This store is trashy too. I guess I want Ross to go back to its olden days. I mean the quality has never been there but these days it's worse combined with bad customer service, checking receipts when leaving, super long lines, subpar patrons. I just don't like to shop here anymore. I came in looking for a pair of dress shoes. I wear a 9.5 and their selection was so minimal. It was crazy. Literally one little rack for a super popular size is wild. And the older lady checking receipts, I mean why? They stealing or removing the sensors that bad. smh read more

I was in Ross store off Beltway 8 near Summerwood. I was in the checkout line for 30 minutes with four people in front of me. They had workers on the floor talking to each other and checking in returns on the cart. It was hot in the store and Mary Cruz told me that two workers was coming in. The service is horrible and Ms Cruz comment was nothing but an excuse. Poor customer service. I have retired but I know I could run that store a lot better than what I witness. read more

This store had one cashier And a line of customers waiting to be checked out that snaked towards the back of the store. The manager was nowhere to be found. I called the store and asked for the manager . When he answered I asked him to come up to the front to open another register, and he said he had " other 'manager " things to do And that I was wasting his time. What a crappy experience. I used to love going to Ross because I love their clothes in their prices, But I don't think I'll be going back any time soon, and especially not this location. read more

Not friendly customer service here at all. The lady working the fitting room did not greet me and had a very rude and bothered look on her face. I asked to use the restroom and she did not acknowledge me. She just turned around and pressed the button to let me in. I came out and said thank you, and still no response. Her name was Karen. Then at the register I had to greet her first, otherwise she literally was not saying hello or anything. These ladies have no integrity in what they do and are going to run customers off with this lack of simple kindness and customer service. read more

This used to be my favorite Ross , but they recently decided to rearrange the store and I'm confused . I went today and I found absolutely nothing they had almost nothing left , lots of heels missing , workout clothes gone a bunch of clearance clothes but all in bad conditions. It was the most unorganized I've seen this store. I'm not one to give bad reviews and I still didn't give this store a one star, why? Well the staff was friendly and they said since they are rearranging more things will be out, plus I know since the holidays passed they must've been wiped out. This store is almost always organized and filled with lots of goodies, I can't wait to see how it will look when they are done. this ross is absolutely terrible with horrible employees. the lady who was checking me out was so rude and did not treat any of my items with any respect. she would take the sensors off and THROW the clothes into the bag like it was trash. she didnt even say goodbye when i left , before i walked away with my bag she called the next customer to her and told me to " hurry up". i will never go to this ross again and i am still considering returning my clothes because i simply feel like they don't deserve my money. i would not recommend. read more

Terrible customer service. Little miss associate #397632 had a nasty ass attitude. Can't even greet the customers when they approach the counter or say thank you. I was waiting in the Return line and another customer went up there to complain since they weren't taking ANY return/exchanges, and the associate ignored her. This is the 3rd interaction I've made with Lucrecia. The first time I let it slide because everyone has bad days at work. The second time I asked her if she had an issue assisting me and she kept going around the question. The third time she was just plain out rude. To the point where I had to ask her to bag my items! If I could give no stars I would. Absolute worst experience at a Ross ever. A cashier named Tabitha with fried ass purple hair stole $20 from me claiming that she counted the money correctly after I gave her over the amount of my total. They told me to come back because they had to review the cameras I said that was fine and came back and hour later. When I came back they said that they looked over the camera and it shows that she counted the money like how are you gonna tell me when even my own daughters looked at me giving her extra than it was. She simply grabbed it and left it in the register. Manager named Luz doesn't help for anything counted the register and still claimed she was still short as it was. So either that lady is stealing from them or she doesn't know how to count please put this lady to work as housekeeping if she can't handle money. Never coming here again . Management was the worst . Let's not forget the fitting room lady who gave me a stank face. read more

The only reason I am giving this Ross location 2 stars instead of 1 is because like all of the Ross stores, they have incredibly low prices. But, why is it that every Ross store (including this one) that I walk in to is so disorganized and basically a dump?! Ugh, yuck! The only reason I keep finding myself continuing to go there every blue moon is b/c I can get a blouse for $8! But the way the merchandise is hung and put on the shelves is so trashy. This Ross is like all Ross stores. The commercials on tv make it seem like its the best place for designer deals. You go in expecting a lot only to fund brands that are awful knockoffs like US Polo Assn instead of Ralph Lauren Polo. However if you need workout clothes and are a male you will get a good selection of Nike and Puma gear here. For the ladies it is slim pickings. Ross does have maternity clothes but do try on the pants and shorts because the quality and feel is not like Motherhood Maternity brand. I found a graphic maternity tee that was cute and comfy. So you will spend time to find some things here do keep that in mind. I do want to gripe about one thing. Women who are not prego but have huge overhanging gut should stop shopping in the maternity section. You are in my way and other pregnant ladies way in the maternity section. Just cause the clothes have extra belly room does not mean it was designed for you as it was designed to accommodate a growing fetus. Ugh worst part of shopping here for real. Overall come in once in awhile with an open mind and you will find something. read more

Do NOT go to this location. The store was a mess. Clothes were on the floor and makeup products were smeared everywhere. If you do find clothes, you will probably see a bunch of dirt, grime, or tears in it. The manager was extremely rude when I asked for help. She acted as if I was some little kid pestering her. One staff member who was at the front was stalking and following children around. She was yelling at kids telling them not to run when they were clearly not. This is not acceptable behavior from the staff here and I expect that this issue will be resolved. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Ross isn't the cleanest store, but the prices are awesome. You can sure get some good deals compared to any other stores.

Every time I come to shop here the store is being rearranged, I'm not sure why there's a need to move everything around. The ladies shoe area is almost empty and so is the handbags and accessories. The dressing room is now on the other side too? There's always just 1 cashier open and one for returns. What I find obnoxious is when the cashier calls the next customer over when the customer they're helping isn't even done or left the register. Because you always have to wait it's not like we're not going to know it's our turn lol read more

I love to shop at Ross Dress for Less but this time around I dont know if it was just the matter of a period or not but the shop is kind of empty for the shoes section. Choices are very limited. This Ross has a good selection of clothes, decor and shoes. The lines are not as long as most Ross stores I go to. And I'd have to say that they are a bit cleaner than the other Ross stores I frequent, although not always organized. read more

Ross is the Walmart of the discount department stores. From the unhelpful, unhappy workers to the unorganized stock. I don't know if it's this particular location but a friend swore I could find nice career clothing at Ross so I decided to give it a try. The clothing here is hideous! If you're looking for "brand name" clothing that includes XOXO and other cheap wannabe fashion brands then this is the place for you. Service is lacking and this store needs a new manager During 3;30 timeframe on Thursday I counted 16 people in line to check out and 2 cashiers 1register has 3 people standing by so I asked Kendi If we could get more cashiers.... I was told we have no more. One person on break and I'm the Manager. So.....because you are a manager you can't work the register until the person comes back from break? She was annoyed I asked her. And the line grew longer. When I left the line was past the shoes and near the changing room. I'm actually a regular shopper of Ross. I like the name brand clothes I find there, etc.. I hate the low motivation employees that work there. I tried on some clothes there along with a pair of shoes. I kept a couple of shirts to buy but tried to leave the shoes with the lady that mans the dressing room. She told me "I don't take shoes." I was told that I could not bring my drink inside. My drink had a lid and I am 40 years old. So I went a few stores down and spent my money, drink in hand, at Marshall's. I even called the corporate number to ask, and yes, it is a policy at all Ross stores. I find it ridiculous that such a low end store will not let you bring a drink inside, yet I can shop at Nordstrom with one. I will never step foot inside another Ross again. I hated it! Today I went into Ross to find some shoes, I looked around and noticed how unclean and dirty it was, really Ross? You should make your workers clean up more! After I looked around almost tripping over a pair of heels I had to move myself, I finally got to get in line to purchase some nice wedgies. Here's the horrible part, a Hispanic lady checked me out, but the miserable part was she asked me for 39 cents in which I did not have because I gave her 20.00 after my total was 18.39. The 20 would have covered it, had she not been trying to rip me off from my spare change and paid attention to the total, I wouldn't have had such an issue with her, whats with these people leeching lately? I should expect such a poor attitude in such a rundown store. This lady had no education at all! I had to force her to give me my change! I gave her a look because she was very ugly and rude, a grown woman should treat another grown woman with respect and not put up such a fight about change. I will NEVER shop at this location again. I purchased two picture frames and I mentioned to the cashier that I was traveling so I asked if she could please wrap the picture frame with extra paper and a bag. She told me she did not have any paper. I looked behind her and saw a stack of paper and pointed to the paper. With an attitude she carelessly threw my picture frames into the bag and stuffed the tissue paper inside. I had to take them out myself and ask for more tissue paper and an extra bag. When I asked for more she told me it was for other customers too. I could not believe she was denying me paper and another bag... at this point I had lost my patience and asked for the manager. I was ASTONISHED when the manager had an attitude herself. She was extremely rude and I told her she had lost a customer. When I got home after traveling two hours I discovered my picture frame was chipped thanks to an associate who did not handle the frames with care as I asked. Absolutely ridiculous. read more
