I met with Joey after three days of having his phone number and messaging with Yelp unfortunately…read morean agreement was not made on work as to the condition of my laptop an exessivly rough estimate was n made on my celeron hp laptop without any diagnostic equipment and without having to open my computer up. essentially Joyey arrived I was in the restroom and he needed to wait roughly 10 minutes with my care providers who were aware he would be here and what it was for after he explained that there was a good chance that a new or refurbished module might be a good option he showed me that I was going to need to pay him before he left with my machine He explained that there was a diagnostic fee that I owed him and how trafic was terrible during rush hour when was the only time he could communicate or arrive. He said that he s driving for over two hours and I told him we were ~50 miles away I told him I could afford his diagnostic fee through the shell messager and that I did not expect him to not request this but that I do not carry that much cash and I offered him as much cash as I had to begin the job but they the rest he requested ($300+) would have to come from my care providers office and that I might not chose to negotiate any more with out them my handy capable condition has insisted that I might not be in full mental faculties to handle heated negotiations over money but that it is healthy to have interactions with business to get better I assured him that I worked give him 2 bags to take my machine but that I would like to have a buisness card or documentation that I had left him the machine with a little bit of an idea on the amont for his hours of labor. He told me how he was busy and that I could always just buy a new one out of a catalog it sounded like we were going to decide not to Continue working together despite my assurance several times to pay his diagnostic fee and any associated labor 115 for known problems and $125 for unknown I would have liked to have spoken on the phone before he had the need to make that trip saving us both time and anguish I will continue to look for other businesses to work with on this problem

The rep from Lallier, Joel Sebern, was referred…read moreto us by the rep from Farmers Insurance because he said they did a few other roofs and the owners were happy; and they replaced our building's flat roof in August, 2018, and now it's already leaking. Joel is no longer with Lallier. I got the inspection report from the insurance company and it shows the roof general condition is poor-fair. I contacted Lallier and talked to their service manager, David Baker. He went out and said he repaired the leaks by placing some polyurethane sealant to seal the two pitch pans that were open. However, he did not seal the opening at the AC unit where the report said was a possible leak source. I called and talked to him and told him that the report estimated the roof age to be 15 years old even though they just replaced it a little over 2 years ago, it shows that the roof was in poor-fair condition and that there is no ice/water shield, the gutter they put on 2 years ago is already in fair condition, and there is only a single layer of ply membrane with no felt, the photos show the water is soaking throughout the roof everywhere and the parts where the water is pooling are in poor condition. David said it's because the materials shrunk and it's dipping down and blame it on the structure and that it will cost me $1500 to fix the part where the water is pooling. I told him Joel told me the material they used were of premium quality and it would not leak for 20 years and that I called the manufacturer and they told me Lallier got only the material warranty for me which was free for them to get and did not get a warranty with labor. This means they were being cheap. If they had told me that it would cost me more to get a warranty with labor, I'd have paid it. I told David he should have repaired where the part of the roof struction is dipping down for me at no charge and place the ice/water shield on it so to protect it from future damages. He said he will look at the report and call me back. I called and left a message and emailed him and have not heard from them. Don't hire these guys. The insurance rep told me most the roof jobs in the Denver areas should last at least 5 years without any problems. Their website give you reasons to hire them and they all are not true or do not apply to your case if you hire them. The only time you'd know there is a problem since you're not a roof expert is when there is a problem and then they don't fix it for you. I will go on Google review, Facebook and anywhere else I can find to let people know the shoddy jobs they do and will let the BBB know so they do get the A+ rating and cannot put that on their website anymore. If they do, I will contact the secretary of state of Colorado and complain to them for misleading advertising.

Jonah came, and we walked my yard, and he gave me an estimate that was significantly less than other estimates that I got last year. It had been over 20 years since the trees were planted with little or no care since then, so it was a big project. He never asked for a deposit, or any money until the job was completed to my satisfaction. I accepted the estimate, and we set a time for them to come out and do the work. On the set date/time Jonah came with his very competent foreman, and two other workers, who all showed up right on time. Jonan and his foreman and I walked the property again to determine exactly what was needed to be done. They spent most of the day working on the project, and by the end of the day, my yard looks great! They even went above and beyond what they had to do. As they cleared some low branches, it exposed several years of accumulated leaves under the branches. While those leaves were not their responsibility, the took it upon themselves to clean up and dispose of all of the newly exposed leaves. Jonah came by several times during the day to check on the progress. At the end of the day, they cleaned up all of the remnants of their work. I was very satisfied, and Jonah and I settled the bill. I was charged exactly what I was quoted, with no additional fees for any extra work. I can't say enough about the quality and completeness of the work that Jonah and his crew provided. They were very professional, easy to work with, and they had no problem with me watching at times through out the day. They seemed glad to have me be so involved with their work.
