From what I gathered, some are new and some are returned items to Nordstrom. Bought some Rothy's loafers for work for $38, some returned (very lightly used) Brooks Ghost 17 shoes for $52, and some $15 sneaks Nordstrom brand. Kids stuff was 1/2 off and bought some sweaters half off, too. Left spending quite a bit but probably bought 15 items for $173. Would definitely return. I recommend the rolling carts and not the shopping carts. Can be cramped to get down aisles. Maybe a reusable IKEA bag would be a good option, too. Wish they had more skincare and housewares.

Went up from San Tan Valley for a well publicized "Yappy Hour" apparently held monthly in the mall…read morecourtyard. What fun even though it was 90 minute drive for me. Decent parking and I found a close handicapped space for the van. Event started promptly at 5:30. A few vendors including our very own Yelp Elite Event spot in Gilbert -Pixie sticks. They had a nice boutique there with an assortment of their items for sale. Joining them with booths were PetSmart (pup cups), a couple dog rescue orgs, and a Halloween photographer. There was also great music and really good cash bar making some excellent cocktails. It was a free event. The cocktails were $9 apiece... decent value. Topped it off with dinner at ZinBurger before I left. There's a few great restaurants up there, so will probably back despite the long drive.

I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. Neither one looked up and greeted me, and as I looked around in the store, they kept talking to each other and not once asked if I needed something. I have worked in retail before, and rule #1 is you greet the customer. I'd understand if they were busy but I was literally the only customer in the store. After taking a look around at their overpriced (and if I'm being honest, mostly tacky) clothes, I decided to leave. Didn't even get a "goodbye" or "thanks for coming in". Nothing. I have been coming to this store for years and never had an experience like this- everyone working there was always so friendly. Just found out that the owner, Victoria, sold this store in the fall. That explains a lot. There are loads of cute boutiques in this area where the employees are actually friendly and the clothese are really cute. I will take my business there.

The consignment lady was a bit unfriendly. They don't give you any sense of pricing when you consign an item, and they won't tell you the item's price by phone. You have to come in and physically see the item once priced, which is somewhat inconvenient. Their designer bag selections were somewhat limited when I visited. They also appeared to only have two fitting rooms that were smaller and older-looking than those in their prior location. The person who helped me said that the mall relocated them, so it didn't seem like their choice.

For some reason the cashier called the owner at her home to discuss what to do. WHAT TO DO !!! ???? She was impatient and offered no help - wanted my cc # or whatever for a very unique product . I left with no credit, no refund, ZIP ZILCH. How about "no worries lets get you something else" THE RESPONSE elicits how a customer feels, responds, and maybe reviews on platforms that have a big influence on diners, shoppers etc. The owner called me out on my review saying I was threatening yelling, and scaring the employees. I am 70 and injured with a smashed shoulder, four broken ribs and a brain bleed. The last time I yelled at any employee was probably 1980. And I am harmless - never did that. The owner is a FIRE STARTER and would do better with people if she was an Amazon Warehouse worker and not a front facing small business owner. This is a bad ending and the fire will burn because she is a fire starter. BAD ENDING FOR HER and the fire is going to burn.
