There are moments in life when words fall short, yet gratitude asks to be spoken anyway…read more To Horan & McConaty Funeral Home and Family Chapel--thank you for holding our family with such reverence, care, and humanity during one of the most sacred thresholds of our lives. I am especially grateful to Mr. Horan, whose presence at my mother's cremation carried a quiet strength and deep compassion. His support over the years, both personally and through our shared work in hospice and palliative care, has been a steady light. Some people do not simply serve their role--they embody it. He is one of them. To the team at the Thornton location--Michael, Mariah, Monalisa, Danielle, Renee, Jonathon, Cassy, Jesse, and JaCobe--you walked beside us with gentleness and love when we entrusted you with the care of my mother. What you created for her memorial has become something our family and Asian Indian community still speak of with awe. It was not just a service--it was a sacred offering. A space where beauty, intention, and reverence met grief with grace. Just as my mother herself did in life--a sacred gift to all who crossed her path. And to Jenn and the HeartLight Center--your love filled the quiet spaces where we were searching for solace. Like a hand reaching through the darkness, your presence reminded us of a deeper truth: we are not alone in our grief. Healing comes softly, and over time, it becomes the pillars we learn to stand upon. Thank you for honoring my mother, our family, and our community with such tenderness. This day, and the care that surrounded it, will live on in our hearts.

Patrick assisted us this time, and his kindness, respect, and professionalism made a difficult time much easier. He checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. We are so grateful for the compassion shown to our family and highly recommend this funeral home to anyone in need of their services.

It was a beautiful day to stop in and see mommy, didn't get to see her for memorial weekend because…read morethe weather was so bad here in Colorado but I finally made it over. Got to sit with her for a good half hour before it started getting cold again. Everything looks nice definitely could use some more water on the ground . Everything was so hard it was hard to place flowers in the ground. We have several family members buried there, so we've always found it a great place to bury our loved ones close enough to go and visit with this rain that we're having now I'm hoping for a better visit next time... Thanks For The Read Until Next Time......

I don't even know where to start. We have family members buried at Olingers Highland cemetery. One…read moreof the big reasons they were laid to rest here was the beautiful green grounds that were a part of our memories growing up in Northglenn. We visited today and were absolutely devastated at what we found. From the street view, you see the badly burnt and brown "grass" that covers the entire property. Once we arrived and walked to find the gravesites, the condition of this once pristine cemetery was disgusting. Not only is everything brown and dead, but there are weeds everywhere, including surrounding about 98% of the gravesites. Walking in this place is treacherous, as there are deep holes all around and many, many sunken gravesites. Seriously? This is beyond unacceptable. There is no area of this cemetery that is acceptable anymore. They display a prominent sign referring to issues with the water availability, which explains the dead grass all around, but in no way explains the weeds, holes, animal excrement and general disintegration of this mess. It literally sickens me to know my loved ones are resting here. We saw 3 burials taking place today and felt so very badly for those families, who most likely purchased plots many years or decades ago with the expectation of a lovely resting place for their family members. Honestly, I've never seen a worse cemetery, ever, in any state. Owners ought to be ashamed of what you've allowed to happen to so many families who trusted you and generously paid you for your services. Don't believe them if they say it will be remedied, as many reviews show this to be anything but a new situation. Find a different company, any different company!
