulder top for $14, a dress top for $11, etc etc! First shopping trip to this Nordstrom Rack was a success and I'm looking forward to the next trip! read more

CAREFUL BUYERS!! You might pay more than what's on the price tag!!! Check your receipt!!! I bought 4 items.. Three were correct. One was a pair of orange capris.. Tag says $34.97, receipt says $39.97! That's a $5 difference! That's STEALING FROM CONSUMERS! read more

Absolutely a fantastic store. They have a great selection of famous brands of clothing, shoes, jewelry, bags for both men and women and even children. The array of brands and prices is great, although it is bit on the more expensive side compared to other non- department stores. When it comes to jeans they have such a big variety, I always find some amazing pair. If you look for original earrings this is the place with the best diversity. Service is always great. read more

Was met with an astounding amount of ignorance and discrimination...my husband and I take care of his disabled sister (I am also male)...we take her clothes shopping pretty frequently and love going to Nordstrom Rack because of the selection and price...I took her to try on some clothes, and since the women's dressing room was so close, I took her there. The employee stopped me and told me I wasn't allowed in. I know this to be untrue since the ADA states I can accompany her in any restroom or dressing room...but since i didn't want to make anyone uncomfortable, I took her to the men's dressing room (which is what we usually do anyway)...and an employee there turned us away again telling me my sister-in-law was not allowed in the men's!?! I started to get pissed at that point and that's when she let me use it. I complained to the customer service manager and he placated me with "understanding looks" and head nods. Still love the Rack, just won't ever go back to the one in Glendale. BTW...this was two years ago, but it still sticks in my craw. read more
